Now that Lindsay Lohan has been confined to her home for 35 days for her jewelry theft conviction. Yet we still keep seeing her pop up in endorsement deals and photo opps. Why, you might wonder?

Lindsay is basically a prisoner in her own home in Venice, California. She’s wearing an ankle monitoring device, but that doesn’t mean she’s not allowed to have people come over. Even if that means it’s the paparazzi!

There are rules, however. She isn’t allowed to leave, unless her outing is pre-approved. Below, we have a list of what she’s allowed and not allowed to do.

She is allowed:

Lindsay can leave her townhouse for medical appointments or go to the probation department, as long as she gives advance notice.
She can have visitors without any type of restrictions.
She is allowed to use the telephone and internet. (Twitter!)

She isn’t allowed:

She cannot leave the premises of her home without getting prior consent, otherwise her ankle bracelet will inform authorities.
She cannot perform her community service during this 35 day span or attend any work-related events.
She is not allowed to tamper with her ankle monitoring device, as it would sound off an alarm to those monitoring her activities.

Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested earlier this morning in West Hollywood!

They busted Christina for public intoxication and Matthew was arrested for driving under the influence.

A source said that Christina appeared to be “extremely intoxicated” and was “unable to take care of herself.” The snitch added, “If the driver her NOT been arrested for DUI, she would have never been in trouble.”

His bail was set at $30,000 for the misdemeanor offense. Maybe Christina will check into rehab has her friends have suggested?

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has been investigated for assault on her ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, after she allegedly beat the crap out of him in the pre-taped episode.

Herald Bulletin reports:

Lt. Paul Boulware of the Anderson Police Department said the department wasn’t aware of the fight until Wednesday, when the department’s victim’s advocate received two anonymous e-mails urging police to look into the incident.

“We assigned an officer to it this afternoon,” Boulware said.

The episode, which was pre-taped, features a fight between Portwood and Shirley that begins when Shirley questions Portwood about crib sheets on their daughter’s bed.

Wow, she clearly has problems!

Snooki appeared in court today over her annoying drunken charge. The judge said that she seemed like a Lindsay Lohan wannabe and sentenced her to the following:

$500 in fines
$33 in court costs
2 days of community service

He said that all of the other charges have been dropped. Do you think that’s fair? She did apologize to the Seaside Heights cops.

When Paris Hilton was released from that Las Vegas jail for cocaine possession, she got sprung much quicker than your average Joe – in about half the time, no less.

Why? Because Paris is special? Well, not so much. Apparently, the authorities were so worried about the ruckus caused by her presence that they released her much quicker than those with much lesser offenses.

The Las Vegas Review Journal reports:

“Yeah, she was treated differently so I don’t have a disruption of my process here at the county jail,” said Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Deputy Chief Jim Dixon, who runs the detention center. “When you bring somebody in like that, everybody comes over and tries to look at them. I’d have officers attempting to keep inmates away from her. I’d have disruptions.”

So just because they wanted her out early, she was released in less time than those who have committed lesser offenses. She was sprung from jail in three hours. I’m not buying it. Are you?

It’s not fair!

According to TMZ, Warrant singer Jani Lane just pleaded no contest to his DUI arrest from May. He has been sentenced to complete 120 days in jail.

TMZ reports:

Besides the jail time — Lane will lose his license for three years and will have to complete a 30-month alcohol education program.

We’re told Jani is scheduled to surrender on July 27.

That sucks, but as you’ll find with cases like these…if you do the crime, you have to do the time!

Jaleel White, mostly known at Steve Urkel on Family Matters, is now being investigated for slapping around his baby’s mother, Bridget Hardy.

Reportedly, two weeks ago, the duo were driving down the Pacific Coast Highway when he punched her in the chest. When they got home, he got worse.

TMZ reports:

Sources familiar with the police report tell us … the alleged victim claims White allegedly punched her in one of her breast implants while they were driving on Pacific Coast Highway two weeks ago, with an infant in the car. We’re told, she claims when they got home White allegedly slapped her, and pushed her into a toilet so hard it broke the tank.

