Britney Spears is getting engaged to her long-time boyfriend. Jason Trawick!

Sources close to the couple have confirmed the reports that Jason is going to get down on bended knee tonight, while the duo are in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Don’t worry if you think any of the media reports are spoiling the news because Britney already knows about the engagement plans.

Sources say Britney’s conservators have given their stamp of approval. The matter will go before the judge in the conservatorship case but it’s virtually certain Brit will get the judge’s sign off.

And we’re told … Jason did it the old fashioned way … by asking Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, for permission to marry his daughter.

And they’re also doing it the new-fashioned way … we’ve learned there WILL be a prenup.

Congratulations to them! This will be Britney’s third marriage. She was hitched to Jason Alexander for a total of 55 hours. Afterward, for some reason, she said yes to getting married to Kevin Federline, turning him into the world’s biggest leech.

It’s been rumored before, but we’re hearing rumblings that pop star Britney Spears might actually be getting engaged to her boyfriend, Jason Trawick — by the end of the year!

A family insider said, “Britney and Jason discuss marriage all the time. Britney is truly in love with Jason, and well, Jason has loved her for a very, very long time. Jason adores her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Jason is planning on taking Britney on a secluded getaway once the tour wraps, and it’s very likely he will pop the question at that time.”

If she does get engaged, since she’s still under a conservatorship, a judge would have to sign off on the marriage. The source went on to say, “When Britney does get engaged, her father’s attorneys will notify the judge in her conservatorship case. It’s extremely within the realm of possibility that the conservatorship will end, and then Britney will get married. It will be a very smooth transition.”

Congratulations to them if the rumors are true!

Britney Spears is struggling in order to sell tickets to a future concert in the U.K., despite all attempts to lower the prices!

According to reports, tickets to see Britney’s Femme Fatale concert in Birmingham, England, on October 30th have been slashed, but no one seems to be taking the bait. The tickets were originally $88.00, but have been reduced to $48.00, for fans using Groupon.

Contact Music reports:

It is feared around half the seats at the 16,000-capacity LG Arena are still unsold, but promoters insist the cut-price deal was “segmented marketing to reach new consumers”.

A spokesperson for Live Nation adds, “Offering a deal on Groupon is not a reflection of the quality or status or sales of a show.”

Britney Spears mixed business with pleasure when shooting her new video for Criminal, which also features her boyfriend, Jason Trawick.

Now, the video’s director, Chris Marrs Piliero says he initially didn’t want Jason to take the role and thought they should hire an actor.

In a new interview with MTV, he revealed, “When she first hit me up, she had a basic story in mind, and she actually always originally planned to have Jason, her boyfriend, play the role, and I wasn’t super stoked on that idea at first, actually.”

He went on to say, “I wanted to make a really rad, epic video, and I definitely got the sense from her she wanted something really cool. And in my mind, I was just thinking then, ‘We really should not be using your boyfriend; we should get an actor.’ So I mean, I didn’t say that, but in the back of my mind, I’m like, ‘I don’t like this idea at all.’”

He did give Jason kudos for his acting ability, though. He continued, “At the end of the day, Jason killed it. That was one of those things I was really stoked about, as much as I went into it like, ‘Wow, he’s not an actor. This is going to be interesting’, but I really do like a challenge, and I really do like the idea that I’m a director and my job is to direct and get the performance.”

He added, “For me, it was a fun challenge to be like, ‘I’m gonna make sure that you are awesome’, and he was.”

Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Jason Trawick, is gearing up to propose to the pop singer, after reportedly working on designs for an engagement ring for her!

The happy couple have been dating for roughly two years and he’s planning to pop the question after making a visit to a top Los Angeles jeweler to create the perfect ring.

A source at Mouawad jewelry store said, “They discussed diamonds from the Mouawad private collection. It’s Jason’s first visit with Pascal.”

If the rumors are true, this will mark Britney’s third marriage. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Jason Alexander, for 55 hours. Afterward, she married Kevin Federline, of whom she had two children and later divorced.

A spy revealed that Britney is also thinking about having more children with Jason. The source said, “She’s always wanted a big family but also wants to prove to herself and to her family she is a good mother. She wants another chance to put things right. Now she’s finally had the green light from Jason, she can’t wait.”

If the rumors are true, then congratulations to them! They seem like a good couple together. He beats the last two, hands down. Don’t you think?

