Ashton Kutcher Earning $725,000 Per Episode For ‘Two And A Half Men’
by Roberta Ferguson on May.02, 2012, under articles

Ashton Kutcher has just signed on for the tenth season of “Two And A Half Men” and his paycheck is continuing to grow. According to Hollywood.com, Kutcher will earn $725,000 per episode. That makes an extra $25,000 he will be earning as opposed to the ninth season of the show.
Kutcher took the reins on the show after CBS and Warner Brothers fired his predecessor, Charlie Sheen. After the show effectively killed off Sheen’s character, Kutcher came in for the ninth season as billionaire with a broken heart, Walden Schmidt.
Kutcher’s “Men” co-star Jon Cryer is reportedly expecting to earn an amount within the same ballpark, while Angus T. Jones is reportedly raking in $300,000 per episode.
The show’s ratings have dropped significantly when Kutcher replaced Sheen, but the network is also not paying it’s main star as much as his predecessor. Are you a “Two And A Half Men” fan? Do you still watch with Ashton Kutcher or would you have preferred for the network to make nice with Charlie Sheen?

CBS wants Charlie Sheen back!
by Roberta Ferguson on Mar.21, 2011, under articles

Are any of us really that surprised to hear that the network that fired Charlie Sheen is actually asking him to come back?!??
CBS fired Charlie from his hit show, Two And A Half Men, but since he’s gone off and ignited a tour that’s making millions, the head honchos at the network want their star back!
Now that his Violent Torpedo Of Truth tour is selling like hotcakes and the actor has been courted by Fox, we’ve heard reports that CBS head honcho Les Moonves wants to give Charlie his job back.
The top exec at the Eye network is ready, willing, and able to forgive and forget all of Sheen’s recent antics and continue broadcasting the series, with Sheen back in the starring role, a well-placed insider tells us.
According to our source, CBS President and CEO Les Moonves has been speaking directly with top execs at Warner Bros. Television — the company that produces Men and also fired Sheen.
What do you think he should do?
Charlie Sheen fired from Two And A Half Men! Charlie responds!
by Jessica LeFevre on Mar.07, 2011, under articles

CBS and Warner Brothers has finally had enough of Charlie Sheen’s antics and has officially fired the actor from Two And A Half Men!
WB issued this statement: “After careful consideration, Warner Brothers Television has terminated Charlie Sheen’s services on ‘Two And A Half Men’, effective immediately.”
Wow, did you expect anything else???
Charlie has already commented on the madness, saying this in a statement:
“This is very good news. They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions, never have to look at whatshiscock again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension.”
Were you expecting them to coddle him with open arms?
Two And A Half Men shut down over Charlie Sheen comments
by Jed Eckert on Feb.24, 2011, under articles

Charlie Sheen has really done it this time!
After making a ton of nasty comments about Two And A Half Men creator, Chuck Lorre, CBS and Warner Brothers have pulled the plug on the show for the remainder of the season! (Catch up here, as best summarized by The Superficial)
TMZ has learned “Two and a Half Men” will immediately stop production for the rest of the season … because of Charlie’s escapades in the last few days … most recently what he said to TMZ.
CBS and Warner Bros. say, “Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of ‘Two and a Half Men’ for the remainder of the season.”
The decision comes several hours after TMZ posted a story in which Charlie Sheen challenged creator Chuck Lorre to a fight, calling him “a stupid, stupid little man and a pu**y punk that I never want to be like.”
Sources connected with the production tell us … Charlie’s comments to TMZ were the final straw. No word on whether production will resume next season.
Wow. Like he didn’t expect THAT to happen!
