Brooke Mueller is worried that if she loses permanent custody of her twins with Charlie Sheen, she will also lose that fat payment that she gets for child support. Currently, she gets a whopping $55,000 per month, but is concerned that the payments will stop because she doesn’t have custody of her kids.

A source said, “One of the reason she had her lawyer go to court on Friday to ask the judge to strip Denise Richards of temporary guardianship of Bob and Max – and have them placed with her brother – is because she is afraid that Charlie is going to cut off child support. Brooke hasn’t worked in years and is unable to keep a job because of her addiction to drugs.”

The snitch added, “Charlie hasn’t given any indication that he is planning to do so — yet.”

The source continued, “Brooke doesn’t have any money saved and lives month-to-month on the child support. Charlie will reassess the child support issue with Brooke in the next few months and see where things stand. He wants her to get the help she needs.”

By now, you have probably heard that Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has had her twins taken away from her by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. City officials suspected that Brooke had fallen back into drug abuse and quickly whisked the kids away and placed them with Denise Richards.

Her rep has issued a statement saying that Brooke is being treated at UCLA Medical Center and was admitted on May 3rd. The rep said, “Brooke will be there for several more days, and will likely transition directly into a residential treatment facility to get help for prescription drug abuse. Brooke misses her children, and wants to get health so she can resume her life and get back to being a mom.”

This marks Brooke’s 20th (YES 20TH!) time in rehab. Let’s hope that this time she spends more than six days in treatment!

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has had her two children with the actor taken away from her by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. Subsequently, instead of going to their father, the children were placed with his ex-wife, Denise Richards. Of course, Charlie is now saying that he supports the decision to have Denise look after their twins, Max and Bob.

Charlie’s rep said, “Charlie supports the actions of the Department of Children and Family Services. He knows Max and Bob are safe in a stable, loving environment with Denise and the boys’ sisters.”

A source said that Charlie is “truly grateful that she is there for the kids.”

The snitch added, “They’ve been under her care many times before. This isn’t unusual. Truthfully, Denise and [her daughters] are the only consistence those poor kids have had.”

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan appeared on the red carpet for the premiere of her new flick with Charlie Sheen, “Scary Movie 5″. The actress showed up just 30 minutes before they were ready to close down the red carpet and begin the screening of the movie.

Upon her arrival, Charlie stopped his interviews to walk the red carpet with her. Recently, he said that Lindsay held “Anger Management” hostage by giving them only half a show. He quipped that she was late and made light of her thieving shenanigans.

Charlie Sheen looks at Lindsay Lohan and sees the person that he used to be. Certainly, he has offered his help to her before. He has said that he wants to be her mentor and has coughed up some dough in order to keep her from facing legal issues. Charlie really wants to be Lindsay’s friend.

When he bailed her out of trouble with the IRS, he gave her a check for $100,000 to pay half of her debt. Since, he provided her with a dress AND a stylist for the most recent amFAR event. That was a dress that she happened to hack up in half. Still, even after he helped her, the only thing he wanted was a “thank you” and had to wait and wait for that. Afterward, he gave her a job working on his new show “Anger Management”. Then, she ended up making off with some jewelry from the set of the show, which she ended up having to pay for.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is trying to rebuild her career with the help of her pal Charlie Sheen. He has given her the opportunity to appear on his show “Anger Management”, but she might be up to her old shenanigans once again.

It was looking as if history was repeating itself with Lindsay making off with some jewelry from the set. Actually, that was kind of what went down — except the show isn’t gunning for Lindsay to be arrested for theft.

While in wardrobe, the wardrobe person tried to get Lindsay to return the items or pay for them, but she refused. The items consisted of two bracelets, a necklace, sunglasses, gold earrings, lingerie, a pair of shoes, a silk robe and tap shorts. The wardrobe person says that there was no discussion about Lindsay leaving the place with the goods and wasn’t going to block the actress from leaving. So, in essence, she basically told Lindsay that the cost of the items would be deducted from her paycheck. Lindsay refused to cut a check for the value of the items.

In Lindsay’s mind, this gives her the right to tell her friends that she has paid for the missing items. Stay classy you.

