Ashton Kutcher Earning $725,000 Per Episode For 'Two And A Half Men'

Ashton Kutcher has just signed on for the tenth season of “Two And A Half Men” and his paycheck is continuing to grow. According to Hollywood.com, Kutcher will earn $725,000 per episode. That makes an extra $25,000 he will be earning as opposed to the ninth season of the show.

Kutcher took the reins on the show after CBS and Warner Brothers fired his predecessor, Charlie Sheen. After the show effectively killed off Sheen’s character, Kutcher came in for the ninth season as billionaire with a broken heart, Walden Schmidt.

Kutcher’s “Men” co-star Jon Cryer is reportedly expecting to earn an amount within the same ballpark, while Angus T. Jones is reportedly raking in $300,000 per episode.

The show’s ratings have dropped significantly when Kutcher replaced Sheen, but the network is also not paying it’s main star as much as his predecessor. Are you a “Two And A Half Men” fan? Do you still watch with Ashton Kutcher or would you have preferred for the network to make nice with Charlie Sheen?

Charlie Sheen's New Beer Commercial (Video)

When “winning warlock” Charlie Sheen isn’t pimping out Fiats, DirecTV or his new show Anger Management, he’s busy doing commercials for non-alcoholic beer! It’s a sort-of foul mouthed beer commercial, too, so if you’re at work, you may want to use your headphones.

Charlie has a sense of humor about all of his recent troubles with partying — as evidenced by his new commercial fro Bavaria non-alcoholic beer. In the video, Charlie is seen leaving a rehab clinic in California. After driving away, he notices a pregnant woman, a cab driver and some police officers all taking swigs from the beer. It’s almost if he’s in his own little world, right?

Charlie heads home to find a surprise party waiting there for him and everyone in attendance is holding a beer. Then, he learns that it’s non-alcoholic and grabs one right along with his pals.

Watch the commercial:

Do you think he’s getting good at poking fun at himself? Are you looking forward to his show when it airs on FX?

Charlie Sheen Talks Angry Rants

by on Apr.02, 2012, under articles

Charlie Sheen Talks Angry Rants

Charlie Sheen says that he feels as if the general public has forgotten exactly what was the root cause of his angry rants last year. In case you have forgotten, Charlie got miffed at Two And A Half Men creator Chuck Lorre for firing him over his big mouth last year.

Charlie’s meltdown inspired him to go on his Torpedoes of Truth tour, along with giving us handy little tidbits such as “winning”, “warlock rock star from Mars” and “banging seven gram rocks”. Now that he’s gearing up for his new show, he is talking about why he got so angry in the first place.

In a new interview, he said, “No one seems to want to remember, they all talk about ‘tiger blood’ and ‘winning’ and everything. But no one talks about what I was so upset about. They just want to talk about the special effects of it all. I won’t get into it now, but people need to review what started it all.”

Is he merely trying to gain some publicity for his new show, Anger Management? Why else would he be bringing up the past feud like this?

He went on to say, “The reason I stayed on it with such vitriol was…one thing: No one is above common courtesy. It’s part of my code. Some people put themselves way above common professionalism.”

He also talked about his new series and his hopes that it becomes a success. He said, “I’m excited as hell, and I don’t get excited about a lot of stuff. Children’s births. Game sevens. Anger Management. The dialogue is really smart. I have a prison group on the show that is going to blow your mind.”

He added, “I wanted to create an environment to work in that was what my dad called a playground of the imagination, you know? So I didn’t have that for a long time. I was working in what I call the quagmire of oppression. I just knew that whole time that this process can be fun.”

Charlie Sheen Pokes Fun At Himself In Fiat & DirecTV Ads (Video)

Charlie Sheen may have been ousted as resident funny man on Two And A Half Men, but he’s sure bringing the LULz in his new advertisements for Fiat and DirecTV. Heck, we’d go as far as saying that these two videos alone are more funny than the entire ninth season of the show put together.

Charlie Sheen Tired Of Pretending Ashton Kutcher Doesn’t Suck

by on Feb.17, 2012, under articles

Charlie Sheen was fired from Two And A Half Men for basically calling his former boss, Chuck Lorre a turd. To kick off the ninth season of the show, Chuck axed Charlie’s character and brought in Ashton Kutcher to play the role of Walden Schmidt. We’ve asked time and time again if the network should have just axed the show after Charlie’s termination. Does the show suck without Charlie? Yes.