Sources connected with White’s baby mama, Bridget Hardy, tell TMZ Hardy is in fact the alleged victim. We’re told she did not report any injuries.

Let’s hope he really didn’t “do that!”

Lindsay Lohan could face a charge of contempt of court, after quietly dropping a tidy little “FU” to the court.

The actress had her nails done, but seemingly wrote on her middle finger a tiny little message that could land her in more hot water. If the judge thinks she was directing it toward the court she could face a contempt of court charge.

Her Twitter claims “didn’t we do our nails as a joke with our friend dc? it had nothing to do w/court.. it’s an airbrush design from a stencil xx”.

She better be careful the next time she goes to court. The extra sentence will be added on to her 90 day sentence if the judge determines that she’s in contempt. This judge already laid the smack down, so why would she wanna push it?

SUCKS to be her but she kinda did ask for it when she waltzed into court with the F-BOMB written on her nail.

In case you’ve been living under a rock for the past 24 hours, actress Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to complete a term of ninety days in jail.

She was sentenced earlier today for violating the terms of her probation in her 2007 DUI case. She wailed and cried as she pleaded with the judge that she was in compliance and blamed her non-compliance on the Right On program, but Judge Marsha Revel was having none of it. She sentenced Lindsay to jail, in-patient rehab and probation. She is due to surrender to the police on July 20th at 8:30 a.m.

All the while during her court hearing, Lindsay was fidgety and nervous. But that might be because she had a little bit of a secret. On her pastel manicured fingernails, she had a message for the court/media/her detractors.

Well said, Lindsay. But we think that the courts are obviously going to have the last laugh here.

I guess this wouldn’t be the first time Amy Winehouse has lashed out at someone.

Amy was in attendance at a local theater, watching a Cinderella play when she started spouting off obscenities during the show. Parents complained about her shouting and swearing and she was asked to move to a private box.

She allegedly attacked the theater manager, Richard Pound, kicking him in the groin and pulling his hair. There has been no complaint filed as of yet, but the incident is under investigation.

Leona Lewis was at Waterstones book store in London earlier today, signing copies of her autobiography, “Dreams”, when she was assaulted by a man.

The man allegedly slapped the singer, and was subsequently arrested.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said, “The female did not require hospital treatment – we are at the scene.”

That’s just awful, I hope she gets some better security for any future outings. Shame on that guy for hitting a lady.

Yesterday, Fall Out Boy singer Patrick Stump was arrested for driving without a license in California. Now, he’s talking about his bungle.

He says, “All I really have to say is ignorance of the law isn’t innocence. I didn’t want to give up my Illinois driver’s license and was unaware that was a crime. It is, by the way, in the state of California. Lesson learned. I technically broke a law, so technically I deserve whatever I get. But man, is my mom gonna be pissed.”

If convicted of this crime, he could get six months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine. When is it justice that a man driving without a license should get more jail time than a felon like Chris Brown for what he did?!???

Method Man is in hot water after allegedly shooting a fan with an air gun, six times. The rapper reportedly did that to a fan outside of a show in Houston, last November.

The fan, Mary Anderson asked the rapper for an autograph outside of the show. In her lawsuit, she claims that she handed him her ticket stub for an autograph and he “pulled out an air gun and…began firing pellets.”

She says she was struck by the pellets six times. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Ha. So much for Chris Brown not being a monster.

The D.A. involved in Chris’ case told Rihanna’s lawyer, Donald Etra, that she would be expected at the next court hearing via subpoena.

Etra said that Rihanna will be called to the stand to testify at Chris’ preliminary hearing on June 22, 2009.

Chris Brown’s lawyer also asked for an order requiring the LAPD to provide information on the leaked beating photo, but the motion was rejected.

I hope she lays the smack down on this fool. He’s not a monster?!?? Really? Was there someone else in that car that night?

Ex-manager of Justin Timberlake’s restaurant, Southern Hospitality, Alison McDaniel has filed a lawsuit against the company claiming that she was sexually harassed while on the job.

