Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is finally coming to terms with his divorce to Maria Shriver. Previously, Arnold revealed that he would love for his soon-to-be ex-wife to take him back, but that was always grim considering what he did to her. In case you’ve forgotten, Arnold cheated on the couple’s former maid while she was away at work. Afterward, she had his son.

Maria has yet to finalize the divorce proceedings, which is something that is frowned upon by her religion. Despite all of that, she still is said to be harboring feelings for Arnold. As time passes, it seems more and more unlikely that she is going to forgive and forget.

Now that they have been separated for some time, they have already forged separate lives from one another. Maria’s friends are also being supportive of her decision to divorce him, which is just about to seal the deal.

Both have remained amicable with the other for the sake of their children together. They are definitely remaining very mature about the situation. Good for them. Now perhaps they will be able to move on in healthy, happy relationships?

A source close to the former couple said, “The reports of a reconciliation are not true.”

They enjoyed Christmas with their children at their home in Los Angeles, but that’s not a sign of any reconciliation, either. The source added, “Arnold and Maria will always come together when it comes to supporting and loving their children.”

Maria Shriver might just be second guessing her divorce from former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger!

According to TMZ, Maria has been telling her friends that she’s unsure whether or not she wants to go through with her divorce from the Governator. Reportedly, the reason behind her change of heart is because of her religious beliefs, which do not include divorce.

TMZ reports:

Making matters even more complicated — we’re told Arnold still desperately wants Maria back, and has been “extremely sweet” to her and has made numerous gestures — which include presents — to win Maria back.

Maria filed for divorce on July 1, though she moved out months earlier. She’s already bought a mansion in Brentwood, CA, which she’s in the process of renovating.

Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is writing a memoir! And, no, it’s not called How To Bang The Housekeeper Without Your Wife Knowing, even though that might be a best seller.

Reportedly, Arnold is writing his autobiography where he will talk about his recent divorce with Maria Shriver, while also covering his Austrian childhood and careers as a bodybuilder, movie star and politician.

A source said, “This book will not be a tell-all.”

The book is tentatively titled Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story. In addition to that, he is also shooting scenes for his next movie role in The Expendables 2.

His spokesman said, “He has been keeping notes and working on the book for over a year. He didn’t want to write his autobiography while he was governor.”

Jonathan Karp of Simon & Schuster said, “Nobody has a life story even close to his. Truly, Arnold is one of the most fascinating figures of our time.”

Maria Shriver has revealed that her split from Arnold Schwarzenegger has left her feeling down and confused.

She filed for divorce from Arnold after learning that he fathered a child with their former housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena, but admits that even though she has struggled to cope with her own problems, she has realized that other people in the world have even bigger problems than she has.

When talking about a recent experience with a friend who has intellectual disabilities, she said, “When I was going through my own challenges this year, feeling down and confused, I got an email from him. He wrote me a note saying, ‘You’re my best friend Maria and you will never be left out.’”

The note went on to say, “When the world is so complicated, the simple gift of friendship is within all of our hands. Thank you to everyone who came up to me this weekend and wished me well.”

She revealed that the support she received this year following her divorce filing has been overwhelming. She said, “I appreciate your support, particularly this year, for sticking with me.”

When the documents that Arnold Schwarzenegger filed in his divorce left out attorney’s fees and spousal support for his soon-to-be ex-wife, Maria Shriver, the world came together to call him out as a douchebag. Now, he’s heard the cries from the media (us) and has revised the docs. Good man (not really.)

He says that he was distracted by his son’s accident and his attorney filed the documents. He never actually read the initial paperwork and we’ve heard that denying spousal support and attorney’s fees is standard operating procedure, considering that she’s got enough money to pay for it herself. But — he is the reason for the divorce in the first place, so he should have to cough up the dough.

Apparently, Arnold agreed after he was called out, and had his attorney whip up new documents that aren’t denying anything to Maria.

So far, their divorce hasn’t really played out in the media as much as other celebrities. Kudos to them for that. We could only imagine the secrets that Maria knows and what could get out if she doesn’t get her way…What do you think?

Arnold Schwarzenegger is making his movie comeback!

The former Terminator star who was also the Governor of California is stepping back into the spotlight as an actor. He’s said to be starring in a western movie, titled, The Last Stand. His last movie role was a cameo in The Expendables with Sylvester Stallone.

