When Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie announced that they were finally engaged, everybody and their mother wondered exactly when they were going to tie the knot. As it turns out, they don’t know the date they’re going to get married either. Perhaps if marriage equality becomes legal in this country, then it could be right after that.

on Tuesday, Brad spoke with reporters at a press conference at the Cannes Film Festival and said they were “still hoping we figure out marriage equality in the States before that date.”

Brad is currently at the film festival screening his movie, “Killing Them Softly”. In the political themed movie, he plays a hit man. The “L.A. Times” reports:

The Times’ sister paper, the Chicago Tribune, says the film has a “slippery black-comic tone” and makes “blunt metaphoric use” of footage from the 2008 presidential campaign.

As The Times reported Tuesday morning, empty campaign promises — including plenty from President Obama — play underneath much of the action in the movie, set to be released in September.

But Pitt, according to the Associated Press, doesn’t want “Killing Them Softly” to be read as his views or to be used as fodder in the 2012 election.

Kim Kardashian and her fiancee Kris Humphries have already unleashed an unthinkable wedding registry upon the world. With $6,000 vases and extensive amounts of expensive plates, silverware sets and ashtrays, so it really doesn’t matter that the world hates her because there are a lot of people suffering. We’re in a recession, people! And this reality “star” (used very loosely, I assure you) is spending money like it’s water.

Now, to make matters even worse, she’s reportedly planning her ten million dollar wedding! Ugh, I just can’t. Ten million dollars, really?

She has already reportedly commented that she wanted a wedding that would rival Prince William and Kate Middleton’s, so I guess that would do it. Still, though, with so many people in the world going hungry and she’s just spending and spending. It’s a total classless move. Ten million would be utterly extravagant, even for her.

Also in this issue of OK! magazine, Pippa Middleton gives the truth about her love life. Which is, pretty much that she’s still dating Alex Loudon. Not really anything new there, unless they’re going to drop the bombshell that she’s really hooking up with Prince Harry. So, you can get that information here for free.

Lastly, they’re talking about Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux getting engaged. He’s not good enough for her (in our humble opinions), so we didn’t even devote a story to him (or that hideous beard).

Kim Kardashian and fiancee Kris Humphries are really going all out for their upcoming wedding. After finding their wedding registry at Geary’s of Beverly Hills, we’ve got a list of some of the super expensive items that they want guests to purchase.

Among the items:

1 1925 coffeepot, creamer and sugar bowl set – $1,650.00, $1,000.00 and $710.00

Wow, I can’t even imagine who they would invite to their wedding that would have that much cash to throw away on this occasion. It’s almost as if Kim said that the wedding is fake anyways, so she chose a bunch of stupid and expensive items for her registry.

Eighty-five year old Playboy founder Hugh Hefner doesn’t see a problem with the age gap between himself and his fiancee, Crystal Harris, who is 24-years-old.

In fact, he says that it’s only other people who have an issue with comprehending their relationship.

In a new interview, he said, “If you’re in good health, age is just a number. I’m consistent; when I was 20 I was dating 20-year-old girls and now I’m 85 I’m still dating them. We have lots in common. A very similar sense of humor. I can’t foresee having a happier relationship than this one in the years ahead for me.”

He went on to reveal that he is battling ageism the most. He said, “To begin with I fought racism, then sexism, now I’m fighting ageism. One defines oneself in one’s own terms. If you let society and your peers define who you are, you’re the less for it.”

He said that the sexy magazine has a lot of female fans and that he feels he promotes a positive image to women. He added, “We live in a post-feminist society where a lot of women have grown up watching things like the popular reality show that was set in the Playboy mansion. The majority of viewers of that show were young women. I’m on Twitter and get fan messages, a lot from young women, who love Playboy and love the bunny.”

Well, here’s a shocker. Jessica Simpson is said to be walking down the aisle by the end of the year, so in true Jessica fashion, she’s already talking about showing off the “girls”.

She is in the middle of discussing wedding dresses, but she’s sure to pick one that enhances her best quality…her brains boobs.

She said, “I like my collar bone. I have a long neck, so I like to show off my decolletage. I haven’t really thought about the color. But I do like the romantic feel of a lighter color.”

