Heidi Klum has finally filed for divorce from her husband, Seal. She cited the reason for their divorce as “irreconcilable differences,” according to the petition. Later on I’m sure they will make it public what the reason was for divorcing (or not?). According to Heidi’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, the two signed a post-nuptial agreement that separates their stuff after they divorce. The lawyers say that there is no community property to be divided. She wants joint custody of their four kids, but she wants to have full physical custody with Seal getting visitation rights.

Heidi says that she wants her original name back legally (even though she uses it anyways). She is also asking the judge for absolutely no spousal support and she’s not going to pay for Seal’s lawyer’s either. She is one evil woman. Not even letting this man get a grasp on whats happening before she divorces him. The biggest issue that they will have will be custody rights.

He was asked if the divorce was irreversible or if they were even going to stay friends after the divorce. He didn’t answer. I don’t blame him. He got blindsided by his own wife about a divorce that he probably didn’t even know was going to happen. I feel bad for this man. Do you?

We are sad to report that Jennie Garth and Twilight actor Peter Facinelli have decided to end their marriage! Shocking, right?

In 1996, the former couple met on the set of their movie, An Unfinished Affair. On January 20, 2001, the happy couple tied the knot in a traditional Roman Catholic ceremony. After eleven years, the couple have announced that they are going their separate ways.

In a joint statement, they said, “While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time.”

The former couple have been the subject of previous rumors surrounding the demise of their marriage. They have three daughters together, Luca Bella, Lola Ray and Fiona Eve.

Katy Perry really wanted to save her 14-month marriage to comedian Russell Brand, but had to accept that it was finally over when he refused to attend marital counseling. She wanted them to undergo counseling as a last ditch effort to save their marriage, but Russell wasn’t into it.

Reportedly, she reached out to Russell to prevent their divorce, but he just plainly told her that their marriage was over and that she needed to move on. How rude!

A pal said, “She has been quite down. She really thought she could sort it out with Russell.”

Last weekend, Katy and Russell were both in Los Angeles, but it wasn’t for the meeting she was hoping for. Instead, she left when he arrived and finally accepted that there is nothing she can do.

The pal added, “Even with the divorce papers being served she was convinced that a meeting could make him realize why they fell in love.”

Alas, that didn’t work. Subsequently, she unfollowed him on Twitter and is moving on with her life.

On Saturday, rumors hit the internet stating that Heidi Klum was set to file for divorce from her husband of six years, singer Seal. The duo were said to be filing the documents in the Los Angeles County Superior Court early next week, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple have never shown any signs of negativity toward the other, so this comes as a bit of a shock to fans. They have famously renewed their vows for every year they’ve been married, on their anniversary.

Now, People magazine is revealing that they haven’t split — yet!

A source close to the high profile couple said that they aren’t headed to court to file divorce documents just yet. The source said, “They’ve been fighting a lot lately, but they have no plans to announce a split right now. They’re not divorcing.”

Even still, things aren’t going as well as they wanted, either. The insider revealed that within the past few months, the distance between them is testing their relationship.

The spy added that “they seem to be doing a lot better” and that “they’re both wearing their wedding bands.”

Very sad news today as we report that supermodel and Project Runway host Heidi Klum is set to file for divorce from her husband Seal sometime this upcoming week. She is due to file in the Los Angeles Superior Court, citing the popular reason of “irreconcilable differences”.

The formerly happy couple share three biological children, Henry, Johan and Lou, along with Heidi’s daughter Leni, whom Seal adopted later.

They have been married since 2005 and have famously renewed their wedding vows in front of family and friends every year on their anniversary.

So – what went wrong? That’s what we want to know! They always seemed so happy!

And there was never the question as to whether or not she could do better….was there? Ha…Just kidding, we’re sure he’s a super nice dude.

On a real note, though, they looked to be the happiest couple out there. So I have to wonder what is causing their rift? What happened that was so bad between them that they have decided to go their separate ways?