In the latest issue of Vanity Fair, Justin Timberlake opened up about his ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears! They both have come a long way since their Disney days, haven’t they? Both are huge, successful singers…but it all started at the house of mouse!

Justin said, “I wish her the best – that goes without saying. We haven’t spoken in nine or ten years. We were two birds of the same feather – small-town kids, doing the same thing. But then you become adults, and the way you were as kids doesn’t make any sense. I won’t speak on her, but at least for me, I was a totally different person. I just don’t think we were normal; there was nothing normal about our existence. We spent way too much time being the biggest thing for teenyboppers.”

He continued, “It was exciting that we were having so much success and we could do whatever we wanted. And I mean that about everybody: Backstreet Boys, ‘NSync, Britney, Christina. At that time, we could literally go, ‘Oh, man, let’s go to Bali’, and we’d be on a plane to Bali. We were little kids with big toys. You do the math – that’s not going to last.”

He went on to add, “Ryan [Gosling] and I used to steal golf carts and go driving in the middle of the park to get milk shakes, and we never got in trouble for it. We though we were big sh*t.”

Britney Spears was all set to have Enrique Iglesias tour with her, but he backed out. Since she has confirmed that Nicki Minaj will be co-headlining the tour with her!

In a new interview, the pop princess was asked if she was willing to tie the knot again. She responded, “Maybe. Never say never.”

If she does walk down the aisle again, it will be the third time for Britney. She was previously married to Jason Alexander, for 55 hours. After that, she married Kevin Federline, with whom she has two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston.

Britney Spears is said to be telling close friends that she wants her boyfriend, Jason Trawick, to propose to her!

A source said, “After all her ups and downs Brit is craving stability, hence her broodiness at the moment, and she just wants to settle down with Jason and do it all again the right way. Now her album is out and her tour is almost sorted she feels like getting married again and having more children is the next step.”

Britney was previously married to former backup dancer, Kevin Federline, with whom she has two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline. They divorced in 2007. Previous to that, Britney was married to Jason Alexander for 55 hours in 2004.

Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline is gearing up to be a father for the fifth time!

His girlfriend, Victoria Prince, is pregnant with their first child together — and his fifth. The former backup dancer has two children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson and two children with pop princess Britney Spears.

Victoria is said to be due this summer! Congratulations to them!

Just yesterday, Britney Spears made the announcement that she was going on tour in support of her new album, Femme Fatale. In that announcement, she said that Enrique Iglesias would be joining her on tour.

Well, that was then. Right after the announcement was made, Enrique complained that he wasn’t listed as a co-headliner on the tour. So he pulled the plug on the whole shebang.

TMZ reports:

But just hours before Britney’s camp went public, Enrique was burning up the phone lines and the Internet, engaging various people connected with the tour in lengthy conversations in which he made it clear — he was, in reality, Britney’s opening act and he wanted out.

One source says the deal was actually very favorable to Enrique … “great terms and great placement.” But we’re told it all came down to taking the stage before Brit — too much to handle.

Wow. That would’ve been a good tour. I wonder who’s going to be Enrique’s replacement?

Disney star Selena Gomez is planning a nightly tribute to pop princess Britney Spears on her upcoming tour!

In a recent interview, she said, “We are working on a Britney tribute, which I’m so stoked about, ’cause I love Britney. I was like, ‘I have to do it.’ I wanna do a mashup of all of her songs and just go for it.”

She went on to reveal, “We’re gonna do her hits, ‘Baby One More Time’, and then I think we’re going to try to incorporate ‘Toxic’ and that phase. And then we might do some of her recent, new stuff.”

She added that while she’s excited to be covering Britney’s tracks, she’s in no rush to copy Britney’s dance moves. She added, “I’m not going to even touch Britney! She’s so good. I wouldn’t want to butcher it. I’m just going to pay tribute to her! I’m gonna say she’s awesome.”

The reason behind the tribute? Britney Spears was the first concert Selena ever saw live. She said, “We were in the nosebleeds with my cousin. I got the t-shirt and glow stick. And I just remember it being the highlight of my life! I felt like I was on cloud nine.”

Britney Spears is Out Magazine’s April 2011 cover girl and she is leaving very little to the imagination in the photoshoot. Out decided to interview Britney on the eve of the release of her new studio album Femme Fatale. They spoke to Britney about some interesting things including gay marriage, plastic surgery and why she’s jealous of Rihanna. Below is a glimpse of the interview:

On Gay Marriage she said, “I think everyone should be treated equally” when asked about gay marriage … and adding “I love my boys no matter what” when asked how she’d react if one of her sons turned out to be gay.