When Ashton was hired, Charlie said that he wished him the best with his new venture. Now, it’s a whole new ball game. Apparently Charlie was using a photo of himself in his character of Charlie Harper to promote his new show, Anger Management. This has angered those in charge at Warner Brothers and they felt the need to send him a cease and desist letter over his use of the image. That didn’t sit well with Charlie and he decided to use TMZ to take aim at his former employers.

He said, “I’m tired of lying…I’m tired of pretending the show doesn’t suck…I’m tired of pretending Ashton doesn’t suck. It’s nothing personal…I just feel bad for him…He’s saddled with such bad writing.”

Have you seen any part of the show’s ninth season? Do you agree with Charlie that Ashton has become the victim of poor writing? Hit the comments below with your thoughts.

Charlie Sheen Thinks That Two And A Half Men Should End This Year

by on Jan.26, 2012, under articles

Charlie Sheen was famously replaced on former show Two And A Half Men, after going off on the show’s creator, Chuck Lorre. The show killed him off on the ninth season’s premiere episode and replaced him with Ashton Kutcher’s new character, Walden Schmidt.

Charlie has said that he wished Ashton the best on his new endeavor, but apparently he has changed his mind!

In a new interview at this year’s NATPE conference in Miami, he said, “I don’t think it should go on past this year. I just think that people are there because there’s nowhere else to go. Yet.”

He also talked of his new show, Anger Management, saying, “We will not disappoint. At this stage of the game, to deliver a turd? It’s not going to happen. It’s going to be an absolute f**king rocket ship to the moon.”

He went on to speak of his former show, saying, “I don’t want to harp on them. Let the clueless stay clueless…I was a puppet there for ratings. But whatever, I don’t care. I’ve moved on, and whatever they’re doing there is none of my business.”

He added, “Hats off to Ashton for doing the best job that he can. I don’t think that he’s working with the best writing because [Chuck Lorre is] doing too many shows. He and Jon and Angus deserve better material.”

What do you think of his comments on the show? Should they give it the axe? Or are you still watching?

Charlie Sheen Impressed By Ashton Kutcher’s Affair

Charlie Sheen Impressed By Ashton Kutcher's Affair

Now that Ashton Kutcher has replaced Charlie Sheen on Two And A Half Men, Charlie was left impressed by the events surrounding his successor’s personal life.

Now that Ashton is on the show, his personal life is appearing to mimic Charlie’s character. Charlie said, “Do you think that’s intentional? Was it a plan of his? I was kind of impressed…I thought, ‘Hey, man, make it colorful!’”

Demi Moore filed for divorce after it was rumored that Ashton had an affair with Sara Leal on the sixth anniversary of their wedding. So does Charlie have any words of wisdom for Ashton?

He said, “No, that’s personal stuff that he’s got to deal with. I don’t know the man well enough to offer advice. I just wish him well and hope it all ends peacefully.”

When speaking of his own media tirades, he added, “It is what it was. But I just try to pick my spots wisely and think a little longer before I speak.”

Do you think Charlie was in awe of the “goddess” that Ashton hooked up with for his fling? Ha.

Chuck Lorre Comments On Charlie Sheen’s Firing

Chuck Lorre Comments On Charlie Sheen's Firing

Charlie Sheen was fired from the CBS hit show, Two And A Half Men, after telling his boss, Chuck Lorre, off. It was a tale that we could all sympathize with. Someone giving their boss the finger? We loved it — and we ate it up.

Charlie was actually on a downward spiral, which involved mass quantities of cocaine and hookers/escorts. After his tirade, Warner Brothers called time on his employment with their company. Thus, Ashton Kutcher replaced Charlie on the show.

Now, Chuck is opening up about his feud with Charlie. He says that they fired Charlie in an attempt to prevent him from killing himself with his drug use.

Chuck said, “This was not a game. This was drug addiction writ large. This was big-time cocaine, and in his own words, an epic drug run that could have ended with either his death or someone else’s.”

He went on to say, “When we would shoot a show on a Friday night, there was always that I’ll see you Monday. I hope. The holidays were the worst, because those long stretches of time were the ones we feared the most.”

Are you digging the ninth season of the show, without Charlie? Or now that he’s cleaned up his act, should they try to invite him back? What do you think?

Charlie Sheen Forced To Change His Cell Phone Number

Charlie Sheen Forced To Change His Cell Phone Number

Charlie Sheen was forced to change his cell phone number after he tweeted it out to his millions of fans — by accident.

