50 Cent launches Twitter attack at Diddy over Notorious B.I.G.

by on Jul.11, 2010, under articles

If you’ve ever thought that Diddy AKA Sean Combs was using Notorious B.I.G.’s name, influence, persona or otherwise to his benefit, then you’re not alone.

Apparently, 50 Cent doesn’t take too kindly to Diddy’s use of Biggie’s memory in order to flourish his own career. Diddy uses Biggie’s name in his new video for The Ghost Of Christopher Wallace. 50 Cent has since launched a Twitter campaign to get Diddy to stop.

On July 7th, he tweeted, “RT @boobootv: #Twitition R.I.P. B.I.G. – Stop @iamDiddy http://twitition.com/lxvqo @boobootv”

If you agree, you can sign the Twitition here.

Diddy doesn’t condone having kids out of wedlock, after having five

by on Jun.13, 2010, under articles

Rapper (ugh) Diddy said that he is done having children out of wedlock, specifically because he doesn’t “condone” it. After five children, the mogul said that he is going to be married before fathering any more children. He is the biological father to five children, but claims Kim Porter’s son from a previous relationship.

He said, “I have six kids from three relationships. They don’t live together. Opportunity wasn’t really knocking at my door for marriage. I don’t condone having children out of wedlock but they were my circumstances and I’m a proud father and I take care of them. I’m involved in their lives and I take care of the mothers of my children and when the day comes I’ll get married. I’m not gonna have any more kids until I get married.”

He doesn’t condone having children out of wedlock, but he’s already had five kids that way. Seems a little hypocritical, don’t you think?

Did Diddy & Jennifer Lopez make a sex tape?

by on Feb.02, 2010, under articles

According to “Page Six”, Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband, Ojani Noa is dragging another of her exes into court. Apparently, Noa is seeking to convince the court that the footage he has of his and J-Lo’s relationship does not equate to sex tape material.

How does Sean “Diddy” Combs factor in, you may wonder? Well, Noa wants to subpoena Diddy to court to ask him if the former couple ever made one. If in fact they have, he wants to use it as a basis of comparison for his video footage.

“Page Six” reports:

Meyer says he wants to call Combs to attempt to illustrate any differences between videos he and Lopez may have made and the one Noa possesses. Meyer said, “We will ask: Is there a sex tape between [him] and Lopez, and what does it involve?”

This just screams of desperation if you ask me. What do you think?

That’s King Justin Dior Combs to you, commoner

by on Jan.25, 2010, under articles

Sean Combs threw an expensive bash for his son, Justin Dior’s sweet 16 birthday party. The party was complete with celebrities and all of the trimmings. By celebrities, I mean D-Listers and by all of the trimmings, I mean a jazzed up BK crown, throne and a Maybach.

Diddy loves some therapy

by on Dec.27, 2009, under articles

Diddy has said that he used therapy to get over the death of friend Notorious B.I.G., along with his breakups with Kim Porter and J-Lo.

He said, “I’ve gone to therapy for relationships I’ve been in, for tragedies I’ve been through. I think therapy is good. I’ve been called bipolar – I’m not; I just have very drastic mood swings. I went to therapy when Big died, but a lot of my therapy has been with love and relationships. I’ve had therapy about my relationship with Kim, about my relationship with Jennifer. Therapy helped me through a lot of those situations.”

Maybe he just needs to talk through how much he sucks?

Diddy fears he sucks

by on Dec.23, 2009, under articles

Rapper Sean P. Diddy Puffy Combs is worried that his latest album will receive some backlash from fans.

Upon the release of his upcoming album, “Last Train To Paris”, he fears that he’ll be losing fans due to the different nature of the album.

He said, “It’s the most vulnerable stuff I’ve ever done, some of the most artistic stuff I’ve ever been involved in. There’s a chance everybody might not like what’s in your head. I’ve taken some chances.”

This pig vomit is due out next spring.

