Russell Brand defends his girl from a malicious paparazzi photo. Katy Perry and her fiancé, Russell Brand where going through Delta security and a man tried to stick a lens up Katy’s skirt. I’m not 100% sure but I’m pretty sure that is sexual harassment.

After the man tried to get his photo Russell beat the crap out of that guy. To tell you the truth, I don’t blame him. I would rearrange his face, too. Afterward, Katy tweeted, “If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me.” He did his job indeed.

Russell has already been sprung from jail.

Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty is not having the best of luck this week. He was recently busted for using heroin on an airplane after flight attendants found a hypodermic needle and linked it to him.

To make matters worse for the singer, he was arrested early this morning on suspicion of driving drunk and possession of drugs. After leaving a gig in Gloucester, he was pulled over for driving erratically.

He is currently being held by the Gloucestershire police and is due to be questioned today.

A spokesman for Gloucestershire police said: “At approximately 12.30am officers on patrol in Eastgate Street saw a car being driven erratically, it continued down Barton Street and was stopped in Derby Road. A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving, possession of drugs and failure to stop for police, he remains in custody at this time.”

Stanley Howse, better known as Flesh N Bone from Bone Thugs N Harmony, has been cleared of gun and marijuana possession, but is still locked up behind bars until his attorney can get him out.

He was arrested on April 2, 2009 in Santa Clarita, California. Yet due to the fact that he was on parole at the time of his arrest, he has to sit in jail until his lawyer, Shepard Kopp, can clear the whole thing up.

According to an article in the L.A. Times, the spokeswoman for the L.A. district attorney’s office said, “The defense turned over some information, and we investigated and realized we were unable to proceed with the charges as filed, so the judge dismissed the case.”

Howse was pulled over on April 2nd after police noticed a brake light out on his car. Deputies then searched his car and found a 9-millimeter semi-automatic pistol. He was then arrested and charged with gun possession by a felon.

Howse maintained that the weapon belonged to his wife who is a Chicago police officer.

Kopp said that the dismissal of the case left his client “overjoyed.”

Kopp adds, “It vindicates what I’ve said from the start of this case, which is that Mr. Howse did not possess any contraband. When you haven’t done anything wrong and you wind up in jail it’s a pretty traumatic event. There’s still a parole hold, and we hope to get that resolved within the next week.”
