Performing sixth on tonight’s episode of The X Factor is Brian Bradley AKA Astro, singing Lose Yourself by Eminem from the 8 Mile Soundtrack.
He rapped his own lyrics to start the song off and you can really tell how badly he wants to win it all. He sounds truly inspired. Good for him. Great performance.
Nicole Scherzinger said watching how he works, he was a champion tonight. Paula Abdul said that level of focus that he has creates superstars. Congratulations.
Simon Cowell said this is so irritating, that he’s like the cat that got the cream. He said he likes that every star has to have a work ethic and that Astro is incredibly creative. He said Astro has the X Factor.
L.A. Reid said that he couldn’t be more proud of him. He said Astro took Eminem’s lyrics and charted new territory by re-writing his lyrics.

Brian Bradley’s X Factor Judge’s House Performance (Video)
by Lydia Harris on Oct.14, 2011, under articles

Fourteen-year-old rapper Brian “Astro” Bradley performed Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down by Diddy on last night’s Judge’s Houses episode of The X Factor.
During his audition, he impressed the judges and the audience when he performed his own song, Stop Looking At My Mom. But during Boot Camp, judge L.A. Reid said that he was too young.
Last night, he performed in front of L.A. and Rihanna. He told her that if he doesn’t get selected, he’s going to keep going. But, he noted to Rihanna, that they would be doing a collaboration one day.
Check out his performance:
At first, we thought the song was The Message, but we were corrected after checking the X Factor’s official website. Still, we thought he did a great job. I would buy a rap album by Brian, would you? I actually liked Astro’s version of the song, compared to the original.
Is there a market for a young rapper? People buy Justin Bieber’s album in droves, so why not a young rapper? What do you think?

Fourteen-year-old Brooklyn rapper Brian Bradley brought the house down with his rap on last night’s X Factor audition! He sang his own song called Stop Looking At My Mom and it was easily one of the best performances of the night.

Nicole Scherzinger said that she was “skeered” and she won’t be looking at his mom.
Simon said that he’s arrogant, obnoxious and argumentative, but he is one of the most talented young people he’s seen in a long time.
Paula Abdul said that he’s very, very unique and he operates in that place that is just fantastic.
L.A. Reid said he used to run a label called Def Jam and all of the years he worked there, he was looking for Brian, but he never walked in. He said he’s the luckiest guy in the world that he walked in to his life today.