And don’t be fooled, this dimwit also uses her girls to get her out of parking tickets. Perhaps she’s smarter than we give her credit for? Noooo, it couldn’t be.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth were married on March 26, 2011 in Ojai, California — and Reese said everything about the experience was perfect.

She revealed that everything went perfectly and was totally content with all of the wedding details, especially the Monique Lhuillier wedding gown.

She said, “The wedding was a wonderful experience. Everything went perfectly, right down to the dress which I just loved. Monique made it especially for me. She’s been a family friend of Jim’s for a very long time and it was an honor to be able to go to her atelier and have her make one of her beautiful gowns for me. I was just delighted.”

Despite what you might have heard, Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner will have a prenuptial agreement for his June 18th wedding to fiancee Crystal Harris.

He said, “I had a prenup the last time I got married. Why would anyone assume I wouldn’t have one this time? A prenup protects everyone.”

He also revealed that former girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson and her husband Hank Baskett will be invited to the wedding. There was some speculation that her invitation might have gotten lost in the mail.

He tweeted, “Crystal & I love both Kendra & Hank & they are both invited to the wedding.”

Reese Witherspoon married her Hollywood agent boyfriend Jim Toth on Saturday night — and in attendance were a lot of their celebrity friends. One person who didn’t make the guest list was her ex-boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal.

Jake spent the night bowling with some friends, instead.

A spy on the scene said, “They looked really into it and seemed really relaxed. As the game progressed, the guys started high-fiving each other; at one point Jake did what looked like a little dance after bowling a spare.”

According to OK! magazine, it appears that reality star Kim Kardashian already has her dream wedding to boyfriend Kris Humphries all planned out!

According to the tabloid, Kim has already picked out a custom made Vera Wang gown and a party planner. Reportedly, their wedding “will rival” Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding. I highly doubt that, but let’s let them have their own delusions.

We’re hearing reports that Owen Wilson wants to marry his girlfriend and baby’s mother, Jade Duell!

A source said, “Jade’s family likes Owen a lot and they don’t want to cause any tension, but they want him to marry her for the baby’s sake. They’re very traditional. They expect Owen and Jade to get married in a formal religious ceremony — the sooner the better!”

Paris’ name was said to be left off of the guest list because of Paris’ recent shenanigans. Her cocaine bust just proved that she was the same party girl that she always was.

A source said that there’s another reason behind the snub. The snitch said, “Nicole knew very well that having Paris involved would have inevitably turned a special night into being about their friendship. Nicole’s life is completely different now.”

A pal of Paris’ said that she’s not too worried about it, adding, “She and Nicole aren’t close anymore, but there are no hard feelings there. They just grew up and apart.”

Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand rejected a flurry of offers to sell the photos from their Indian wedding, because they feared it would allow more media intrusion into their lives.

The twosome hired a string of bodyguards to keep the prying eyes of the paparazzi away from their nuptials last month. Russell said that they were asked to sell the photos to top magazines, but they decided against it.

He said, “They offered us money to sell the photos, but once you’ve sold the photos to the wedding, how can you go, ‘Oh, give us privacy!’ We kept them private and normal.”

Congratulations are in order for Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie, who have officially tied the knot in Santa Barbara, California on Saturday evening.

Her rep has confirmed the happy news. OK! magazine reports:

Hilary, in a mermaid gown by Vera Wang, and NHL hockey player Mike Comrie, 29, said their “I do’s” in front of a breathtaking sunset and 100 of their closest family and friends.

Hilary was escorted down the aisle by her mother Susan Duff, who was dressed in Badgley Mischka.

Sister Haylie Duff acted as maid of honor with four additional bridesmaids.

Pregnant singer Alicia Keys has tied the knot with her music producer boyfriend, Swizz Beatz.

The Daily Mail reports:

The singer, who is due to give birth in November, walked down the aisle yesterday in front of a host of celebrity guests, including U2 rocker Bono and Queen Latifah.

Keys reportedly wore a flowing white gown and headband, while her partner, Swizz Beatz, donned a white tuxedo and bow tie for the big day.

The pair arrived at their venue in Corsica several days ago and have been spotted relaxing and sunbathing together ahead of the celebrations.

Congratulations!! Their baby is due in November.
