Kate Gosselin To Do ‘Dancing With The Stars’ All-Star Season?
by Jed Eckert on May.23, 2012, under articles

Earlier this month, it was revealed that the network was giving the go-ahead for a “Dancing With The Stars” all-stars season. ABC’s entertainment president Paul Lee said, “We can’t talk about the casting yet, but I’d love to see some of the fan favorites from the past seasons come back. We’ve had many favorites over the 14 seasons that we’ve got. So, fingers crossed. We’re out casting now, and I hope we come in with a really interesting cast of people who our audience is passionate about.”
Since, we’ve learned that those close to the production on the show are in the process of getting Kate Gosselin back for another season. Apparently she was so captivating the first time around that they feel the professional dancers need even more torture. When her season aired, we really felt bad for her dance partner Tony Dovolani, but to hear that she’s in the running for another season, the entire cast has our sympathies.
An insider said, “They are going to ask Kate but hope they don’t have to use her as the cast and crew hated her. She would be a last resort.”
Of course if she was asked, she would likely take it. It’s work, it’s on television and it probably pays better than being a coupon blogger. Would you want to see Kate Gosselin attempt dancing again on “Dancing With The Stars”?

Jaleel White Regrets Not Doing The Urkel Dance On ‘Dancing With The Stars’
by Lillian Glass on May.03, 2012, under articles

“Family Matters” star Jaleel White says that he left “Dancing With The Stars” with only one regret and that was not doing the Urkel Dance. When speaking with Jimmy Kimmel after the elimination, he explained why he didn’t do his famous TV show dance.
White said, “I waited too long”, adding that he was trying to save the dance for his Freestyle dance at on the show’s season finale. In fact, he hadn’t predicted that he would be eliminated from the competition so quickly. He revealed that he had no idea that he’d be kicked off of the show before he got the opportunity.
White talked about his rumored feud with his professional dance partner, Kym Johnson. He told the talk show host, “Let me tell you something. You know Dancing With The Stars? If they catch you attacking each other, they air it! The tabloids had some fun with it. It is what it is.”
Did you think Jaleel White was eliminated before he should’ve been? Did the judges get it right?

“Dancing With The Stars” claimed another victim in last night’s elimination episode. “Family Matters” actor Jaleel White and his professional dance partner Kym Johnson was eliminated from the competition.
The dancing duo were pitted against Disney star Roshon Fegan and his partner Chelsie Hightower. The bottom two couples had to perform a Rumba in the last Dance Duel of the season.
Both displayed excellent technique and form in their dances, but the judges couldn’t save both. In the end, it was a unanimous decision to save Roshon and Chelsie. Watch the video below:
Do you think the judges sent home the right couple? We’ve heard rumblings from “DWTS” fans that the Dance Duel should have included Melissa Gilbert. She had already commented that she would not be able to survive the Rumba in the Dance Duel. Do you think it was her time to go?

Of course, we are recapping tonight’s show LIVE here, so check that out to keep up to date on all things DWTS!
On tonight’s show Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver and his professional dance partner Peta Murgatroyd are doing the Argentine Tango. On last week’s show, Donald and Peta wow’ed the audience with their Paso Doble. Can they do it again this week with their Argentine Tango?
WATCH THE VIDEO:
Our commentary:
Donald tells Peta that he’s the teacher during rehearsal and she could care less as long as he nails the routine. They start off with a sex with a sexy card game and she ends up sprawled out on the table. Racy! The dance is slow and sexy!
The judges’ commentary:

On tonight’s show Disney star Roshon Fegan and his professional dance partner Chelsie Hightower are doing the Salsa. Last week, Roshon came out of his shell with the Viennese Waltz and scored a nice 26 points. Can he do it again?
WATCH THE VIDEO:
Our commentary:
Roshon said he wants to emulate Spanish hottie William Levy and he even gave him some tips. He’s shaking it! It’s cute in parts, disconnected in others and it’s faux sexy in other parts. We’re not sure what to think of it really. It’s weird when Disney stars try to bring the sexiness to the dance floor.
The judges’ commentary:
Bruno: Roshon is wired for Salsa. It’s unbelievable. It was right on the beat.
Carrie Ann: You’ve got your own mojo and it was sexy. She liked it and it was very appropriate.

