He claims that she was hiding in the bathroom because she knew she stole it. She says that she was merely hiding because she was scared for her life. Somewhere therein, lies the truth.

According to reports, authorities are nailing down the location of Charlie’s $160,000 watch…and all of the roads may be leading back to Capri.

A source close to the situation said, “Calls are coming in to Charlie’s lawyers and the callers have information about the watch and what Capri did with it. There have been multiple calls with information.”

Charlie’s people seem to think that she stashed the watch, but others who have called are giving information about its location. The insider added, “If they find that watch and connect it to her, Capri is going to be in even bigger trouble. And they are closing in on it.”

Charlie Sheen’s lawyer, Yale Galanter went on Good Morning America today to let the world know that Capri Anderson was hired for Charlie’s entertainment — but not for sex!

Yale said that there “was never a sexual encounter or money exchanged for sexual acts” between Charlie and Capri on the night of the hotel incident. He also went on to say that she threatened to go on television and “lie about what occurred that night in the Plaza” if he didn’t pay her at least one million dollars.

He also said that he’s “confident” that the NYPD will see Capri’s accusations as a “complete shakedown.”

Now that porn star Capri Anderson has filed a criminal complaint against Charlie Sheen for the incident at a New York hotel, Charlie’s fighting back!

According to reports, Charlie has filed an extortion lawsuit against Capri and is also claiming that she stole his $165,000 watch. He says that she tried to extort him for one million dollars. She reportedly told him that if she didn’t get the money, she’d go to the Aspen prosecutors and try to have his probation violated.

The suit claims Capri also threatened “to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale.”

The suit says, “At no time did Sheen assault, batter or threaten Walsh.” Charlie also alleges Capri admitted to third parties after the incident she had not been battered or held against her will. And, according to the suit, Capri told the NYPD Sheen acted “like a total gentleman.”

The suit, filed by legal pit bull Marty Singer, also accuses Capri of stealing his $165,000 Patek Philippe watch.

In classic, Singer-esque language, the suit describes Capri as “an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam-artist.”

Sheen is asking for unspecified damages, but nothing less than the $165,000 for his watch.

Capri Anderson gave an interview to Good Morning America, where she told her side of the story about the night she was held hostage in a New York hotel bathroom with Charlie Sheen.

Yesterday, it was said that Charlie was really worried about her interview today and what she’d say. She said that he choked her, called her a lot of degrading names and threatened her life. Now, Charlie’s camp is hitting back at the allegations! TMZ reports:

Charlie’s manager, Mark Burg, tells TMZ, “This is a woman who, for the right amount of money, sleeps with strangers.”

Capri went on “Good Morning America” and claimed she’s filing suit against Charlie because, among other things, he choked her. Capri, a porn star, denies she’s a hooker. But Burg, who is also the Executive Producer of “Two and a Half Men,” thinks otherwise.

Burg re-emphasizes that Capri never told police about any abuse, despite the fact that “she had every opportunity to do so.”

Burg says she’s concocting her latest story for money and vows Charlie will not pay a penny to settle with her.

She’s set to appear on Good Morning America and Nightline tomorrow, and says that the incident has completely changed her life.

She said, “I’m not going to stand down and be completely walked over, mistreated. My whole life has been changed.”

According to the press release from ABC, she claims that she was offered hush money to stay quiet about her evening with Charlie.

Sheen hired Anderson for the night and boozed it up at the fancy French restaurant Daniel with her and his entourage, which included his ex-wife Denise Richards, before going back to the Plaza.

“He was, from the beginning of the night, very loud and he had no hesitations when it came to using derogatory language or cuss words,” Anderson told “Nightline,” according to excerpts.

“Towards the latter half of the night, it got really bad. He started yelling racial slurs,” she said. “But it wasn’t until he put his hands around my neck that I really thought to myself: ‘You have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation.’”

The hotel called 911 around 2 a.m. and cops arrived to find Sheen — two months out of rehab and still on probation for attacking his third wife — raving.

She went on to say, “I think that this story and this treatment sends a message in itself. It’s not right to hurt people. It’s not right to scare people. It’s not right to carry on with such disregard for the people around you.”

On the night of October 26th, Charlie Sheen was hospitalized after a fling with an escort named Capri Anderson. Reportedly, he went nuts after snorting cocaine and realizing that his super expensive watch had gone missing.

But it’s all good — so says Charlie himself. In this new video, he talks about his missing watch and the latest episode of Two And A Half Men. Of the watch, he said, “It’s still missing. The way I look at it is if you have expensive tastes, you gotta be prepared for expensive losses.”

Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller have just filed for divorce today, after Charlie was caught with paid escort, Capri Anderson, high on cocaine and naked in New York City last Monday.

That night, Charlie was said to be missing his watch, which he thought Capri stole from him. So, he went nuts and she had to hide in the bathroom to call hotel security. The cops came, but he wasn’t arrested. Instead, he was taken to a local hospital. Afterward, Charlie’s rep tried to do damage control, saying that it was merely an adverse reaction to medication.

Since, the paparazzi caught up with Brooke for her statement on the whole thing. She basically said that Charlie is fine and that they’ve been separated. We could’ve guessed that, but it hadn’t been confirmed until then.

Now, the twosome are making it official.

Update: In the divorce petition, he cites irreconcilable differences with a date of separation as December 25, 2009.