He was trying to reach Justin Bieber and sent the message to the public, instead of a direct message. He tweeted, “310-954-7277 Call me bro. C”. Fans of the actor’s immediately started flooding his cell phone with voicemail and text messages. It was really him, because he picked up the phone a few times, joking around.

A source revealed, “Charlie’s phone immediately went into meltdown. It was ringing wildly, and he got 1,800 text messages in minutes. Charlie saw the funny side and answered the phone a few times, saying things like, ‘Ray’s Pizza’ and ‘Winning’. But his phone just continued ringing and buzzing and eventually just completely melted down. Charlie was like, ‘I guess I need a new phone.’”

His spokesperson said, “I haven’t been able to get through to him on the phone since Wednesday. He just got a new number.”

It wasn’t revealed why he wanted Justin to contact him. Does Charlie have plans for himself with Justin Bieber???

Brooke Mueller Arrested For Coke Possession & Assault

Brooke Mueller Arrested For Coke Possession & Assault

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been busted for possession of cocaine, along with third degree assault, according to our sister site, Tragicomical.

Brooke was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, last night on suspicion of felony cocaine possession. The local police department revealed that they found Brooke inside Escobar nightclub after she allegedly assaulted another woman at a nearby bar.

She was booked on a misdemeanor third degree assault charge and was released from the Pitkin County jail after paying an $11,000 bond.

Drug addiction and recover a real pain. We hope that she gets the help that she needs. At least Charlie appears to be clean. At least she has the money to hire a ton of nannies to take care of her kids.

Get well soon, Brooke. Soon, we’re guessing that we will be hearing reports that she’s checking back into rehab. Hopefully.

Two And A Half Men Season 9 Episode 8 Questions – ‘Thanks For The Intercourse’

by on Nov.08, 2011, under articles

Two And A Half Men Season 9 Episode 8 Questions

After watching last night’s Two And A Half Men episode, titled Thanks For The Intercourse, I had some thoughts to share — and some questions. In case you’ve missed the show, you can read our recap here.

Brief show summary:

Walden donates Charlie’s old piano, Alan goes nuts and embodies his late brother, in picking up a woman, drinking Scotch, wearing his clothes and smoking cigars. In the end, Alan gets tossed in the looney bin and says the catchphrase of the year, “Winning!” — only after ordering ice, Scotch and some Asian hookers on his “hand phone”.

Questions:

Are the show creators that desperate to leave Charlie’s ghost hanging around the show that they made Alan go crazy and act like Charlie? When people started saying to bring back Charlie Sheen, we’re pretty sure this is not what they meant.

Was Jon Cryer able to pull off the whole Alan as Charlie charade? Did he do the role justice? We’ve seen many on-screen transformations (thanks, True Blood), so we were curious as to what you thought about the role switch-up.

Is Two And A Half Men desperate to hold onto anything Charlie? Yes, they got rid of his famous piano, but his ghost is lingering in the script, mucking about. I mean, wasn’t it an obvious dig at Charlie when Alan said, “Winning” and the end?

What do you think? Sound off in the comments below and let us know!

He tweeted, “#SheenOnSwan3 take two… (this is at least TWO AND A HALF times more fun than my last gig..!)”

Charlie Swan will follow the life of a successful graphic designer who has fame, money and charm, but sees his life unravel before him after his girlfriend breaks up with him.

Too funny. Do you still think the show would do better to bring back Charlie Sheen? Thoughts?

Charlie Sheen Disappointed With Newly Revamped ‘Two And A Half Men’

Charlie Sheen Disappointed With Newly Revamped 'Two And A Half Men'

Dear Two And A Half Men, Charlie Sheen is just not into you anymore. When the show returned with the untimely death, Charlie tuned in to find out how they were going to kill him off. He even claimed that he enjoyed the show and was sure that his replacement, Ashton Kutcher, was going to do a good job.

Now? Not so much.

TMZ’s videographer followed Charlie and started asking him about his new show, Anger Management. Charlie responded that they were going to start filming that in January. When asked what his fans could expect from the show, he said, “Everything. Everything that they’re not getting right now.”

ZING.

The video guy informed Charlie that Two And A Half Men’s ratings keep plummeting, to which he said, “Yeah, well, people aren’t stupid. Not all of ‘em.”

Then Charlie was asked about his thoughts on Ashton’s “bumps in the road”, to which he replied, “He’s doing the best he can. I don’t think the role is cursed. But – I’m extremely disappointed with how they’re handling what I left behind.”

SNAP.