Earlier today we reported that Russell Brand and Katy Perry were not getting divorced. That is not the case. Russell Brand has blind-sided Katy Perry with divorce papers. He filed them because of the “irreconcilable differences.” There probably isn’t a prenuptial agreement because the documents state that there “community property assets,” which means that there is no coverage on the accumulated property or the money and assets they’ve earned.

Two years ago on New Years Eve Russell proposed to Katy. Does anyone think that’s suspicious at all? Last month he was on a popular talk show, Ellen, saying, “I’m really happily married … I’m married to Katy. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge. I’m still alive.” Today he told everyone, “Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.”

I saw this one coming. They spent Christmas apart and they both weren’t wearing their wedding rings. Until this morning it looked like Russell blind-sided Katy when he filed for divorce; It came out of nowhere. What did she do that was so terrible to get a man to divorce her?

Shockingly enough, American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez and her husband, Marc Anthony are calling it quits!

Jennifer and Marc were married on June 5, 2004 and have two children together, twins, Max and Emme. They’ve released a statement, saying, “We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.”

Jennifer has been married twice before Marc, to Ojani Noa in 1997 and her second marriage to Cris Judd, who used to work as her backup dancer.

In May of this year, the former couple performed together on the American Idol. Jennifer was seen with their twins, solo, on the Fourth Of July, sipping on wine.

We still have to wonder what happened to their marriage? They seemed like a completely solid couple. What do you think?

If the rumors of Sarah Palin’s plans to divorce her husband Todd are true, then perhaps that would explain a few things? Most notably, that tour bus of hers, of which was recently defaced with a sign…?

According to The Globe, Sarah has “walked out” on her husband, moving into a house in Arizona worth $1.7 million. Of course, it also involves “cheating, lies and jealousy”. Perhaps no one has told The Globe, but the “First Husband” is and was always riding on the Pitbull’s coattails. Shocker, right?

Reportedly, Sarah is in the middle of hammering out a divorce deal with Todd, as she creeps on over to Arizona where her famewhoring daughter Bristol lives. She is also mulling over her possible run for the Presidency.

In the midst of all of that drama, Sarah is said to be miffed that Bristol for shacking up with Kyle Massey. A snitch close to the situation said, “Sarah is furious at Bristol for going so quickly from man to man. She is doing her best to prevent Bristol’s new relationship from being featured in the reality show. Bristol is completely rebelling against her mother – now that she’s experiencing life outside of Alaska and away from Sarah. She has opened her eyes and realized how sheltered and programmed she was.”

Maria Shriver has already set the wheels in motion for her divorce from former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Now, we’ve learned that the move could cost the former Terminator actor a cool 200 million dollars!

According to reports, the couple is worth between $200 and $400 million. So if she goes through with the divorce, it could prove to be very costly for Arnold, who has recently come into the media spotlight for fathering a child with his housekeeper, Maria Patricia Baena.

If Maria divorces Arnold, she could end up with $100 to $200 million in the deal. Even though the couple signed a prenuptial agreement, a judge could possibly toss that out due to the longevity of their marriage. In addition to that, the fact that he fathered a child with another woman would also come into play.

If the prenuptial agreement is tossed out, the judge would split their marital property 50/50. It’s no wonder why he wants her back! It’s probably to protect his bank account!

It’s official! Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are divorced!

The former couple married on May 30, 2008, but Charlie filed the divorce documents on November 1, 2010 and had to wait six months before the divorce was finalized.

They share twin sons, Max and Bob and per their divorce agreement, Charlie has to pay out $55,000 per month in child support.

Reportedly, Brooke is still in rehab to deal with her drug issues. They recently went to court when Charlie tried to take custody of their children, but his efforts proved fruitless.

After filing for divorce from husband, Jordan Bratman, Christina Aguilera is now a free woman!

Their five year marriage is over as of yesterday, April 15th. She had to wait a six month processing period before the divorce became final.