Gladys says that it’s going to be a difficult week with all of her previous engagements, but she’s tough. She’s committed to getting out of the bottom of the leaderboard. She lost time right at the beginning of the dance, but Tristan is making up for it. It’s cute and lively. Great job!
The judges’ commentary:
Len: She’s easy on the eyes and the number was simple, but effective.
Bruno: He loved it. She played to her audience and this dance was very hard. She was magic.
Carrie Ann: There is a reason why she’s the legend that she is — she commanded the stage.

On tonight’s show telanovela soap star William Levy and his professional dance partner Cheryl Burke are doing the Argentine Tango. On Sunday, the fan favorite took to his Twitter account to announce that he had injured his ankle pretty badly during rehearsal. Will that keep him down?
WATCH THE VIDEO:
Our commentary:
Can he get past the injured ankle from rehearsals yesterday? If he takes off his shirt, I’m sure that no one will notice if he limps around a little. He sure does make a hot looking waiter! This dance is saucy it has that intensity. He’s focused and sexy! What girl in the world doesn’t want to be Cheryl right now!
The judges’ commentary:

On tonight’s show singer Gavin DeGraw and his professional dance partner Karina Smirnoff are doing the Samba. Can he pull himself up after scoring a 23 with his Tango last week?
WATCH THE VIDEO:
Our commentary:
They’re working to be prepared for their sexy time Samba, because they’ve already been in the bottom two twice this season. He says that they have to have passion on their face, but it’s also like taking a taste. He says that he’s going to be relying on fan votes more than ever.
It’s a well executed dance and most definitely better than last week. He looks like he’s having a blast. He almost dropped Karina, so that might work against him with the judges.
The judges’ commentary:
Bruno: He should’ve stayed on the boat. He enjoyed it and he let himself go.
Carrie Ann: He just went for it. He was lacking a little bit of form. It was hard to tell it was a Samba, but she loves him for trying.
Len: It was more of a “shamba” than a Samba. The audience booed. This is a hard dance, but this was a gallant effort, so well done to him.

Will they be able to bring the intensity that this dance calls for? Her dress is super cute. The dance is fancy and well calculated and choreographed, but we didn’t expect anything less from these two. He spun her around and it looks like there are two professional dancers on the floor.
The judges’ commentary:
Len: He felt that this was a rose for him, it had beauty but underneath the surface, there was a thorn. Well done.
Bruno: Dancing and choreography of the highest quality. It was played to perfection.

On tonight’s show talk show correspondent and wrestler Maria Menounos and her professional dance partner Derek Hough are doing the Salsa. Last week, Maria danced with injured ribs and it didn’t seem to hurt her all that much, so will she be able to continue to tow the line?
WATCH THE VIDEO:
Our commentary:
Maria is also dancing injured tonight, after falling flat on her chin. She’s in tears and is scared to move it. When she finally moved it, she was fine. For the rest of the rehearsal, she wrapped herself in bubble wrap. Ha. Can she bring the sex appeal by the truck load this week?
The dance is fast and furious, we like it. They look cute together, I wonder if they’re dating. He held her and ripped off his shirt — and afterward they kissed! Nice!
The judges’ commentary:
Carrie Ann: Wow! That was hot. She is fantastic and she worked the hips. She had the magic going on. They didn’t need the kiss, it was a sell out.
Len: He thought two things were revealed: Derek’s body and her talent. She’s a wonderful dancer.
Bruno: He licked his lips and asked if it was legal, can he get them a room and can he join in? He said their Salsa was hot!

On last week’s show, Melissa fell on the dance floor and was taken to the hospital after hitting her head. Will that affect her performance tonight? Stay tuned!
WATCH THE VIDEO:
Our commentary:
Maks is hot in hot pink with his shirt open. Melissa was told to be careful of getting a headache during rehearsal. She says that they intend to stay on the show as long as possible. She says that being in a sexual way is unnatural to her. They’re using props. Len may not like that. She’s stepping it up a little from last week, but it looks a bit mechanical.
The judges’ commentary:
Bruno: She’s always got maximum thrust and she’s wild. She’s got to be on it precisely. She has to control that because it loses the edges.
Carrie Ann: It’s beautiful to see how much confidence she’s gained over the past four weeks. She has moments where she owned it, but Bruno is right. There is an element of control that is lacking.
Len: He saw great rhythm and feel, but there were parts that were not so good. Overall, he enjoyed it quite well.