McDaniel claims that she was forced to watch porn while working, but Justin’s business partners, Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan, while they made fun of her.

According to the suit, McDaniel claims that she was fired from her job after issuing a written complaint to the restaurant.

On September 11, 2008, Kanye West was arrested for allegedly getting mad at the surrounding mass of paparazzi and reportedly smashed one of the snappers’ cameras to the ground.

In March, 2009, Kanye and his bodyguard, Don Crawley, were both charged with three misdemeanors; grand theft, battery, and vandalism.

After going to court on his behalf last week, Kanye’s attorney, Blair Berk has pleaded not guilty for the rapper. No word on whether or not she pleaded not guilty for Crawley, in addition.

The next hearing is scheduled for July 15th.

You may not have heard of Dolla before today, but he was an aspiring rapper out of Atlanta, Georgia. Dolla was murdered Monday afternoon, after the perpetrator brandished a gun at The Beverly Center in L.A. and shot him in the head.

That was the only photo that I could locate of the victim, from a 2008 CD, titled, “I’m Tore Up”.

TMZ has found out the identity of the suspect, who was trying to board a plane at LAX, with a gun. The perp, Aubery Berry, who was sitting there at the airport:

LAX police spotted a man who matched the description, sitting in the lobby area of Terminal 1. Cops approached Berry and almost immediately he said he knew why cops were there and then raised his hands and told them he had a 9 millimeter handgun in his waistband.

R.I.P. Dolla, he was only 21.

Rapper T.I. will be heading to Arkansas on May 26th to serve his one-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to federal weapons charges.

He will be credited for 305 days of home detention and will likely serve only 60 days, as opposed to the full year’s sentence.

T.I. will be on probation for three years, following his release, and he has also been ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.

Before heading to the prison, it was rumored that he would be releasing a new video for “Never Forget”.

And the Circus continues!

A fan of Britney Spears was arrested Thursday morning for allegedly sneaking onto Britney’s private property in Calabasas, and reportedly peeping inside the windows of her house.

The woman was identified as Miranda Tozier-Robbins and was wearing camouflage fatigues and carrying a backpack and a video camera. Security noticed her trying to sneak around and asked her to leave. She “balked at their requests” and had to be escorted from the premises.

The Sheriff’s Department arrived on the scene and removed her from the property. She was booked for trespassing and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000 and she was released on a citation.

You can like Britney, but you can’t like her up close, at least not legally.

Nope, that’s just what Nikki Sixx did in his early Motley Crue days…the sicko. We’d expect this from Tommy Lee, but Nikki? Come on.

Tommy says, “There was this unmanned cop car parked in the alley behind the Whisky, and Nikki picked up this stick and smashed in the f**king window. He took a p*ss inside the f**king cop car.”

The LAPD is not amused at the 25-year-old antics. A spokesperson for the police says, “It’s not clear whether this is still an open case or whether the officer involved closed it out. If it’s still open, it will be investigated.”

No one puts the LAPD in a corner!

In case you missed it, Chris Brown plead not guilty today to the felony charges of assault and making criminal threats.

He’s due back in court on April 29th.

As you can see from the photos, his family, friends, attorney, and some protesters were all there to show their support/displeasure.

Chris Brown is due in court today to answer the felony charges of beating the crap out of Rihanna prior to the Grammy’s in February. According to sources, Brown is expected to plead not guilty to the charges at his arraignment today.

Sources say that Brown wants to resolve the situation at today’s hearing, but plans to plead not guilty.

He was charged with making criminal threats along with felony assault.

Let’s hope that she has also put the situation behind her, by letting him go his own way.

UPDATE: Chris Brown has just left the court room after pleading not guilty to both counts.

Rapper Coolio was just busted for possession of crack cocaine while trying to board a flight at LAX.

He tried going through airport security, when a screener found crack on him. It got physical, but we still haven’t gotten any details of the kerfuffle.

Apparently, he was anxious to get to a gig in Tulsa, Oklahoma with Tone Loc and Shock G of the Digital Underground.

Coolio didn’t get the memo, crack is whack, man!
