Brooke Mueller is worried that if she loses permanent custody of her twins with Charlie Sheen, she will also lose that fat payment that she gets for child support. Currently, she gets a whopping $55,000 per month, but is concerned that the payments will stop because she doesn’t have custody of her kids.

A source said, “One of the reason she had her lawyer go to court on Friday to ask the judge to strip Denise Richards of temporary guardianship of Bob and Max – and have them placed with her brother – is because she is afraid that Charlie is going to cut off child support. Brooke hasn’t worked in years and is unable to keep a job because of her addiction to drugs.”

The snitch added, “Charlie hasn’t given any indication that he is planning to do so — yet.”

The source continued, “Brooke doesn’t have any money saved and lives month-to-month on the child support. Charlie will reassess the child support issue with Brooke in the next few months and see where things stand. He wants her to get the help she needs.”

By now, you have probably heard that Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has had her twins taken away from her by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. City officials suspected that Brooke had fallen back into drug abuse and quickly whisked the kids away and placed them with Denise Richards.

Her rep has issued a statement saying that Brooke is being treated at UCLA Medical Center and was admitted on May 3rd. The rep said, “Brooke will be there for several more days, and will likely transition directly into a residential treatment facility to get help for prescription drug abuse. Brooke misses her children, and wants to get health so she can resume her life and get back to being a mom.”

This marks Brooke’s 20th (YES 20TH!) time in rehab. Let’s hope that this time she spends more than six days in treatment!

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has had her two children with the actor taken away from her by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. Subsequently, instead of going to their father, the children were placed with his ex-wife, Denise Richards. Of course, Charlie is now saying that he supports the decision to have Denise look after their twins, Max and Bob.

Charlie’s rep said, “Charlie supports the actions of the Department of Children and Family Services. He knows Max and Bob are safe in a stable, loving environment with Denise and the boys’ sisters.”

A source said that Charlie is “truly grateful that she is there for the kids.”

The snitch added, “They’ve been under her care many times before. This isn’t unusual. Truthfully, Denise and [her daughters] are the only consistence those poor kids have had.”

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has a new reason to celebrate after a judge has decided to end her supervised probation earlier than planned.

In December 2011, Brooke was busted for possession of cocaine in Aspen, Colorado. After pleading guilty to one count of possession in March 2012, she was sentenced to a year’s worth of probation by the judge. Apparently the judge felt that continuing her probation for the full sentence was good enough — so she’s done!

Her attorney Yale Galanter recently met with prosecutors on the case and they all agreed that it has been long enough for Brooke. They all talked it through and decided that Brooke wasn’t breaking any laws and so her supervised probationary period is over and done with.

The judge in the case made the ruling official last week, after finding that Brooke has been obeying all laws and has been conducting herself responsibly. The former wife of the actor has been in rehab a number of times for various substance abuse problems, with the most recent time being 2012. The case is set tobe expunged from her record this May if she keeps up the good work.

We’re so sure that Charlie didn’t buy her way out of trouble on this one. (Enter sarcasm here.)

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has already left rehab after being there for only six days. Talk about doing the quickie rehab treatment in record time!

She was treated for her addiction to Adderall and this marked her 19th time in treatment. She was reportedly there in the rehab center to detoxify herself, but does that take care of the bigger problem at hand? TMZ reports:

Sources say her mission this time around was to detox, which can certainly resolve immediate addiction issues, but such a short stay does not deal with underlying problems. Brooke does, however, have ongoing psychological outpatient treatment. She says she’s feeling much better.

As for her twins, we’ve learned they’re back in her custody. As we first reported, Brooke gave Bob and Max to Denise Richards — Charlie Sheen’s second ex — to care for them while she was detoxing, but Brooke went nuclear when Denise asked if she could take the kids to Charlie’s XMAS party. Brooke’s mom picked the kids up the next day.

She needs to really think about a long-term solution…if not for her sake, then for the sake of her twins. They need their mother and they don’t need her to be this drugged up mess!

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has checked herself into rehab for the 19th time. This time, she is being treated for an addiction to ADHD medication Adderall. She was already said to have overdosed last week, but very little alcohol was found in her system during her hospital stay. At the time, her rep chalked it up to exhaustion, but now it appears that she has addiction issues.

TMZ reports that Brooke has checked into rehab Monday night and will be staying there for an unspecified amount of time. Her attorney, Yale Galanter, said, “Brooke was uncomfortable with the way Adderall was making her behave.”

Brooke is on probation in Aspen and she is prohibited from consuming alcohol, but Galanter tells us he’s confident the low low level of alcohol in her bloodstream would not result in a probation violation.

Galanter adds, “Brooke continues her lifelong battle with drug addiction by taking these steps herself to prevent a further drug relapse.”

A recent report surfaced claiming that Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller suffered from a drug overdose. Now, her camp has released a statement calling BS on the rumors.

Yesterday, at 11:42 a.m., an ambulance was called to Brooke’s home in Tarzana, California. At the time she was taken to the hospital, but her camp insists that it wasn’t as bad a situation as it was made out to be in the press.

Her attorney, Allie Gordon Weinstein said, “It is confirmed there were no illegal drugs in Brooke’s system, and she is at home right now with her kids. Brooke did not overdose.”

Brooke’s rep also issued a statement, saying, “An assistant thought Brooke was non-responsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance. As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home. That’s it.”

A pal said of Brooke, “She’s in a good place. She hasn’t seemed depressed or low at all. She’s excited about the future, spending time with her children and just wants to get on with her life peacefully.”

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller isn’t likely to do any jail time in her arrest over cocaine possession and possession with intent to distribute. Her attorney and the prosecutor in the case are in negotiations for a plea bargain — and they are keeping jail time off the table. #RichPeopleProblems

Sources have revealed that her attorney has been meeting with the prosecutor and they’re talking about a deferred prosecution. Reportedly, Brooke will probably be required to complete some drug education classes and perform some community service hours and afterward, the charges will be dismissed.

TMZ reports:

Brooke was arrested December 2 and charged with felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as misdemeanor assault.

Brooke’s next scheduled court date was set for March 5, but we’re told it’s been moved to April 2. During that hearing, Brooke will be present and — unless negotiations fall apart — she will enter her plea and the judge will impose his sentence.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been busted for possession of cocaine, along with third degree assault, according to our sister site, Tragicomical.

Brooke was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, last night on suspicion of felony cocaine possession. The local police department revealed that they found Brooke inside Escobar nightclub after she allegedly assaulted another woman at a nearby bar.

She was booked on a misdemeanor third degree assault charge and was released from the Pitkin County jail after paying an $11,000 bond.

Drug addiction and recover a real pain. We hope that she gets the help that she needs. At least Charlie appears to be clean. At least she has the money to hire a ton of nannies to take care of her kids.

Get well soon, Brooke. Soon, we’re guessing that we will be hearing reports that she’s checking back into rehab. Hopefully.
