Since there has been a lot of unreliable information and photos that have “leaked”, but were proven false, pop singer Britney Spears has decided to grace us with the first photo from her new video.

The video is for Hold It Against Me and she tweeted, “Day 2 is a wrap! #HIAM video coming soon…. – Britney”

It’s official! I can’t wait for this video to be released. It’s definitely going to be rockin’. Are you excited for the new Britney album to be released? Let us know in the comments!

Britney Spears is already blazing a trail with her new single Hold It Against Me. Now, we’ve learned, via Twitter, that she’s planning on letting Jonas Akerlund direct the video for the song.

She tweeted the above message to fans, sharing her excitement with all of us.

Jonas is known for making videos that are mostly style over substance, with acts that run the gamut from Lady Gaga and Madonna to Metallica and Ozzy Osbourne.

Britney Spears just might have gotten a super special Christmas present from her boyfriend Jason Trawick!

The singer tweeted a festive Christmas photo yesterday, along with her assistant, Brett. She said, “Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas tweethearts. – Britney” — along with the above picture.

Notice the ring? Does Britney have something that she wants to share with us?? We’re all ears, Brit!

Like several other celebrities before her, Britney Spears is being honored/made fun of by the folks over at Fame Comics.

Last week, Star magazine made some pretty crazy allegations, stating that Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Jason Trawick, assaulted the pop star. They’ve claimed that their reported altercation led to Britney’s black eye.

Now, Famous magazine is jumping on the Britney beatdown story, showing a couple more photos of the alleged black eye from Jason.

Meanwhile, Britney has told us what Star magazine and Radar Online can do for making stuff up about her. Ha.

Earlier, we reported that Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Jason Alexander, claimed to have audio of Britney confirming that her boyfriend beat her and gave her a black eye. Now, her manager, Larry Rudolph, is denying the claims.

Poor Britney reports:

However, Larry Rudolph, Britney’s manager, strongly denied to Bush that the recording is the pop star, adding that they plan to take swift legal action.

“Lawyers are amassing,” Rudolph told Bush. “We are 100 percent taking stern and immediate legal action.”

Rudolph added they were preparing a statement for release over the Radar recording and Star Magazine’s new cover story, which features Spears on the cover under the headline “Jason Beat Me Up.” Jason Trawick is the agent who has been linked to the pop star romantically for some time.

Good for them! I hope they sue the pants off of Star for printing that!

Now this, my friends, is what lawsuits are made of. It’s one thing for people to run a story that might have some grounding in reality, but when you make allegations that someone is getting beat up by their boyfriend, it’s worth more than a BS Report on your website!

According to Star magazine, Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Jason Trawick, has beaten her up, resulting in a black eye. They’ve printed, “Romance explodes in violence” and go on to say that she was pregnant with his baby. Underneath, it alleges that she accused him of cheating with a teenager, so he gave her a black eye and a beating.

Well, if they do have text messages to prove any of this, they might want to keep their attorney’s number ready…They just might need it.

Britney Spears’ parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears have gotten back together!

After having gone through a divorce and have been split up for eight years, Jamie and Lynne have decided to give it another try. Good for them!

According to reports, the couple have reconciled as of last summer. A source said, “They are back together and are doing well and happy. They’re not remarried but back together.”

The couple were looking super friendly on Saturday at L.A. lounge Boudoir. Spies on the scene said that they spotted Jamie and Lynne cheering and dancing as the DJ spun some of their daughter’s hits.

The spy added, “They were in a great mood together. They were laughing together – dancing and laughing – totally having fun. Lynne is a dear, sweet person. She deserves happiness. As her friend, my wish for her would be a happy ending.”

Congratulations to them for finding their way back to each other after such a long time!

Britney Spears’ manager, Adam Leber just took to his Twitter account to give us an update on Britney’s studio sessions.

He tweeted the above message, letting fans know that Britney is back in the studio, working on a “BIG” smash! I can’t wait to hear it. It’s been too long since we’ve gotten some good Britney music.

We’re overdue!

The people involved in Britney Spears’ conservatorship are trying to protect the singer from being extorted by her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores.

Fernando filed a lawsuit against Britney and claims that she sexually harassed him. He’s asking for the case to be tried in civil court, but her conservators are concerned that he will use that forum to release private information in an attempt to extort money from her in the form of a settlement.

Her conservators are asking the judge to move the case to a probate court, where the matter could be kept confidential. The conservators believe, “There is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information.”

Britney Spears loved her episode of Glee so much that she sent Brittany S. Pierce actress Heather Morris some flowers after the show aired.

She must’ve really enjoyed Heather’s portrayal of her in the show! It was really good!

Heather said, “She sent me flowers saying, ‘Good job! Love, Britney.’ So I’m gonna make her something and send it to her.”

