Even though Demi Lovato’s rep has called BS on the sex tape rumors, PornHub is still trying to get their hands on the alleged tape, Earsucker.com has learned.

They’ve sent the Disney starlet a letter, asking her to fork over the tape for a quick $100,000. Check out the letter that they’ve sent Demi:

Recently, there were some sexy photos of Disney starlet Demi Lovato that leaked, showing her with another girl, and she was pulling down her top. Since, there have been rumors afloat suggesting that Demi made a sex tape.

According to the gossip, Demi had a bunch of guys on her tour bus with her, while her uncle Francisco Lovato stood on lookout outside. He would turn anyone away, according to reports, telling them that she was busy.

In response to the circulating claims, her rep is speaking out, saying don’t believe the hype. The rep said, “Perpetrating these completely unfounded rumors from supposed sources while Demi is in treatment dealing with serious physical and emotional issues is disgusting. The sourcing on this report is so spotty that it is hard to fully respond. Francisco Lovato is the brother of Demi’s estranged father. He never traveled on the tour, and certainly didn’t serve as some sort of chaperon. We would ask serious news outlets to strongly consider the source of this story before they regurgitate it.”

According to reports, Camille Grammer is thinking about releasing some wild sex tapes that she made with Kelsey if he reportedly doesn’t pay her some big money in their divorce. Wait, doesn’t that sound like extortion to you? Could be.

A pal of Camille’s said, “Camille fully intends on staying a very rich woman. She wants a ton of money in the settlement. Camille likes to remind Kelsey all the time that she has dirt on him. Devon James was trying to sell a reported sex tape of herself and Tiger Woods, using a website named TigerTapeXXX (not linking it). She has finally stopped taking orders for the alleged tape, primarily because she says she has reached a settlement with the golfer not to release the footage. Okay, we’ll bite…

Her husband, Nick Janette, said that they were paid off by Tiger not to release the tape. He said, “Our settlement is done so we’re not releasing a tape.” According to RadarOnline, that was just a bunch of hooey and there never was a settlement.

Nick said that everyone who has ordered and paid for the tape has had their money refunded to them, except for a small amount of people who have filed a claim for their money back. Two staff members of their publication paid, but have yet to receive anything.

They report:

On the Web site the shipping date was pushed back multiple times, most recently stating that the delay was due to the high volume of sales. But when Jannette spoke to RadarOnline.com on Tuesday, he seemed to forget that and said the date was delayed “because we didn’t know if we would have a settlement or not.”

When we pointed out the obvious contradiction that he delayed the tape’s shipment to finish negotiations versus the site’s claim that it was delayed due to an overwhelming number of orders, Nick insisted: “We didn’t lie. We did have high demand. We had 180,000 buys.

“We didn’t really know what to do. That was our reason. I didn’t want to cancel our orders and not have a settlement, so that’s what we decided to do.

“That’s not lying.”

Are you surprised? Of course there wasn’t a settlement. The guy on the reported tape already came forward to say that he was paid to give Devon a champagne sex tape on a beer budget.

According to sources, Ashton Kutcher’s rumored mistress, Brittney Jones is releasing a sex tape (photos HERE). In the promotion for the tape, they say, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced…” His attorneys also claim that Vivid is “trading on Mr. Kutcher’s good name and reputation for a commercial purpose, and are attempting to misappropriate and convert the potential economic value of Mr. Kutcher’s identity to your own advantage.”

Vivid sent a statement of their own to Ashton, and plainly put, they weren’t amused. Their letter states, “First and foremost, Vivid specifically denies any wrongdoing or liability and believes the allegations made against Vivid are without merit.”

The rest:

I am not aware that Vivid has released any video using Ashton Kutcher’s name or likeness. Also, it was unclear from your letter exactly what Mr. Kutcher is alleging caused, and will continue to cause, substantial damages to Mr. Kutcher and placed Mr. Kutcher in extreme jeopardy.

Is your client alleging that Vivid has somehow concocted a story that Mr. Kutcher had an affair with Brittney Jones, thereby damaging Mr. Kutcher’s reputation? Mr. Kutcher’s alleged affair with Brittney Jones has been widely reported in the press for several months. Therefore, we doubt the claim of substantial damages and placement of Mr. Kutcher in extreme jeopardy arises from Vivid’s upcoming release of an adult video featuring his alleged mistress, Brittney Jones.