Just like “Scary Movie 5″ before it, Lindsay Lohan ends up in bed with Charlie Sheen once more in front of the cameras. It’s almost as if it were meant to be! Maybe instead of hooking up with Avi Snow, she should become one of Charlie’s “goddesses”.

Reportedly, Lindsay was on time to both days of filming and left no one there with any complaints. That’s quite the difference from her days spent filming “Liz & Dick”. E-Online reports:

Lohan plays a patient of Sheen’s anger management counselor and—part of the therapy, we guess—they wind up getting intimate.

A source tells us that Lohan was the consummate professional, even showing up early for both days of shooting. She spent most of her time talking to Sheen and was generous with everyone she worked with, resulting in—it’s nice to report—no complaints from the set.

She’ll hop in bed with just about anyone for the right dollar amount, no? We’re talking about — you know — for work.

Charlie Sheen was trying to do the right thing by his “Scary Movie 5″ co-star and pal Lindsay Lohan. He saw that she needed help and offered his support as a mentor and a pal. Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ … while she appreciates everything Sheen has done for her — and he’s done a lot — she would NEVER take him as a mentor. She’s saying she knows her life is “out of control,” but doesn’t think the precept, “It takes one to know one,” is the way to go.

As we first reported … Sheen told TMZ he thinks Lindsay needs a mentor and he believes he’s the man for the job.

She says she’s grateful Charlie gave her $100k for her back taxes and supported her in “Scary Movie 5.” Lindsay says she talks to Charlie from time to time … but gripes he has no business talking about her to the media.

According to our sources, Lindsay has been regularly meeting with a therapist and feels the consistency has helped.

“Winning Warlock” Charlie Sheen firmly believes that he can help troubled actress Lindsay Lohan in her hard times. Does he mean that he can find her a respectable, competent lawyer? Ha! We kid, we kid!

The actor feels that since he’s been down the same road as Lindsay, that he could mentor her to get well. TMZ reports:

Charlie tells TMZ, “I have a kinship with somebody [Lindsay] who clearly needs a mentor, whether she wants one or not. She can continue to hang out with her dress shredding club buddies, or turn to me for some advice from a guy who’s been down the road as well as every other side trail on the journey.”

He adds, “If she listens, she’ll win. If she doesn’t, that’s on her.”

You’ll recall … Charlie and Lindsay struck up a friendship while working together on “Scary Movie 5,” after which Charlie cut Lindsay a $100,000 check to help with her tax problems. Lindsay’s now returning the favor by appearing in an upcoming episode of “Anger Management” — actually, that may be Charlie doing Lindsay another solid.

Shockingly, Charlie still claims they’ve never hooked up, “I love her, I respect her, and I’ve never laid a finger on her that wasn’t on film. How ya like me now, America?”

Charlie Sheen says that he went on stage for his one man comedy tour because he was so broke that he couldn’t even afford to pay his bills. In 2011, Charlie did his “Violent Torpedo Of Truth” tour, which happened to stop here in Cleveland. We loved the show and it was the best, despite all of his negative reviews. Still, we had no idea that Charlie was only doing the show because he was as broke as a joke.

After being fired from “Two And A Half Men” after melting down, Charlie was at a loss for earning cash. He then decided to capitalize off of his notoriety by starting up his tour of the U.S. and Canada. Many heckled his performance and walked out early, but we thoroughly enjoyed the show.

In a new interview with Piers Morgan, Charlie explained that he only did the show because his prospects for money was drying up. He said, “It was brutal. I was not winning at all. I think what a lot of people don’t realize is I was completely broke, because, you know, when they kept my back end and fired me and all that, I didn’t have any money left. So I was using the tour to actually pay child support and mortgages and stuff like that. You know? So I’m grateful for that.”

He went on to say that he was considering canceling the tour when the Detroit fans began to walk out of the show. He said, “It was in Detroit…that was bad…Detroit was bad…. [I was] dodging stuff… Literally dodging stuff… The forward momentum of it kind of lost its luster after about show seven. And I knew I had 15 or 14 left. I didn’t have an act. There was no act. I think people were expecting to show up and literally watch me die on stage or spontaneously combust or just like suddenly become cash and women. I don’t know what they were expecting.”

He added, “That’s when I had to dig deeper and keep going, keep moving forward, because I gave this company my word that I would finish this. And I did, against all odds.”