Diddy’s getting married next year?

by on Dec.15, 2009, under articles

90914W2_COMBS_B-GR_01Sean “Diddy” Combs might just be tying the knot with the coming of the new year. Reportedly, the mogul has hooked back up with his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter.

A source claims that Diddy has dumped Cassie and plans to get married to Kim in 2010.

Diddy told “Playboy”, “I’ve only got one more [romance] in me. If I find somebody and it doesn’t work, I’ll be ruined forever…I only have one more lifeline.”

Think he’ll marry Kim? Besides that, it’s only a rumor at this point.

Diddy feels guilty about Notorious B.I.G.’s death

by on Dec.11, 2009, under articles

90914W2_COMBS_B-GR_01Sean “Diddy” Combs is feeling guilty about the death of rapper Notorious B.I.G. and he’s taking the blame for Big even being in the country.

Diddy talked to “Playboy” magazine and said, “Big was supposed to go to London, but he called me that morning and said he needed two days with me to celebrate finishing his album, because we never hung out in clubs. He said he wasn’t going to London, and he was coming to my house to get me to go to the Vibe party. In retrospect, I should have flipped out as I normally do and made sure he got on that plane to London.”

You should feel guilty, you schmuck. You would be nowhere without his talent. Loser. RIP Biggie Smalls.

Diddy worked things out with the fuzz

by on Sep.16, 2009, under articles

diddy_fuzzDiddy was partying it up at 1Oak nightclub, when upon leaving, he had a little talking to from the local police. A crowd of people rushed the area and the police officer on the scene asked Diddy to retreat back to the club so that they could control the crowd.

Diddy told ‘em to eff off and went about his way. Not really, but it makes for a better story. He refused to re-enter the club and made his way to his car with Cassie. Police officers were then forced to shut down the street to ensure his safety.

He said, “It was just a little misunderstanding…miscommunication. Me and the officer, we worked it out…things were a little aggressive for me, which I’m not really used to.”

Video: Chris Brown is not the next Michael Jackson

by on Jul.06, 2009, under articles

Apparently Chris “Breezy” Brown must think that he is the next Michael Jackson or something. Sure, he’s got the moves and the personal problems, but does he have the same flair as Michael had?

Chris was at Diddy’s White Party over the 4th of July weekend where he busted a move to “Thriller”. Does he have what it takes? Or will his personal life overshadow his musical accomplishments? (continue reading…)

Record Of The Year Grammy: Robert Plant & Allison Krauss

by on Feb.08, 2009, under articles

Morgan Freeman took the Grammy stage to introduce Kenny Chesney, who performed some country song. Not sure which one, this was the moment I paused to write this and fast-forwarded through the song. Not a fan of country, but if you’re a regular reader, you already knew that.

Side note: Was Morgan wearing blue contact lenses?

Diddy, Herbie Hancock, and Natalie Cole took the stage to announce the winner of the Record Of The Year Grammy. Oh my lord of the sun gods, what on earth is Natalie wearing?!??

The winner: Robert Plant & Allison Krauss, with their album, “Please Read The Letter”.

Sean Combs Wants You to Get Home Safely for New Year’s

by on Dec.30, 2008, under articles

Sean Combs must have all the money in the world to be throwing around. The man is making sure that drunk people on New Year’s Eve in New York have a way to get home without driving themselves.

He has gotten together with New York’s Taxi & Limo Commission to give away thousands of free cab rides out to those who can’t drive due to their impaired conditions.

According to reports, street teams will give out $15 debit cards in Times Square and Chelsea from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., or until the supply runs out.

Diddy says, “New York is the world’s most iconic New Year’s Eve city, so let’s lead by example and show everyone that a sophisticated holiday celebration doesn’t just end when the ball drops, but when everyone gets home safely.”

Good on him, it’s good that he’s doing something nice and caring for people instead of always looking like a d-bag.