Of course, if you are aware of any other facts which indicate that my client has somehow caused, and will continue to cause, substantial damages to Mr. Kutcher please let us know.

In other words: Pound salt.

Take That singer Robbie Williams just might have some embarrassing video footage floating around the internet. He once installed video cameras in his bedroom, but soon forgot about their existence.

Teneal Goyco claims that he faked the part of Tiger and didn’t know that they were going to release the sex tape for sale. He said, “I had no idea she was going to set up a tape of Tiger Woods. I wanted to make money — not ruin someone’s life. I thought the tape was just going to be for them personally, I didn’t know they were going to use it to make money. She said it was her fantasy to sleep with Tiger Woods.”

His ex-mistress, Devon James, still plans on releasing the sex tape that reportedly features the disgraced golfer on Friday, October 15th.

Devon’s husband, producer Nick James, says that they plan to release the tape on Friday, regardless of what happens, “no matter what.”

He said, “I was told there was a bid by his lawyers to buy the tape but so far no deal has been struck and I don’t think it will be either.”

There hasn’t been any proof that the tape exists as of yet and all of the media buzz surrounding it has been released by Devon and Nick. Nick added, “I think that it will be available for pre-order no matter what now – right now that is definitely still on.”

Tila Tequila went to court yesterday to try to get an injunction to have her sex tape blocked from being released. The judge laid the legal smackdown and basically said that she’s a famewhore with her body anyways, so why bother?

The timing is just so bad for her and her “TONS of charity work”.

This isn’t even right!

We all know that “allegedly” Spencer Pratt made off with Karissa Shannon’s sex tape and tried selling the fictitious recording to Vivid Entertainment. But what comes next may just surprise you. (Spoiler alert: it doesn’t)

Spencer tweeted that he may just release his own solo sex tape for the world. He tweeted, “Maybe if I threaten to release a solo sex tape, humanity will pay me $5million not to.”

Yes, I would totally chip in for that….I think that’s a common goal that we can all agree on.

It doesn’t matter how much you think the Heidi Montag and Karissa Shannon sex tape doesn’t exist, because Karissa is doing something real about it’s existence. She has threatened legal action against Spencer Pratt if he doesn’t return the tape that doesn’t “feature him”.

TMZ reports:

Karissa’s lawyer fired off a letter to Spencer — claiming that he is in possession of footage that was “taken from [Karissa]” and “contains private materials” featuring herself and boyfriend Sam Jones.

Either that confirms the existence of the sex tape or she’s furthering the facade. You decide.

I hate to break it to you guys, but just because Karissa Shannon says she fooled around with Heidi Montag in a sex tape, doesn’t mean it actually exists.

Case in point: Heidi is in Costa Rica right now to have some time away from Spencer Pratt. Yet, he’s right there with her for their “dog exchange”.

Besides that, Vivid Entertainment head honcho Steven Hirsch has already called Spencer’s bluff and has asked to see at least 30 seconds of the tape before he makes the trip to Costa Rica to start negotiations.

We’re told Heidi wants Hirsch to provide her with the sales numbers on Kim Kardashian’s sex tape — which was also released through Vivid — because Heidi may be interested in working out a “back-end deal” if Steve can’t offer enough cash up front to satisfy Montag.

TMZ reports that Steven Hirsch is more interested in the tapes with Heidi and Spencer and not so much in the tape featuring Karissa. Weird, no?

Does anyone really want to see Spencer Pratt naked?

Spencer Pratt is trying to sell his soon-to-be ex-wife, Heidi Montag’s sex tape for a whopping $5 million. I guess they really want to make back the money that Heidi gave to Dr. Frank Ryan on her ten surgeries that day.

Spencer is peddling the tape to Vivid Entertainment, whose head honcho, Steven Hirsch, says that five million dollars doesn’t sound unreasonable.

TMZ reports:

For his part, Spencer tells TMZ that he has an “entire website’s” worth of footage, saying, “I will knock Club Jenna out of the water.”

Spencer went on to say he thinks releasing the tapes will be good for Heidi, saying, “When I realized how much Kim [Kardashian] was making, my logic is this is the best thing I can do for my ex-wife. Kim is on the cover of Allure right now. Heidi isn’t on the cover of Allure.”
