I kind of figured this day would come. Debbie Rowe is gearing up to fight for custody of Michael Jackson’s two eldest children.

She said to NBC 4 in L.A., “I want my children.”

She plans on undergoing a DNA test as well as psychological testing.

TMZ has been making the leap that the biological mother of two of Michael Jackson’s kids, Debbie Rowe, might try to stake her claim on them. Considering that she would stand to benefit greatly from his estate, as a result, it might seem likely for her to try to claim her parental rights.

As far as the children are concerned, they want to stay with their grandmother, Katherine Jackson. The Jackson family supports this and wants them to be with them. In the children’s defense, they do not know Debbie, so the courts may take that into consideration.