The movie is said to be shooting in September. A source confirmed Arnold’s involvement in the movie, saying, “It’s an old-fashioned Western specifically designed for a 63-year-old broken-down guy with a moral decision. We always needed an iconic figure for it.”

Arnold has yet to offer any sort of comment on the movie role. The movie is being directed by Jee-woon Kim, who was best known for his movie, A Tale Of Two Sisters.

We knew it was coming — and it was only a matter of time, but Maria Shriver has officially filed for divorce from her soon-to-be ex-husband, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Things have been on a downward spiral since the media attention focused on Arnold and his former mistress, Mildred Patricia Baena. Now, it has all come to a head.

Maria cites irreconcilable differences in the petition and is asking for spousal support. In addition, she’s asking the judge to deny Arnold support. She is asking for joint custody of their sons, Patrick and Christopher. She is also asking the judge to make Arnold pay all of the attorney’s fees.

And — drum roll — there is no prenuptial agreement, therefore, all of their earnings and property for the 25 years that they were married, will get split down the middle. We’ve heard that it’s no paltry sum, either. We’re talking hundreds of millions of dollars.

Arnold has an estimated net worth of $300 million, while Maria’s is roughly $100 million. So this may get interesting….even if it will be all behind closed doors. The settlement and property division is likely to be confidential.

Even though the details of their split are still being hammered out, former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is paying out some big bucks to his soon-to-be ex-wife, Maria Shriver.

Neither party has officially filed for divorce, but reportedly, a filing is soon to come. A source claims that Arnold has been paying Maria a “significant amount of child support.” The source revealed, “Arnold is also paying for his sons, Patrick and Christopher’s private school bills.”

The source continued, “Even though Maria is a Kennedy, and has inherited a great deal of money from her parent’s estate since their deaths, she is taking the child support. Under California law she is entitled to the child support, once either one of them files for divorce. Maria and Arnold’s lawyers have been working on a divorce settlement but in the meantime Arnold is willingly paying the money to Maria.”

I hope that they can work things out amicably for the sake of their children together. In a nutshell, it all boils down to him being a sleaze and her being blind to what he was doing.

Yesterday, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s former mistress, Mildred Patricia Baena, came clean in an interview with Hello! Magazine. She talked of how she was questioned by Maria Shriver about her son’s resemblance to Arnold and how they finally broke down together, crying.

Now, Mildred is blasting reports that she earned some quick dough by coming clean to the publication. She is insisting that she didn’t make anything for the interview and that the whole thing wasn’t about money.

Her attorney said, “Mildred was tired of people selling their lies to the media or claiming to speak for her when they do not. She gave the interview in order to set the record straight once and for all. All she wanted to do was put the lies and rumors to rest. And we believe that she has done that through this interview.”

Do you think she should have just kept her mouth shut about the whole thing? No one wants to really sympathize with the other woman, do they? She seduced this man in his marital bed while his wife left for work. I really don’t see her side, she set out to deceive people and that is just not right.

She went on to say that Maria finally just asked her “point blank” and she got so emotional about it that she fell to her knees in front of Maria. She said, “She was so strong. She cried with me and told me to get off my knees. We held each other and I told her it wasn’t Arnie’s fault, that it takes two.”

Did she neglect to reveal that “Arnie” really wasn’t pursuing her in the first place? Did she tell Maria that she tried to seduce Arnold whenever she left and wanted to play house with him?

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have yet to officially file for divorce, and now we know why. Pals of the former duo say that Arnold still thinks he has a shot at reconciling his differences with Maria.

A pal said, “He knows he has made terrible mistakes in his past but isn’t prepared to lose the greatest woman in his life. This has nothing to do with money or the children, he misses her terribly and will do whatever it takes to win her back. Even begging.”

Wow, he really doesn’t want to let that 25 years that they were together just slip by him, does he? Perhaps he should’ve thought about that while he was getting another woman pregnant?

She sought out a relationship with the former California Governor, and thus had his baby as a result. Another of his ex-employees has come forward to say that he was a good guy around her. The former nanny said that Arnold never touched her inappropriately or any other member of the staff. Now that the affair and illegitimate child has been made public, Maria Shriver is said to be gearing up for divorce. And of course, he wants another chance to make things right with his wife. That is impossible, unless he’s in possession of a time machine….and some morals.
