In January, Teen Mom star Amber Portwood dodged a bullet by getting sentenced to five years in prison, but getting off easier than any other normal person. [Editor's note: If it were us, we'd be locked up for a decade.] The good news for Amber was that she was told that the judge would dismiss the case if she completed a drug program. That, of course, includes daily drug testing.

She had been doing pretty good up until Monday. Apparently, she was requested to take a drug test, but said that she couldn’t go. According to the case, no urine test constitutes a dirty test.

Today, she will be in front of a judge for her weekly hearing. She will be required to explain why she didn’t give a urine test for the day. If the judge wants to, he can give her the entire five year sentence.

We will just have to wait and see if Amber will be sitting in the pokey anytime soon. Stay tuned for the latest news on her hearing later on today. We’ll have the latest scoop.

According to TMZ, Amber is being sprung from jail today — and it’s good AND bad. Law enforcement sources revealed that the judge in her case is going to turn her loose from jail only because the halfway house she was supposed to go to for drug treatment has refused to take her. That is the only reason!

Amber was supposed to go to Sister 2 Sister Ministries to complete a drug treatment program, but the folks over there felt that she had too much negative energy to benefit from their program. TMZ has more details:

Since no one else wants her — the judge decided to release her today … with an electronic monitoring bracelet.

But Amber’s not out of the woods — we’re told the judge will still require her to apply for residency at another home … but that process could take months.

Amber will remain on home detention until a different drug treatment program accepts her.

Amber Portwood, Teen Mom actress, is facing 2 years in jail for violating every single of the terms for her probation.

According to court documents filed in Indiana, Amber’s probation officer says that the 21 year old teen mom has violated her probation on several occasions:

– “Failure to behave well in society” — namely, drinking too much and hitting a person at a restaurant last month
– Failure to obtain a GED
– Failure to complete 6 months of anger control evaluation and classes
– Failure to pay probation fees
– Failure to set up a $10,000 college fund for her baby daughter

All of these charges can be linked to FAILING AT LIFE. Her two year sentence was given to her for physically abusing the baby’s dad. The jail time was going to be dropped if she completed the above conditions. Personally I think he needs get his life together and stick up for himself. Well, at least he didn’t hit back or they would be sharing a jail cell.

According to reports, Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has been harassing her ex-boyfriend, Gary Shirley’s new girlfriend!

Gary is currently dating a girl named Ashley, but Amber can’t seem to leave her alone. Reportedly, Ashley is gearing up to file a complaint against Amber. It all started with a mistaken text message sent to Amber from Ashley and then it spiralled from there.

A source said, “Amber kept calling and harassing Ashley, asking her to meet up so she could beat her a**. Ashley wasn’t even responding at first but Amber just kept going, calling her a ‘fat a** pot belly pig’ and then even had a guy friend of hers call to try and scare Ashley by pretending he was a police officer.”

Making matters worse, Ashley then met up with Gary, who got on the phone with Amber to try and calm her down – a violation of the ‘No Contact Order’ placed on the former lovers.

“I don’t know what Amber said, but Gary said she sounded wasted and threatened to call Child Protective Services on her,” the source continued.

“Ashley called the Anderson Police Department to file a harassment report because Amber just wasn’t letting up.”

“However, the Anderson Police Department does not have jurisdiction so Ashley has to re-file with the Anderson Sheriff’s Department, which she plans on doing this week the source said.

“Ashley told the cops everything, including that Gary and Amber have been violating the ‘No Contact Order’ by talking but the officer said either Amber or Gary would have to call about that for them to look into it,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

Craziness. They all need to keep their private matters private and stop bothering each other already. It’s not rocket science that the cops will be called once you start harassing people. He has obviously moved on, so why doesn’t Amber leave Gary alone already?

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood’s father, Shawn is really going after Gary Shirley, claiming that Gary raped his daughter. According to the National Enquirer, he said, “Gary Shirley raped MY daughter!”

He revealed that Amber and Gary began having sex when she was only 15-years-old, which, if it is true, would constitute statutory rape. That would mean Gary could do jail time, wouldn’t it?

Of course, this all happened before Amber beat the crap out of Gary on national television, thus catapulting her to the stardom that she has to deal with on an everyday basis. Ha. I laughed writing that.

Shawn Portwood said, “Gary got Amber pregnant as a means of controlling her. He was terrified that she would leave him. He used to pick her up from school and just not bring her back. Amber and Gary told me that they waited until she was 16 to start having sex and she got pregnant the first time, but I think they were lying. They’d been going together for over a year by then, and if I had known Gary was having sex with my daughter, I would have killed him!”

Wow, so he waited this long to bring this up?

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was reportedly offered $500,000 by Vivid Entertainment to star in a sex tape. She may just need the money because of her mounting legal fees, considering that she was recently arrested for several felonies.

A source revealed that Amber was recently bragging that she was offered a cool half million to star in a porn. Reportedly, she’s been in talks with Vivid head honcho, Steven Hirsch.

Yesterday, Indiana authorities charged Teen Mom star Amber Portwood with two felony counts with regard to her attack on fiancee Gary Shirley. Since, she spoke out, saying that there are no felony charges because she didn’t hit Gary in front of their daughter Leah.

Amber’s cousin Krystal says that the tables were turned before Amber and Gary became reality television stars. She went on to reveal that Amber is worried about what’s going to happen next.

She said, “She’s definitely afraid of going to jail. Who wouldn’t be afraid? She’s afraid of the possibility of Leah being taken away and the whole CPS ordeal. She’s not taking it well. She’s not flipping out, but she’s worried about what’s going to happen. But she’s hoping for the best outcome and with everything she’s doing now to better herself she feels she’s going to get the best outcome. She’s trying to get her life on track for Leah and herself. She’s trying to better herself and she’s doing well at it. Amber is portrayed as this villain who hits people, but that’s not who Amber is. Everyone has episodes and gets pissed off. Amber does regret it. But she’s fun loving and has a great personality.”

I don’t know about you, but I don’t have episodes where I haul off and beat the crap out of someone because I’m angry. Just sayin’.

Amber Portwood, star of MTV’s show Teen Mom, is facing some serious charges today, after Indiana officials have decided to charge her with two felonies and one misdemeanor.

It all stems from Amber’s attacks on her fiancee, Gary Shirley. The attacks happened on three separate occasions and show Amber really beating the crap out of him. She punched him, hit him in the face and kicked him. Because officials believe that the attacks were done in front of their daughter, they have charged her with felony domestic violence and battery.

TMZ reports:

Officials have acknowledged that the criminal investigation was launched after the MTV show aired — which included footage of Amber smacking Shirley several times.

Cops say Amber not only slapped Shirley in front of the kid — but she also punched him several times in the face and upper-body.

If convicted on all counts, Portwood faces three years behind bars and fines up to $10,000.

In a new interview, Amber is denying the accusations. She said, “I didn’t hit Gary in front of Leah so there are no felony charges. None of this is true, there’s nothing against me. They can’t charge me if they don’t have proof.”

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has been investigated for assault on her ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, after she allegedly beat the crap out of him in the pre-taped episode.

Herald Bulletin reports:

Lt. Paul Boulware of the Anderson Police Department said the department wasn’t aware of the fight until Wednesday, when the department’s victim’s advocate received two anonymous e-mails urging police to look into the incident.

“We assigned an officer to it this afternoon,” Boulware said.

The episode, which was pre-taped, features a fight between Portwood and Shirley that begins when Shirley questions Portwood about crib sheets on their daughter’s bed.

Wow, she clearly has problems!