Since, she’s been dating Matthew Rutler, a production assistant that she met on the set of her movie, Burlesque.

We’ve just learned that Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from her husband, Pete Wentz!

According to reports, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus might just be getting back together!

The former couple filed for divorce on October 26, 2010. but were seen together at P.F. Chang’s in Nashville, Tennessee. They looked happy and both were smiling as they left the establishment.

A source said, “Billy Ray and Tish have been spending a lot of time together because of the kids. Just after the split, they were screaming mad at each other. But now they’ve mellowed and are reaching an understanding. Miley has really been pushing them to reconsider and give their marriage another shot.”

Julia Stiles is miffed at reports that have circulated on the internet suggesting that she had some sort of play in the divorce between Michael C. Hall and his wife Jennifer Carpenter.

It was actually a blind item that made the rounds, but gossip websites drew their own conclusions that it was Julia who came between the Dexter star and his wife.

In a statement, Julia said, “I have absolutely nothing to do with the split between Michael and Jennifer. We are good friends and enjoyed working together. This is a personal matter between them, and we should respect their privacy. Nip/Tuck actor Dylan Walsh has just filed for divorce from his second wife, Joanna Going. The couple married on October 10, 2004 and share a daughter together, named Stella Haven.

After reports were circulating that she was cheating on her husband, Elizabeth Hurley has announced on Twitter that she and Arun Nayar have gone their separate ways.

The rumors suggested that she was cheating on Arun with a cricket player named Shane Warne and the twosome hit up the posh Bentley Hotel in London.

She tweeted, “Not a great day. For the record, my husband Arun & I separated a few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware of this.”

Miley Cyrus really desperately wants her parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus to reconcile, but it seems to a losing battle. She has started begging her father to get back together with her mother, but Billy Ray is adamant to the contrary.

Reportedly, Billy Ray told Miley, “You’ve got to stop trying to get us back together. Our marriage isn’t fixable – we are getting divorced.” To that, Miley said, “You’ve always taught me that you have to work hard for the things you want in life….so why aren’t you willing to work harder to keep our family together?”

As we’ve already seen, Miley has been acting out of control over the past year and friends are saying that the divorce has been the culprit. The stress from the situation has caused her to “spin out of control”.

She filed the divorce petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court and is represented by Laura Wasser. She cites the reason for divorce as irreconcilable differences.

It appears that Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus had another reason for divorcing — and it had nothing to do with the rumors that she was hooking up with Bret Michaels. Apparently, Tish was letting the Cyrus kids run wild and it ticked Billy Ray off!

Reportedly, Miley talked back to Billy Ray and he grounded her. Tish then took up for her, giving her permission to go out anyway, which set Billy Ray off. An insider said, “Billy screamed terrible things at Tish. Then he started kicking in the door.”

The source said, “Tish locked herself in her bedroom to escape Billy Ray’s wrath. And he pounded on the door screaming, ‘Come out here and talk to me, bitch!’ You let everyone run wild when I’m not here! It’s going to STOP!’”

Brooke Mueller says that she was humiliated by the fact that Charlie Sheen filed for divorce before they’d planned to. The twosome worked out the paperwork when he was arrested on Christmas day in 2009 and have cited that date as their date of separation on the divorce documents.

The former couple planned to file for divorce after waiting a year after the incident, to allow Charlie time to smooth things over with the press. Her lawyer said, “Charlie humiliated Brooke. She didn’t want to make trouble for Charlie.”

He went on to say that Brooke was even more hurt because she had shown him support when his hooker fling hit the fan. Charlie’s manager said that Brooke was aware that Charlie planned to file divorce and says that people should concentrate on their children, instead.

He said, “Charlie tried to reach out to Brooke and left her a message before filing for divorce. It’s a shame that this ambulance chaser is trying to drum up more business because this divorce was finalized and agreed upon six months ago. Shouldn’t everyone involved be more concerned about the two young children?”
