Courtney Love has been ordered by a judge to part with over $35,000 – after allegedly stiffing two of her former maids.

Reportedly, she hadn’t paid the maids, named Myrium and Miriam, for a total of $35,769.72, including interest, penalties and wages.

Having hired help proved to be extra-costly for Courtney Love – and all because the rocker didn’t pay her maids in the first place. The two housekeepers proved to a court that the Hole singer refused to pay them for time that they’d already worked.

TMZ has learned … Love’s former maids — named Miriam and Myriam — scored a huge victory in Beverly Hills court … after proving Love never paid them for cleaning up her pad several years ago.

The judge now ruled Love must now kick out $16,632.45 to Mirium and $19,137.27 to Myrium … totaling $35,769.72 in wages, penalties and interest.

Someone really isn’t a stranger to lawsuits, are they? Why does she make everybody and their mothers sue her? Sheesh, just learn to pay your bills already!

After legendary Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain passed away, Courtney Love reportedly said that she considered snorting his ashes.

According to author Neil Strauss, he was with Courtney when she introduced him to Kurt’s ashes. Weird. But it’s Courtney we’re talking about here…Expect weirdness. This is a woman who bought a dead bird to stuff in a box and called it “art.”

In his new book, Neil alleges that Courtney suggested snorting Kurt’s ashes and was “serious when she made the suggestion.”

Madness. Thankfully, she came to her senses. I mean, who snorts the ashes of their dead husband????

Courtney Love famously said that she was leaving Twitter, but now she’s back with a vengeance!

I knew there was a good reason for me to like Robert Pattinson. And I’m not talking about him playing some sparkly teen-angsty vampire in Twilight.

When Courtney Love heard the rumors about Robert playing her late husband, she called the situation “stupid” and “just wrong”, but now, Rob is hitting back!

He said, “I love Nirvana, but I love them a bit too much – I’d be embarrassed [to play Kurt Cobain]. I didn’t get offered it. For one thing, I’m too tall, and I can’t sing like him, I’m nothing like him. It’s ridiculous.”

Even though he knows he would be completely wrong for the role, he was still upset that Courtney dissed him to the media. He added, “You see all these comments, like from Courtney Love, saying, ‘What the f*ck! He’s totally wrong for it’, and I’m like, ‘I f*cking said no, you d*ck!”

Snap! I bet she gets terminal diarrhea of the mouth over this one.

Courtney Love is still a trainwreck and sometimes these things will never change.

During her 9:30 Club concert, she repeatedly forgot song lyrics, riffs and muttered curse words throughout the entire show. Fans paid a whopping $45 for this mess. The singer had her assistant Lisa on stage and in front of her filming the show for her entire performance. When I say she was in front of her, Lisa was blocking Courtney from the view of the audience. When someone complained, she yelled, “F**k you, she’s with me.”

The between song chatter was more than just chatter. Ten minutes without playing a song? Sure, let’s do that a few times. She talked about her courting style (“I never chase”), being anorexic and bulimic, quizzed fans on the meaning of her late husband Kurt Cobain’s lyrics, twice mentioned how The Washington Post hated her new album “Nobody’s Daughter,” and name-dropped a “TMZ” episode’s worth of celebrities, from Trent Reznor to Diablo Cody to George Clooney, even Douglas Fairbanks. She asked what the lamest Hole song was and cursed at people when they gave the wrong answer.

At one point during the concert, she picked an African American lady out of the audience. She said, “Do you really like rock music?” Because you’re African-American. That would be like me being into Lil Wayne.”

Wow. She’s just insane.

I would ask for a refund.

Courtney Love is still using Kurt’s name for her benefit nuts. Apparently, for her Behind The Music special on VH1, she talked about how strung out Kurt was when addicted to heroin.

She said, “He’d pass out and seek oblivion and I’d have to f***ing slap him and put pins in his balls and put ice cubes everywhere and it started to p**s me off… I started resenting that; I didn’t like being a nursemaid.”

You should feel lucky to be his nursemaid, you crazy heifer. Kurt was an icon and you just leeched off of that. Please stop leeching now, thanks. And I don’t know about you, but I could have gone forever without hearing that little tidbit.

Talk about a downgrade! Apparently, Courtney Love slept with Gavin Rossdale while he was married to Gwen Stefani. Ugh.

While talking to Howard Stern yesterday, Courtney admitted to hooking up with Gavin during his marriage. She said she had a “vision of marrying Gavin Rossdale one time…We were like, ‘Let’s go spend our rock star money.’”