Morris performed one of Spears’ hit songs on the Britney-dedicated episode of Glee on Tuesday 28th September 2010, singing ‘I’m A Slave 4 You’, whilst holding a snake around her neck. The episode, which also featured a cameo appearance from the pop star herself, recorded viewing figures of 13.5 million, making it the most watched instalment of the hit US series. Morris, who plays a character named ‘Brittany S Pierce’, was praised for her performance, and Spears was the first to compliment the actress, saying, “Awww Heather Morris is sooo cute! Brittany S Pearce. Ha! She was so fun to work with and was really sweet in person”, on her Twitter page.

Britney Spears is rockin’ some new ink!

The pop princess has gotten herself some new neck art, in the form of three butterflies! They are red and blue and cute.

Rumor has it that pop princess Britney Spears is hard at work on her seventh studio album. We haven’t heard any details surrounding the possible title for the new album, but we’re hearing that Max Martin is working with her again.

Sources close to Spears tell TMZ Britney has gotten a really positive reaction to her recent appearance on “Glee” — which has led to more offers. We’re told Britney has been working on her new album and has three songs in the can and “she loves ‘em.”

In other Britney related news, apparently her conservatorship is coming to an end soon:

The conservatorship held over the pop star will most likely end within three months, a source close to the situation revealed exclusively to RadarOnline.com.

“Britney has made tremendous progress in the past three to four months. She seems to be firmly in control again,” the source said.

In case you hadn’t heard, Britney Spears’ former bodyguard, Fernando Flores is suing Britney over claims of sexual harassment and abuse.

He claims that Britney walked around, exposing herself to him and he was “disgusted”. He also makes claims that Britney would feed her children food, of which she knew they were allergic.

Since, Britney has taken to her official website to call BS. Via TMZ:

“This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.”

Britney adds, “The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action.”

He was “disgusted”?!?? Jeez, even if she was naked, it’s not like a pack of cigarettes is going to fall out of there. ALLEYOOP!

On Friday, Lady Gaga surpassed Britney Spears as the celebrity with the most Twitter followers. Today, Lady Gaga has 5,748,152, while Britney is in a close second place with 5,706,123 followers.

It has been reported that due to DISMAL record sales, and lacklustre concert ticket sales (resulting in a canceled tour), that former pop superstar CHRISTINA AGUILERA has taken to doing weddings and bar mitzvahs to make ends meet.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen!

I just love to see things like this happen… I know, I’m awful! But who cares!?? What AGUILERA needs to do, is get some ORIGINAL ideas for a change… quit copying BRITNEY, or MADONNA, or most recently LADY GAGA!

They are all better at what they do than she is, end of story. I mean the girl definitely has a great voice, but she’s SO irritating! I swear I wanna shoot myself every time I hear her!

She was apparently trying to charge £1.3 Million  per gig. HA! That’s totally laughable! I’m glad her hubby Jason Bratman had the sense to convince her she’s not worth more than £157,000.

I wish her well in her new career. Adam Sandler made it look like SO much fun… LOL!

Britney Spears tweeted a photo of herself and her assistant from the set of her episode of Glee.

This will probably be the only reason I watch this show, ever. People magazine reports that she was having a blast on the set of the musical TV show:

“About to do my first shot of the day for Glee tweeties!” Spears, 28, posted early Wednesday on her Twitter page. “Here we goooo!”

And apparently, the shoot was a success. Accompanying the photo of Spears and Morris, the pop star Tweeted, “what’s up GLEEKS? Having so much fun on set!! Can’t wait for you guys to see the episode!”

I’m happy for her. I love it when she does guest spots.

There was quite the speculation as to whether or not pop princess Britney Spears would appear on the Glee episode dedicated to her, but it has since been confirmed.

Just an hour ago, Ryan Seacrest took to his Twitter to confirm the news. He said, “Spoke to @gleeonfox creator ryan murphy. Said @britneyspears will appear on glee. Also no plans yet but wants to do Prince, Beatles & MJ eps.”

Un-beweavable!

Britney Spears visited Crate & Barrel in the Sherman Oaks Galleria yesterday with her hair looking pretty jacked up. Seriously, she has more money than God and she chooses to go out in public looking like this?

I don’t think anyone has told her just how bad this looks. She’s probably surrounded by people kissing her butt, but we’ll tell her, because that’s just how we roll.

Now when can we get a new album already?

In a new interview with Quddus, Deborah Gibson talked about teen queen Miley Cyrus and reigning pop princess Britney Spears.

On the subject of Miley, she said, “It’s a little too much too soon, image-wise. And if only she knew that hanging onto your childhood is not a bad thing. You have all the time in the world to be older.”

When asked about Britney, she said that Britney’s talent has been upstaged by the persona and the antics and if she was managing Britney, she would try to get her back to the voice.

Britney Spears is gearing up to release her ninth fragrance, called Radiance, this September.

Britney was said to have designed the bottle and the perfume reportedly smells like “wild berries and soft, dewy petals.”

I love her perfumes, so I’m sure this one will smell delightful.