Kanye West is the voice of our generation?

by on Nov.14, 2008, under articles

Kanye West
[Image Credit: Phil Romans via Creative Commons - Flickr]

Kanye West has gotten so full of himself lately, that I think he’s trying to eclipse Diddy in arrogance. Who will win? It might be a tie. Just as I would’ve sworn that Kanye was trying to endear himself to the public by looking for a wife and revealing that he’s lonely, he comes out with this crap.

He’s basically saying that his music will give him his place in history as the voice of this generation. All hail Kanye West, the official spokesperson for our generation. Uh huh.

He says, “I realize that my place and position in history is that I will go down as the voice of this generation, of this decade, I will be the loudest voice. It’s me settling into that position of just really accepting that it’s one thing to say you want to do it and it’s another thing to really end up being like Michael Jordan.

Then he takes the opportunity to take a nice little jab at Justin Timberlake. He added, “There were people who had the potential to do it but they went on vacation, so when Justin went on vacation I made albums.”

This is just too much. I’m going to say it now, Kanye, shut your pie hole. Just because you’re the one talking the loudest in our generation, doesn’t mean that you are the voice of it. Your place in history fills that slot for arrogant rapper. Diddy will just have to settle for arrogant do-nothing.

Sean Combs throws a fit at his decorator for his birthday party

by on Nov.10, 2008, under articles

[Image Credit: Bronwyn (ECG) via Creative Commons - Flickr]

Sean Combs is a diva. Big surprise there. His birthday party at Mansion turned out to be a disaster for the decorator, who was given a budget of $7,000 and 12 hours to make the place up to Diddy’s standards. He wanted an all-white decor complete with 1,000 white roses, blow-ups of Diddy and Barack Obama, and $2,000 worth of white fabric.

A source on the scene said, “Diddy declared it dreadful and went into a major hissy fit, screaming, ‘Show me the receipts!’ and ‘Get the money back!’ to his assistant. Then he began ripping the fabric off the walls saying he hated it. He berated the poor young decorator to the point that the guy gave back $2,000 of the money he had spent.”

Wow, and this is a grown man! He has a ton of money and needs his butt kissed regularly. Think he was celebrating his birthday along with the one vote that decided the Presidential race?

Diddy makes election day all about himself

Are we surprised by this? I know I’m not. Sean “Diddy” Combs says that he was so overwhelmed by casting his vote for Barack Obama that he felt like it was his vote that put the President-Elect in the White House.

Good grief. Will this guy ever get over himself? On the one day that celebrities are just like us and have to wait in those long lines, Diddy took the opportunity to let us know that it was all up to him.

He says, “I felt like my vote was the vote that put him into office. It was down to one vote, and that was going to be my vote. And that may not be true, but that’s how much power it felt like I had.”

Congratulations to Barack Obama for becoming our nation’s first African American president. Congratulations to Diddy for publicly making an idiot out of himself.

New music: Audio – Sean Combs – Swagger Like Puff

by on Sep.21, 2008, under articles

This is Sean Combs’ new video for Swagger Like Puff. I’m not a huge Diddy fan, so you won’t really find any positive comments about this song now.

Given that he’s so arrogant on the gas prices and thinks that the oil companies should give him oil to fuel his jet just rubs me the wrong way.

by on Sep.11, 2008, under articles

This is not an official “Diddy blog”, this is just a rich guy with a video camera, taking up our time because we care whether or not he actually owns a jet.

TMZ reports that Diddy only has a fractional ownership in NetJets.

Diddy is ranting about John McCain this time

by on Aug.31, 2008, under articles

In his newest video blog, Diddy is going on about John McCain’s Vice Presidential pick, Sarah Palin. What he doesn’t realize is that McCain is really trying to get the Clinton vote by selecting a woman as his running mate. Last time, he ranted about gas prices being too high for him to fuel his jet…..what a tool. Like we’re supposed to feel sorry for him?

Not workin, dude. And note to Diddy, keep the camera still, man.
