Carson Kressley’s Dancing With The Stars Jive Performance Video 10/17/11
by Jessica LeFevre on Oct.17, 2011, under articles

Dancing second on tonight’s Dancing With The Stars are Carson Kressley and his professional dance partner, Anna Trebunskaya. It’s 80′s week and they’re doing the Jive to Wake Me Up Before You Go Go by Wham! I love this song.
The dance is a bit disconnected, in my opinion. They looked like they were having fun, but it was a bit of a mess.
Bruno Tonioli said that was loopier than Looney Tunes. He said it was a crowning achievement in madness.
Carrie Ann Inaba said Richard Simmons was envying his outfit. Everyone was smiling and she didn’t see the technique anywhere and he was out of sync.
Len Goodman said he likes Carson, if he was judging with his heart, Carson would be back next week, but that wasn’t good enough. Carson said to let America decide.
Check out the video of his performance, below:
Scores:
Carrie Ann: 6
Len: 6
Bruno: 7
Total: 19/30

Carson Kressley & Anna Trebunskaya’s Dancing With The Stars Week 4 Viennese Waltz 10/10/11 (Video)
by Jessica LeFevre on Oct.11, 2011, under articles

Dancing third on last night’s Dancing With The Stars was TV personality Carson Kressley and his professional dance partner, Anna Trebunskaya, doing the Viennese Waltz to the theme from The Curse Of The Black Pearl. In case you’ve missed the show last night, you can check out our official recap here.
However cute and fun that this dance appeared to be, it was equally discombobulated. It was lively and adorable, with Carson shouting “Land ho!” before beginning. They were trying to step their way around the props that were on the floor, which was obviously something that they weren’t counting on.
Carrie Ann Inaba said that the dance was weirder than the ride. She commented that she had a great time watching them, but cringed at his technique.
Len Goodman said that it was like childbirth, it was terrible when it was happening and a joy when it was over.
Bruno Tonioli said that the sword fight turned into a cat fight and he lost his steps.
Scores:
Carrie Ann: 7
Len: 6
Bruno: 7
Total: 20/30

Carson Kressley & Anna Trebunskaya’s Dancing With The Stars Tango (Video)
by Jessica LeFevre on Oct.04, 2011, under articles

Fashion guru Carson Kressley and his professional dance partner Anna Trebunskaya performed a Tango on last night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars. In case you’ve missed the show, you can read our recap here.
Carson’s most memorable year was 2003 when his show, Queer Eye For The Straight Guy came out. The dance was somewhat slow and robotic and seemed a bit disconnected.
The video:
Judge Bruno Tonioli said that he loved the dance!
Carrie Ann Inaba said that she loves him because he promises drama and entertainment and the dance was very nice.
Len Goodman said that Carson put the “boy” in flamboyant! He said that he attacked the dance and he enjoyed it very much.
Scores:
Carrie Ann: 8
Len: 7
Bruno: 8
Total: 23/30

Carson Kressley & Anna Trebunskaya’s Dancing With The Stars Quickstep (Video)
by Jessica LeFevre on Sep.27, 2011, under articles

Dancing sixth on last night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars was Carson Kressley and his professional dance partner, Anna Trebunskaya, doing the Quickstep.
We weren’t exactly impressed with Carson’s Quickstep. It didn’t seem that the footwork was fast enough and it was more like a “Slow Step”. It was boring, slow and it seemed calculated to us.
Check out the video:
Carrie Ann Inaba said that she saw improvement, but she wasn’t sure what happened to that improvement in that dance. She said that it was sort of like he was a little wobbly. She said it had good intent, but she was concerned for Anna at times.
Len Goodman said that if he held a knife and fork like Carson held Anna, he would starve to death. He said that the trouble is, the worst dances on the show are the most fun to watch. He said he was told that Carson worked the hardest this week and he wants to see him come back.
Bruno Tonioli said that “Tonight, we’ve had Pee Wee Herman goes to the prom”. He said Carson had that look like he couldn’t believe he got the girl all the way through and it was because he looked like he was dancing on bananas. He said, “You can see that you’ve put a lot of work into it”. He added that “as entertainment, it was great.”
Judge’s Scores:
Carrie Ann: 6
Len: 6
Bruno: 6
Total: 18/30
Did you think his dance was that good? Or was it a snooze-fest? Were the judges too hard on Carson or were they spot on with their critiques? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Who was eliminated on Dancing With The Stars 4/12/11?
by Roberta Ferguson on Apr.12, 2011, under articles

