When Bret worked with Miley on their song, Nothing To Lose, in February, he grew closer to the Cyrus clan. Apparently Tish wanted to touch his bandana and he let her. They kept their hookups on the down-low, but Billy Ray sniffed ‘em out, causing him to file for divorce.

Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller have just filed for divorce today, after Charlie was caught with paid escort, Capri Anderson, high on cocaine and naked in New York City last Monday.

That night, Charlie was said to be missing his watch, which he thought Capri stole from him. So, he went nuts and she had to hide in the bathroom to call hotel security. The cops came, but he wasn’t arrested. Instead, he was taken to a local hospital. Afterward, Charlie’s rep tried to do damage control, saying that it was merely an adverse reaction to medication.

Since, the paparazzi caught up with Brooke for her statement on the whole thing. She basically said that Charlie is fine and that they’ve been separated. We could’ve guessed that, but it hadn’t been confirmed until then.

Now, the twosome are making it official.

Update: In the divorce petition, he cites irreconcilable differences with a date of separation as December 25, 2009.

We were as shocked as anyone to report that Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus had split up after a whopping 17 years together. Since, the question has been asked: “What does Miley think of the whole thing?”

A college website by the name of Room110.com wants to find the answer to that question and more. They are offering the teen singer a sum of $100,000 to chat online with their users. A rep for the site said, “Miley has been through it all and is a great role model for young adults. I know making her a part of the Room110 community and speaking to students about how to work through tough breakups, her parents getting divorced and her various struggles will be very educational.”

In the agreement, she must chat online with the community’s user base for a few times a month, for an entire year, take some promo photos for the campaign and visit some schools to talk about her struggles.

It’s the month of divorce shockers in Hollywood! Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus have joined the ranks of celebrities who have decided to go their separate ways.

After a whopping seventeen years of marriage, they have decided to split! In a statement released by the former couple, they said, “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

Wow. Can you believe it? I wonder how Miley feels about that!

A domestic violence incident may be the straw that broke the camel’s back in the divorce between Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman.

Reportedly, Christina made a late-night trip to a Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. in the days leading up to her divorce announcement.

A source who saw she and Jordan at the hospital, said, “Christina was bleeding from her mouth and had a bit of a busted lip. Jordan told the nurses she had fallen down.”

According to reports, she had “bumps and red bruises”, in addition to her busted lip. The source added, “Shortly after they arrived to Cedars, Christina’s ‘private surgeon’ arrived to put a few stitches in her lip.”

Last week we were hearing rumors that Christina Aguilera was cheating on husband Jordan Bratman with women. Now that things are heating up in their divorce, it’s being said that Christina feels that Jordan was likely to have leaked those rumors. And the plot thickens!

A source from Christina’s camp says that she is “incensed” by the rumors leaking and that she feels it’s one of Jordan’s friends who have been saying these things about her.

A source close to the singer said, “Christina thought everything was going to stay on the high road, to make this as painless for Max as possible. But now it looks like the gloves are coming off.”

Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren has walked away from their divorce a very rich woman. Reportedly, Elin got a whopping $110 million in the divorce!

Radar Online reports:

In the past she has had access to a private jet from Tiger’s camp.

“She could afford the jet but didn’t even consider it,” the source said.

“She’s not cheap, but she’s just not throwing money around and wasting it the way some people would.”

Elin still employs nannies and other household help as she shares custody with Tiger of their two children.

“But she has cut back some of the hours some people work,” a friend told us.

“She’s not acting like she hit the lottery.”

Good for her. She deserves all of that and more after what she’s been put through.

Christina Aguilera has just filed for divorce from husband, Jordan Bratman, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to the documents, the former couple have a prenuptial agreement in place. The divorce petition asks that “earnings and accumulations of Christina’s before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation be considered separate property.

TMZ reports:

Aguilera, who is represented by disso-queen Laura Wasser, lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010.

The petition also seeks to terminate Bratman’s ability to get child support. Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.

There must be something in the water out there.

Apparently the reason that Courteney Cox and David Arquette went their separate ways was because of a lack of sex between the two.

David went on Howard Stern’s show to discuss what lead up to the breakup of their marriage. He said that Courteney claimed she didn’t want to be his mother and said that they hadn’t had sex in months!

Courteney Cox and David Arquette have separated after being married for eleven years.

TMZ reports that the former couple have been separated for several months and are still friends. They met on the set of their movie, Scream in 1995. They were married on June 12, 1999 and share a daughter, Coco, together.

They are currently slated to appear together in the upcoming Scream movie, which is set to be released next year.

This is one couple who I never suspected to get divorced, but at least it seems amicable.

Yesterday, we reported that George Lopez and his wife Ann had officially decided to get divorced. Now, we’re hearing that the reasoning behind the divorce has a lot to do with his hooker scandal from earlier this year.

In 2005, Ann gave George the gift of life by donating one of her kidneys to him.

Rocker Slash has just filed for divorce from his wife of nine years, Perla Ferrar.

According to the legal papers, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Slash cites the reason for the divorce as irreconcilable differences.

He is seeking joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s two children, London Emilio and Cash Anthony. Slash is willing to pay spousal support and the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement in place.

They were married in October, 2001.

Terius ‘The Dream’ Nash was spotted on a beach hanging out “close” with someone who is not his wife, Christina Milian. The duo have been married since September 2009 and share one daughter, five-month-old daughter, Violet.

It’s only a matter of time before Christina issues a statement that they are divorcing, unless it’s fine with her that her husband is romping around on a beach with some other woman. That didn’t take long at all for him to reveal his true colors.

On a side note, we know it’s a beach, but he definitely needs to put his shirt back on. He’s showing way too much skin.

I am so surprised that Elin Woods is even putting up with Tiger’s cheating ways, but maybe she just wants it to work out so that she can get the media spotlight off of herself and their children.

Elin spent last week visiting Tiger in sex rehab and has changed her mind about kicking him to the curb. A source said that after spending the week with her husband, “She was happy when she came home. Things went well.”

Elin hadn’t filed divorce papers, but was seriously considering it. The snitch added, “He’s told her he’s serious about making it work and doing whatever he can. The stress has taken a big toll on her. But she’s a strong woman.”

The “National Enquirer” is reporting that Usher’s divorce has a lot to do with a 42-year-old Def Jam Records executive by the name of Grace Miguel.

A source said, “There were rumors all year that Usher was going to file for divorce. But it was only when he fell for Grace that he took action. Usher couldn’t resist her – and they’ve been seeing each other regularly on the West Coast.”

The snitch added, “Tameka made a last-ditch attempt to save the marriage. But the relationship has been over since Usher met Grace.”