On Plastic Surgery she said, “she’s not opposed to going under the knife — telling the mag “When it’s time to pull and tuck, I’m sure I will consider it.”

Meanwhile, we don’t have much longer to wait for Britney’s studio album “Femme Fatale” it hits shelves Tuesday, March 29th, 2011. Are you excited?

As you may have heard, Britney Spears’ former bodyguard, Fernando Flores unleashed some news on us recently that he has some rather provocative photos of the singer.

Last year, the former bodyguard fired up a sexual harassment lawsuit against Britney — and since it was thrown out for lack of evidence. Now, we’re left wondering exactly why he didn’t bring up these nude photos of Britney when it would benefit him the most?!?

Certainly, he claims that he had the pictures from her cell phone way back in the day when he worked for her. So why didn’t he present these photos as evidence while the case was still active? That’s what we want to know!

Why is he coming forward now unless it’s merely an attempt to ruin her reputation?!?? What do you think?

It looks like Britney Spears’ former bodyguard, Fernando Flores isn’t quite done with her yet!

After filing a sexual harassment claim against the singer last year, he now claims that he has some nude photos of her on his cell phone. He claims that she tried to use the photos to lure him into her bed!

A friend of Fernando’s said, “They are really explicit images that will shock and disgust the majority of her fans. Fernando says he can prove the photos were taken on Britney’s phone and sent to his mobile. He says she sent them last April when she was coming on to him on a daily basis. He left the following month. Some of the pictures show Britney with the camera between her legs. Others show her in provocative positions wearing lingerie. There are a few where she is naked, exposing herself in a way that she clearly hoped would make him aroused.”

Given the current times that we live in, I don’t think these nude photos will hurt her in any way. Do you? We say RELEASE THEM!

With a new album coming and singles being leaked all over the place, Britney is climbing back on top! Still, we can’t lie, we love her music. After her songwriter, Dr. Luke sued the Bellamy Brothers for defamation, that had us put the song on repeat here at Earsucker’s headquarters! We love it!

In Britney Spears‘ new video for Hold It Against Me, it contains a lot of product placements. There’s Sony, Make Up For Ever, Radiance perfume by Britney — and of course, Plenty Of Fish.

The above pictured advertisement takes place at 1:39 in the video. Now, we’ve learned that Britney scored the big bucks for that little laptop snippet showing the famous dating website. TMZ has the scoop:

Sources connected to Britney’s video tell TMZ … Spears netted a cool $500,000 for various product placements in her “Hold It Against Me” video.

We’re told the dating site Plentyoffish.com, one of several companies featured in the vid, forked over “a couple hundred thousand” to feature their site on Brit’s computer during the vid and saw immediate results … a 20% spike in traffic the day after the video premiered.

Yes, there were a good amount of product placements in the new video, but is this really anything new??? For instance, when Lady Gaga came out with her Telephone video, featuring Beyonce. That had a metric ton of product placements. (Virgin Mobile anyone???)

So before people bash Britney too much, just remember that Gaga did it, as well. The photo above was screen captured from Telephone from the 4:26 mark.

Rumors were flying across the internet earlier yesterday suggesting that pop princess Britney Spears would be performing at the 2011 Grammy Awards — but, we’re sorry to report, she won’t be performing!

Reportedly, she was set to open the Grammys on February 13, 2011 with her new song, Hold It Against Me. But, her manager, Adam Leber has taken to his Twitter account to dispel the rumors. He tweeted, “Need to clear something up. This Grammy rumor is just that, a rumor. @BritneySpears was NEVER performing.”

Charlie Sheen’s porn star friend, Kacey Jordan, once babysat Britney Spears’ children, Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline! Who knew that K-Fed or Britney would ever let a porn star near their kids?!??

Turns out after Britney and Kevin split, Kacey Jordan and K-Fed dated briefly. We’re told K-Jor spent a lot of time at K-Fed’s house and would even babysit the kids from time to time when he would go out and do … whatever it is he does.

Kacey tells TMZ, “I watched the kids when Kevin was dealing with the divorce. He was busy with going to so many meetings with lawyers. We went swimming … they were great.”
