Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller isn’t likely to do any jail time in her arrest over cocaine possession and possession with intent to distribute. Her attorney and the prosecutor in the case are in negotiations for a plea bargain — and they are keeping jail time off the table. #RichPeopleProblems

Sources have revealed that her attorney has been meeting with the prosecutor and they’re talking about a deferred prosecution. Reportedly, Brooke will probably be required to complete some drug education classes and perform some community service hours and afterward, the charges will be dismissed.

TMZ reports:

Brooke was arrested December 2 and charged with felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as misdemeanor assault.

Brooke’s next scheduled court date was set for March 5, but we’re told it’s been moved to April 2. During that hearing, Brooke will be present and — unless negotiations fall apart — she will enter her plea and the judge will impose his sentence.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been busted for possession of cocaine, along with third degree assault, according to our sister site, Tragicomical.

Brooke was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, last night on suspicion of felony cocaine possession. The local police department revealed that they found Brooke inside Escobar nightclub after she allegedly assaulted another woman at a nearby bar.

She was booked on a misdemeanor third degree assault charge and was released from the Pitkin County jail after paying an $11,000 bond.

Drug addiction and recover a real pain. We hope that she gets the help that she needs. At least Charlie appears to be clean. At least she has the money to hire a ton of nannies to take care of her kids.

Get well soon, Brooke. Soon, we’re guessing that we will be hearing reports that she’s checking back into rehab. Hopefully.

It looks like Charlie Sheen was really worried about his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, and her recent trip to Mexico for rehab. Could there be a reconciliation in the works?

Remember when Charlie was still trying to get treatment for the sake of Two And A Half Men? Well, he wants Brooke to get the same treatment that he did during that time — and get this — he’s paying for the whole shebang.

Apparently, Brooke hadn’t been in Mexico for all of twelve hours before he flew down on a private jet to pick her up and bring her back to the States. He said that he felt the treatment in Mexico was dangerous and was worried that she might die. The treatment involved a drug called Ibogaine, which is not legal in the United States.

He’s got Brooke holed up at a secret location with his former team of doctors helping her get rid of her addictions. It must be nice to have a ton of money to just throw at your problems. But still, we can’t take away from the fact that he’s doing a good thing for his ex-wife.

Just a day after Brooke Mueller was spotted out and about with what appeared to be a makeshift crack pipe, we’ve learned that she and ex-husband Charlie Sheen are not required to undergo any type of drug testing per their custody arrangement. How convenient!

TMZ showed photos of Brooke that were taken last week, with something suspicious in her hand. Could it have been a crack pipe? Perhaps. Either that or a rolled up baggy. Either way, it doesn’t matter. It won’t affect the agreement that she has with Charlie for the custody of their twins.

Reportedly, the Department of Children and Family Services has not visited Charlie nor Brooke’s homes within the past six months. In addition to that, there has been no order to determine if either party are fit to raise those children.

Apparently that doesn’t matter, either, because whenever Brooke checks herself into rehab, her parents step in to be caretakers of the former couple’s twins, Max and Bob. So at least that’s something, right?

Brooke Mueller is concerned that she has a giant target on her back in her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen’s upcoming Roast on Comedy Central. Like Charlie, Brooke has fueled some crazy stories about herself, but her problem is that she doesn’t want it in the national spotlight.

Legally, Charlie is forbidden from talking about her drug use publicly, but technically, are the other people involved in the Roast also bound by those terms?

Brooke says that she wants her name off-limits during Charlie’s roast on September 10th. Brooke’s people said, “He better not go there.”

She’s so serious about keeping her name off of the hot topic list that her people are considering sending Comedy Central a letter, telling them to stay away from poking fun at her. Yes, Charlie is bound by the terms of their divorce decree, not to go on record about her drug use, but there are others there who aren’t bound by that contract. Someone’s bound to spout off about her recent trip to the pawn shop in the wee hours of the morning, where she was “trying to help a friend.”

If you’ve been wondering where Brooke Mueller has been since March, then look no further than her twin sons with Charlie Sheen, Max and Bob. Apparently Charlie thinks it’s cute to teach his kids, who are just learning to talk, to say “rehab”.

Charlie said that he’s teaching his two-year-old sons the word because he wants them to know where their mother spends so much of her time. He revealed that this is the first time he’s been able to spend a weekend with the kids since March.

He said, “I am teaching them words, because they’re speaking now. I’m teaching them the word ‘rehab’ so they always know where their mom is.”

Stay classy, Charlie…but I guess that is better than teaching them to say “drug bum”, so there’s that.

It’s official! Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are divorced!

The former couple married on May 30, 2008, but Charlie filed the divorce documents on November 1, 2010 and had to wait six months before the divorce was finalized.

They share twin sons, Max and Bob and per their divorce agreement, Charlie has to pay out $55,000 per month in child support.

Reportedly, Brooke is still in rehab to deal with her drug issues. They recently went to court when Charlie tried to take custody of their children, but his efforts proved fruitless.