Charlie Sheen Loved The Two And A Half Men Premiere -- Did You?

Ashton Kutcher replaced Charlie on the show, after his very public meltdown earlier this year. Ashton’s character, Walden Schmidt, took over, landing the show in the top spot in the ratings game.

Charlie didn’t just like the show, he loved it! According to reports, Charlie has told friends that watching his funeral on the show was “eerie but fun.”

Of his replacement, Charlie said, “I thought it was the best intro for a new character on a TV show of all time.” Reportedly, he also liked the fact that Ashton’s character “was revealed through the dusty exploded smoke of my remains.”

Ashton Kutcher’s Two And A Half Men Debut Breaks Ratings Records

by on Sep.20, 2011, under articles

Ashton Kutcher's Two And A Half Men Debut Breaks Ratings Records

People really flocked to Ashton Kutcher’s debut episode on Two And A Half Men last night! Fans of the show, along with Charlie Sheen fans were wondering just how well his replacement was going to do. In case you’ve missed it, you can check out our official recap HERE.

Ashton debuted as Walden Schmidt on the highly anticipated show, after its creator and Warner Brothers fired its former star. So, we tuned in to see how Ashton would do and more importantly, how the show would fare without Charlie.

According to reports, no matter the reason, the show got 27.2 million viewers who tuned in! The show also received a 10.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic. That basically means that mostly everyone shunned the season premiere of Dancing With The Stars to watch Charlie Harper get lambasted.

That’s pretty interesting, considering Charlie and Ashton were going head-to-head for the most viewers for the night. Still, we have to admit, we didn’t care for how the show handled Charlie’s death. They made his family seem very uncaring at his funeral and afterward. The only one to show any remorse at his passing was his brother Alan, who had a heartfelt talk with Charlie’s urn after the wake.

It appeared to us that Chuck Lorre was more interested in giving Charlie every disease known to man, making his family rude and uncaring and flopping Ashton Kutcher in his spot as the man-child, hapless, exhibitionist womanizer.

What did you think? Why did you watch? Were you curious about how Ashton was going to do? Or were you more interested to see how the show would handle Charlie’s death? Most importantly, will you watch again next week for part two? Let us know, in the comments!

Charlie Sheen Gives Two And A Half Men Crew His Best Wishes

Winning warlock Charlie Sheen made a surprise appearance at the 2011 Emmy Awards last night!

During his spot, he wished his former co-stars and the crew of Two And A Half Men a future of “great television”.

It is a definite turn around from his previous remarks about the show and its creator, Chuck Lorre. Charlie has really seemed to turn things around for himself, don’t you think?

Since having a meltdown, Charlie has been replaced on the show by Ashton Kutcher. On last night’s awards show, however, he proved that he held no hard feelings for the actor. He presented the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series to Jim Parsons for his show, The Big Bang Theory.

He said to his old cast and crew, “We spent eight wonderful years together and I know you will continue to make great television.”

Jon Cryer later presented an award with Ashton, and introduced himself on stage by saying, “I am not Charlie Sheen.”

Ashton rolled with the joke, saying, “And Jon, I want to tell you something. I do not think you are a troll.”

Too funny!

Which will you be watching later on tonight? The newly rebooted Two And A Half Men or the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen? Let us know in the comments!

Charlie Sheen Admits To Being Out Of Control

Charlie Sheen Admits To Being Out Of Control

Charlie Sheen is putting in the rounds to let everyone know that he’s all fine and sober now. He had a heck of a year, after going nuts and getting fired from his former show, Two And A Half Men.

Now, Charlie is admitting to being like a “runaway train” during his meltdown earlier this year. It was a year full of catchphrases, “winning”, “tiger blood” and “adonis DNA”, among others.

He appeared on the Tonight Show and said, “It was like a runaway train that I was kind of the reluctant conductor of. And it just kept going. I said some things that were a little out there. I might have overshot the mark a little bit. But these were just metaphors. I didn’t really believe I had tiger blood or adonis DNA. These were just jokes.”

When Leno asked him if he thought he was out of control, he said, “Absolutely. I can’t do it again Jay. I don’t have the energy. I’m out of slogans.”

On Friday he appeared on Today, where he added, “I think it’s important that people see, that I see, and that I feel, that that was just one crazy chapter and one weird phase. I was this guy before it started and so I can be that guy again afterwards.”

Jon Cryer Thought Charlie Sheen Was Going To Die

Jon Cryer Thought Charlie Sheen Was Going To Die

Jon Cryer was like a lot of us in his thinking that Charlie Sheen would die from all of his partying activity.