She aded that “we had a really good time…He was lovely.”

Her friends weren’t so keen on the idea, however. She said, “Everyone gave me so much s— because Gavin sounded a lot like Kurt…But man, he was such an Adonis in his day! He got good in bed….something happened. Maybe Gwen taught him, for all I know.”

When Howard bluntly asked, “You were having sex with him while he was with Gwen Stefani?” She replied, “Yes. She does know. Everyone…yeah…and a few other people. We didn’t have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit.”

Nasty! That would be like sticking your junk in a trash can full of vomit.

Courtney Love has said that she is sick of answering questions about her late husband, Kurt Cobain. So much, that she’s basically pleading with the media to stop asking questions about the late Nirvana rocker.

Courtney and Kurt were married for only two years, but he committed suicide in 1994 at the young age of 27. She has previously answered a slew of questions about Kurt in the past, but now she’s tired of it.

She said, “I am not his spokesperson on Earth. I don’t know what he’d be like now, he could be into society girls, he could be into fat girls, he could be homosexual. We don’t know, he died at 27.”

When speaking about her relationship with her daughter, Frances Bean, she added, “I’m ultimately a widow and a single mother, who’s not even getting to be a mother right now. I am so alone, it’s freaky.”

Courtney has also adopted her birth name, Courtney Michelle, instead of her stage name, Courtney Love.

Despite what you may have heard, Courtney Love is putting the kibosh on the rumors that Robert Pattinson is set to play her late husband, Kurt Cobain in his biopic.

Her manager released a statement, denying the claims. He said, “That’s an amazing story, and the first time I’ve heard any of this…I’m not sure she knows who RPattz is, but he sure is cute.”

He hasn’t ruled out the idea of having Scarlett Johansson play Courtney, however. He added, “Courtney likes Scarlett Johansson as an actress and as a person, so it wouldn’t surprise me if she wanted her to play her.”

Yes, because they have soooooo many similarities, right?

In unsurprising news, it appears that Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan is not a fan of Courtney Love. He was said to have worked with Courtney on some of the songs from her upcoming album, Nobody’s Daughter, but now wants nothing to do with her.

He said that if she releases the songs, “It would be a real big problem, because I haven’t given my permission. I have no interest in supporting her in any way, shape or form. You can’t throw enough things down the abyss with a person like that.”

I wonder what she did to upset him like that? Her responses will be on Twitter and in illegible format in 3…2…1…

In an interview with Playboy magazine, John Mayer referred to ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson as “sexual napalm” and said that she was crazy in the sack.

Now, Hole singer Courtney Love has something to say about it…Now that the fuss has died down some. On her official Twitter page, she said, “Do you ever feel like spite hate fucking John Mayer. Just to put him in his place, he’s a better guitarist than me but not better in bed! Say your fucking John Mayer totally throwing him around the room in bits and then you just BAM punch him in the face? good times… Mayer’s a little bland for me and youngish. I’ll do young, but he’s neither Yale Harvard Oxford and he’s not really rock, so not for me.”

Anything to get the media spotlight, eh Court?

Frances Bean Cobain has no confidence in her mother’s comeback. Reportedly, Frances is not supporting her mother’s return to the rock world with Hole’s new album, “Nobody’s Daughter”.

Courtney Love said, “One time, Frances was being mean and said, ‘What are you going to do if the record fails?’ Well, Frances, it can’t fail because I love it, and I’ve worked really hard to make sure that I love it.”

If you’re like me, then you’ve been awaiting the release of Courtney Love’s Hole album, “Nobody’s Daughter” for what seems like ages. We’ve just heard that the wait is almost over.

Spin magazine reports that the highly anticipated album by the wacky singer is due out on April 27th:

Courtney Love has found a home for Nobody’s Daughter. Mercury/IDJ will release Hole’s highly anticipated new album on April 27.

It took Love, who graces the cover of the March issue of SPIN, five years to finish Nobody’s Daughter, during which time she told the magazine she relied on “the kindness of strangers” — in reality, former collaborators like Linda Perry, Billy Corgan, and producer Michael Beinhorn, who helmed Hole’s previous album, 1998′s Celebrity Skin.

All three have since distanced themselves from the project.

I can’t wait to hear it!

Courtney Love claims that people took such advantage of her financially, that she was left too poor to even afford shoes.