Dancing With The Stars Week 5 Spoilers!
by Jessica LeFevre on Apr.16, 2012, under articles

It’s week five on Dancing With The Stars tonight and as always, we’ve got the low-down on which celebrity is dancing what. In case we need to bring you up to speed, we have already seen the exit of Jack Wagner and subsequently Sherri Shepherd. In case you’ve missed last week’s episode of the show, you can read our full recap here.
On a side note, wasn’t last week’s episodes great? We got to see KISS take the stage on both nights and they are awesome. We love Rock Week! Okay, enough of that — here’s what’s going down tonight.
It’s Latin Week on DWTS and here is the official scoop on which dance our favorite celebrities will be doing tonight.
Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are reportedly going first on the dance floor with their Salsa. We do love to see Maks Salsa, so this will keep us engaged to not change the channel.
Going next are Gladys Knight and her professional dance partner Tristan MacManus, doing the Samba. Again, it appears that the network is front-loading the hot guys so that we’ll stay loyal to the show. Not a bad plan, if you ask us.
Next up are Maria Menounos and Derek Hough, dancing the Salsa. Derek is a good dancer, so this might be interesting. Katherine Jenkins may be dancing fourth with Mark Ballas, doing the Argentine Tango. Dancing next are Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff, performing the Samba. Gavin seems likeable enough, but we can’t figure out how he has made it this far.
Dancing next are William Levy and Cheryl Burke, doing the Argentine Tango. We like William and we hope to see him continue on in the competition. Latin Week is going to be good to him, we can feel it.
Jaleel White and his partner Kym Johnson are dancing their Samba next. Can they spice things up on the ballroom floor?
Up next are Disney star Roshon Fegan and his partner Chelsie Hightower, doing the Salsa. Watching younger kids doing sexy Latin dances seems sort of criminal, doesn’t it?
Dancing last on tonight’s show, we’re going to see fan favorite Donald Driver and his professional dance partner Peta Murgatroyd, doing the Argentine Tango. Donald is the type of guy that you just root for to win because he’s got an awesome personality.
Who are you rooting for tonight? As always, stay tuned for our live recap of the show later. Trust Earsucker, we’ll break down the news for you — as it happens!

by Lillian Glass on Apr.11, 2012, under articles

Featured on the latest cover of People magazine is Dancing With The Stars hunk William Levy and his story on going from dirt poor to sexy star.
Before rising to fame as a telenovela star, William was a poor kid living in Cuba. His DWTS partner Cheryl Burke says that his fans on the show have noticed his “12 pack abs”.
She talked of the insane amount of applause he receives when he takes the dance floor, saying, “I have never heard it that loud in there. He’s like a rock star!”
He has come a long way since being a teenager in Cuba and he knows it. He said, “To come to this country and receive this kind of love from people you don’t even know, it’s amazing. I try to give my kids everything I never had.”
He sounds like a good father to his two children, Christopher and Kailey.
Have you been watching this season of Dancing With The Stars? Tell the truth, are you only watching it for William? We are!

On last night’s performance episode of Dancing With The Stars, host Tom Bergeron closed out the show by cryptically telling the audience that Melissa Gilbert was injured and taken to the hospital. In case you’ve missed the show, you can read our recap here.
Melissa and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy scored a total of 22 points for their Paso Doble. After her dance, she was taken to the hospital to get checked out — and now we know what happened exactly.
Karina Smirnoff has offered some insight as to what led Melissa to the hospital. She told reporters that Melissa complained about feeling dizzy and was lightheaded after hitting her head on the dance floor during her performance.
It was also said that her fellow competitor Gavin DeGraw carried her down from the stage’s red room. Afterward, she was put on a stretcher and taken to the hospital via ambulance, with Maks following.
A source also revealed that Melissa was put in a neck brace while she was still wearing her dancing outfit. The snitch said, “Her entourage surrounded her in a worried group.”
We’re hoping that Melissa is okay. Stay tuned for any updates on her condition. We’re pulling for her! Let’s hope that she doesn’t drop out of the competition, but that is a definite possibility, don’t you think?