Since, she has checked herself into rehab, but Charlie’s lawyer is seeking to change the terms of their custody agreement in court tomorrow. He is also seeking to terminate the $55,000 per month that he pays her in child support.

Sources say Brooke disappeared for a time this week during her binging. TMZ obtained surveillance video of Brooke attempting to get money for jewelry at an Inglewood pawn shop.

It appears that she is trying to head him off at the pass with this move. Obviously she doesn’t want to lose custody of her children, so it’s possible that she was trying to show a court that she’s getting the help she needs.

Now, we’re hearing reports that her ex, Charlie sheen, is set to go into court Tuesday to seek custody of their twins, Max and Bob.

The test was scheduled after RadarOnline reports about Mueller calling friends to ask them to provide drug-free urine. And Friday, a cocaine street dealer in crime-ridden Inglewood, Calif., told us he’d sold an “8-ball” of drugs to Mueller.

An anonymous snitch said, “Charlie will be going to court on Tuesday to address Brooke’s refusal to take the test. He may ask the court for the temporary custody of the boys if Mueller agrees to enter rehab. Charlie is concerned for Brooke, but his first priority is the boys and their safety.”

Brooke Mueller has until 6pm to resurface to take a mandatory drug test. Charlie and Brooke had previously agreed to taking random drug tests as part of their custody agreement.

Reportedly, Brooke has already fallen off of the wagon and is said to have vanished. If she doesn’t show up for the test, they will mark it as failed. If that happens, then Charlie will try and seek custody of their two children, Max and Bob.

Paris Hilton rose to fame on the small screen next to Nicole Richie in The Simple Life. Now, she’s doing her own reality show, titled, The World According To Paris and we’ve got some details!

She said, “When I did The Simple Life, I was playing a character that I created and I had no idea it would last so many seasons. So I had to continue doing that character, so I think people assume that’s really how I am. But when they see this new show, they’re going to see the real me.”

She went on to reveal, “I had such a great time doing The Simple Life so it’s so much fun to still be doing it with The World According To Paris. It’s a show like I’ve never done before. I’m really letting cameras into my real life, and it’s just an all-access pass into what goes on.”

The camera even followed her around when she was with her boyfriend, Cy Waits. Of that, she added, “He’s very shy, so this all very new to him, but he loves me so much and supports me.”

We have heard rumblings that Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Brooke Mueller were considering getting back together. This had us wondering why she would want to take back the crazy in her life?!??

According to reports, Brooke’s mother Moira Fiore said, “They’re talking about it constantly, and Brooke has been saying she and Charlie are trying to get back together.”

So how does that explain his recent shenanigans with “paid escorts”???

A source close to Brooke’s family said, “Charlie and Brooke talk and I think everything is still friendly between them, but I’m sure it’s for the sake of the boys. They are not together as far as I know. Moira’s comments were taken out of context.”

I can’t say that I would blame her for not wanting to get back together with him. Besides all of that, hasn’t he been a little busy in Las Vegas with adult film stars?

Brooke Mueller says that she was humiliated by the fact that Charlie Sheen filed for divorce before they’d planned to. The twosome worked out the paperwork when he was arrested on Christmas day in 2009 and have cited that date as their date of separation on the divorce documents.

The former couple planned to file for divorce after waiting a year after the incident, to allow Charlie time to smooth things over with the press. Her lawyer said, “Charlie humiliated Brooke. She didn’t want to make trouble for Charlie.”

He went on to say that Brooke was even more hurt because she had shown him support when his hooker fling hit the fan. Charlie’s manager said that Brooke was aware that Charlie planned to file divorce and says that people should concentrate on their children, instead.

He said, “Charlie tried to reach out to Brooke and left her a message before filing for divorce. It’s a shame that this ambulance chaser is trying to drum up more business because this divorce was finalized and agreed upon six months ago. Shouldn’t everyone involved be more concerned about the two young children?”

Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller have just filed for divorce today, after Charlie was caught with paid escort, Capri Anderson, high on cocaine and naked in New York City last Monday.

That night, Charlie was said to be missing his watch, which he thought Capri stole from him. So, he went nuts and she had to hide in the bathroom to call hotel security. The cops came, but he wasn’t arrested. Instead, he was taken to a local hospital. Afterward, Charlie’s rep tried to do damage control, saying that it was merely an adverse reaction to medication.

Since, the paparazzi caught up with Brooke for her statement on the whole thing. She basically said that Charlie is fine and that they’ve been separated. We could’ve guessed that, but it hadn’t been confirmed until then.

Now, the twosome are making it official.

Update: In the divorce petition, he cites irreconcilable differences with a date of separation as December 25, 2009.

According to sources, Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller, has been released from the hospital last night. Mueller had been battling pneumonia since last Wednesday and was placed in ICU.

Brooke’s hospitalization kept her from appearing at a court hearing regarding her and “Two And A Half Men” actor Charlie’s court imposed separation. However, the judge in the case allowed Charlie to visit her in the hospital. Their next hearing is on February 8, 2010 and they are not allowed to communicate with each other until the protective order is modified.