During his crazy media tour, Charlie claimed that he was “banging seven gram rocks” of cocaine, but his former co-star says that he was always worried about Charlie’s health issues.

Jon said, “Mostly I was worried that Charlie was going to die. That was the big fear for me. And that did not occur and I’m thrilled about that.”

Charlie put Jon down during his insane media blitz. He said, “Jon has not called me. He’s a turncoat, a traitor, a troll. Like I said you’re with me, or you’re with the trolls. Obviously, he’s with the trolls.”

Charlie later took his nasty comments back and made a sort of “half apology” to Jon. Of that, Jon said, “We have not spoken. And I will accept an apology both public and private. But again, it was in the heat of the moment. I imagine, when he said it. So I did not put a whole lot of credence in it at the time.”

Charlie Sheen's Roast Is About Crack, Prostitutes & Firing

Charlie Sheen’s Comedy Central Roast was taped in Culver City, California on Saturday night and we’ve got some of the details of what went down!

Comedians such as Seth MacFarlane, Jeffrey Ross, Amy Schumer and even Mike Tyson all took jabs at the famous actor. They picked on Charlie for his history of drug use, family issues and the allegations of his woman beating.

Jeffrey Ross said, “Charlie…If youre winning, this must not be a child custody hearing. The only time your kids get to see you is in reruns.”

Another jab came from Jon Lovitz, who said, “How much blow can Charlie Sheen do? Enough to kill Two And A Half Men.”

Seth MacFarlane added, “How do you get fired from Two And A Half Men? Do they haul you in and say, ‘Sorry, you don’t suck enough?’”

Kate Walsh said, “The only difference between Seth and the hooker Charlie locked in the closet is the hooker eventually came out.”

At the end of the show, Charlie gave his rebuttal, saying, “Until tonight I never realized how f***ed up I was. I just thought I was having fun.”

He fired back at Kate Walsh, saying, “I don’t know anybody who watches your show, because I date women who can still get their period.”

He added, “Once again, I come out unscathed. You can’t hurt me. I can’t kill me. Did you really think your little jokes were going to hurt me? I did porn stars. I did drugs. Then I did one thing everybody in America wishes he could do. I told my boss to f*** off. And then it was gone. I’m done with ‘the winning’ because I’ve already won.”

Charlie Sheen Okay With ‘Two And A Half Men’ Train Death

by on Aug.16, 2011, under articles

Charlie Sheen Okay With 'Two And A Half Men' Train Death

Charlie Sheen’s Two And A Half Men character, Charlie Harper, is said to be going out with a big bang. Reportedly, Charlie is going to get offed by a train in Paris! It was described as a huge “meat explosion”.

But one thing’s for sure, Charlie’s not upset that his character is meeting his maker. He said that he’s just fine with it. In fact, he’d be insulted if they’d given him a less dramatic exit. Now that he’s said this, will Chuck Lorre go in and say that Charlie Harper choked on a potato chip? Now that would be hilarious, don’t you think?

Charlie said, “Listen, I get it and I kinda knew they would do it this way. It frees the show up for the second phase and that journey. I can say, ‘Okay, that’s it then, they murdered me with a train, these are the breaks.’ Yes, the crazy train theme continues. Listen, I’m honored, did you read what I said about it? I said I’m happy to be terminated in such a grand way, that it took something as large and violent as an oncoming train to terminate my character. Anything less would have been an insult!”

Will you watch and see what they’ve done to Charlie Harper? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!

Ashton Kutcher's Two And A Half Men Character Revealed!

Now that we’ve learned that the new season of Two And A Half Men will likely open with Charlie Sheen’s character, Charlie Harper’s funeral, we’ve also learned what role newcomer Ashton Kutcher is going to play on the show!

There were rumors that Ashton was going to play Charlie, only with plastic surgery, but that’s not the case! He’s not going to play an actor named Raymond, either.

Ashton’s character is named Walden Schmidt and he is an internet billionaire with a broken heart. Season nine’s premiere will take place over the course of two weeks.

We haven’t received any sort of confirmation on the reports that the season premiere will open with Charlie’s funeral.

CBS entertainment president Nina Tassler said, “The great news is the show will be as irreverent as it’s always been. There is great value in hiring an actor like Ashton Kutcher. He is extraordinarily professional, talented, gifted actor who comes with a tremendous amount of commitment and enthusiasm.”