On last night’s Dancing With The Stars, reality actress Kendra Wilkinson and her dance partner Louis Van Amstel garnered the lowest scores of the night with an 18 our of 30 points. But, as we all know, that doesn’t mean that they are going to be sent packing at the end of the night!
Kristie Alley suffered a fumble, as her shoe became undone during her Waltz. She scored 22 points for herself and dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Being as this is pretty much a popularity contest, we’re going to fathom a guess that Sugar Ray Leonard bites the dust tonight. BUT — We could be wrong!
SAFE:
Ralph Macchio & Karina Smirnoff
Hines Ward & Kym Johnson
Chris Jericho & Cheryl Burke
Romeo & Chelsie Hightower
Kirstie Alley & Maksim Chmerkovskiy
Kendra Wilkinson & Louis Van Amstel
Petra Nemcova & Dmitry Chaplin
So, who was eliminated on tonight’s Dancing With The Stars? SUGAR RAY LEONARD & ANNA TREBUNSKAYA! Are you surprised???

Dancing With The Stars week two recap 3/28/11
by Roberta Ferguson on Mar.28, 2011, under articles

Dancing With The Stars is back for week two and they all have another chance to make good scores due to the fact that no one was eliminated last week!
Dancing first were Sugar Ray Leonard and Anna Trebunskaya, doing the Jive. Len commented that Sugar Ray was in jeopardy already. Bruno said that it was too soft around the edges. They scored 17 points.
Dancing next were Kendra Wilkinson and Louis Van Amstel, doing the Quickstep. Len commented that her posture was a bit hit and miss. Overall, there was improvement over last week. They scored a total of 19 points.
Up next on the dance floor were Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas, dancing the Jive. It was an entertaining dance, yet the judges said that there wasn’t much of a Jive to it. Carrie Ann said that she didn’t care for the choreography. They scored a total of 18 points.
Dancing the Quickstep are Chris Jericho and Cheryl Burke. His dancing seemed a bit stiff, but overall, it looked like he was having fun. At points, it seemed a bit effortless for Chris, which is a bonus. They scored a total of 23 points.
Up next are Petra Nemcova and Dmitry Chaplin, doing the Jive. She did a pretty good performance. Len said, “Long legs, bad technique”, but she “did it beautifully.” They scored a total of 18 points.
Dancing next are Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, doing the Quickstep. They did a good job, I loved their dance, even though it wasn’t my favorite song choice…Ha. She ended the dance with a big kiss for Maks! They scored a total of 20 points.
Mike Catherwood and Lacey Schwimmer are up next, doing the Jive. He was truly awful and slow and stiff — and that’s being kind. Obviously, this guy needs to stick to radio. They scored a total of 17 points.
Dancing next are Romeo and Chelsie Hightower, doing the Quickstep. They looked cute and a little disconnected. He looked like he was about to mess up at any minute. They scored a total of 23 points.
Next up are Wendy Williams and Tony Dovolani doing the Quickstep. This dance wasn’t very quick, considering that it’s a Quickstep. Too many props, too, in my opinion. They scored a total of 17 points.
Ralph Macchio and Karina Smirnoff danced the Jive next. They did really well, the dance was fast and fun! He’s 49 and he’s dancing like he’s 20. You go, Karate Kid! They scored a total of 21 points.
Hines Ward and Kym Johnson danced the Quickstep next. They did decent, but not spectacular. I can see him doing better in a ballroom styled dance, instead of something that was supposed to be so fast. They scored a total of 23 points.

After last night’s performances on Dancing With The Stars, we’re curious as to whether or not Bristol Palin will finally go home. She was truly awful last night and doesn’t deserve to go to the semi-finals.

Safe:
Kyle and Lacey
Bristol and Mark
Jeopardy:
Kurt and Anna
Brandy and Maksim
So who got eliminated tonight??? KURT WARNER & ANNA TREBUNSKAYA!