She says her new song, “Never Go Hungry” was written about her time of hardship when she and daughter Frances Bean Cobain had one pair of shoes between them.

She said, “I wrote ‘Never Go Hungry’ all by my lonesome, in rehab, sitting there f***ing Orange County with a s**t guitar and no pick. It’s about my daughter. And it’s about how we were; they were just awful to us. We were just so broke. I vowed that we would never go hungry again, because we went hungry. I didn’t have any f***ing shoes! I had a pair of Converse that they gave me. That’s what I had. Frances didn’t have any shoes. We had one pair of shoes.”

She goes on to reveal that the reason behind her being broke was that she was exploited by so many people. She added, “Why did I have no money? The simple answer to that is because I’m a widow and because I’m a woman. I get exploited. Not when I’m playing music. But financially, very much so.”

I hope she releases “Nobody’s Daughter” soon!

In weird news, Hole rocker Courtney Love almost landed a duet with diva Mariah Carey.

The two met while at Brett Ratner’s Hollywood home. Courtney was playing her new song “Samantha” for Brett, when she griped that no one wanted to appear on the track with her.

She said, “I’m at his house and I sing the part, ‘People like you fuck people like me,’ and this little voice goes, ‘I’ll sing it.’ I’m like, ‘Who’s that?’ The voice goes, ‘It’s Mariah.’”

The collaboration never happened, but we can wonder what it would have sounded like. Perhaps glittery butterflies thrown into a blender and shredded to pieces?

Courtney added, “We sat on Brett’s couch and we watched on a screen these five Mariah Carey videos he made. It was hysterical. I never met Mariah for more than a minute in my life, but we sort of canceled each other out. We had nothing negative about each other to say. I’m not in her universe and she’s not in mine.”

Apparently Courtney Love doesn’t want to come off as “clever-clever”, because God forbid anyone thinks she has any modicum of intelligence.

The self-proclaimed dummy said that she really had to dumb down the album because it wasn’t stupid enough.

“Celebrity Skin”, while a fantastic song, isn’t exactly sensational, lyrically:

To think she’s going even dumber than that? Watch out. Oh yeah, and something about facial hair and shaving.

Just yesterday it was announced that Courtney Love had lost custody of her 17-year-old daughter Frances Bean Cobain. Today, it was said that a judge ruled in favor of a temporary restraining order against the Hole mom, prohibiting her from contacting her daughter.

Courtney has taken to her official Facebook page to say this:

It’s funny that TMZ left the part about Perez being a douche out.

If you are one of the many who have been waiting in anticipation for Courtney Love to release “Nobody’s Daughter”, then you’re in luck!

The Hole singer says that she’s finally releasing the album under the name Hole. This will mark the first Hole album since the 1989 release of “Celebrity Skin”.

In a recent interview with “Rolling Stone”, Court said, “Wherever I lay my head is Hole. It’s four letters. It is one of the best band names in f*cking history, if I do say so myself. For a while I was a little embarrassed it was maybe vulgar, but at least it’s not phallic. It’s H-O-L-E, it’s a great band name, and it’s mine.”

Indeed, and we can’t wait to hear it! The album is set for a January release.

According to a press release by Sony Music Entertainment, Michael Jackson’s new song, “This Is It” will be released next month. The song was reportedly done for the tour that he was preparing for, of the same name.

The song is set to be released on October 12, 2009.

The song will also be released on a new two-disc set, also titled “This Is It”. The album will have an original version of the song along with a new version, featuring vocals by Michael’s brothers. The album will also include a spoken word poem by Michael. The album set is due out for release on October 27, 2009.

Way to profit off of his death. Next are they going to make “This Is It” keychains, lighters, lunchboxes, and shoes? Oh wait, he’s not related to Courtney Love. But it’s almost as sickening.

Activision has put Kurt Cobain in some rather unsightly poses in “Guitar Hero 5″ and he looks pretty silly. Ever thought Kurt would be jamming out to “You Give Love A Bad Name” by Bon Jovi? How about rapping along to Public Enemy’s “Bring The Noise”? Kurt was also seen getting up close to sing Megadeth’s “Sweating Bullets”. While all are pretty decent songs, should Kurt’s image be used like this?

The video game makers have really done a number on Kurt and he is probably turning over in his grave as I write this.

This would be something that I would normally blame Courtney Love for. She’s sold him out before, so this wouldn’t be the first time. (continue reading…)
