We all know how much of a hot mess this movie is going to turn out to be. It’s really no wonder why Charlie Hunnam beat feet out of the production so quickly. Jamie Dornan was quickly selected to replace him and he’s not a bad choice, but this flick isn’t exactly going to make his career, is it?

In case you’ve missed the news, Once Upon A Time alum Jamie Dornan has been chosen to replace Sons Of Anarchy actor Charlie Hunnam in the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey. Jamie will star alongside Dakota Johnson’s Anastasia Steele as the S&M loving billionaire bad boy Christian Grey.

Those who have read the books will hope with baited breath that the movies are actually worthwhile instead of some steaming pile of crap that the books were. We could see why Charlie was chosen for the role, as his reputation precedes him. Jamie, on the other hand, while a good looking actor and model, will have to prove that he’s got the chops for this part. Even moreso, he may have to prove that he and Dakota together are magicians to make this flick worth seeing because the source material is just that awful.

Charlie Hunnam Talks About 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Departure

Charlie Hunnam’s name has been all the rage since being announced for the lead role of Christian Grey in the highly anticipated movie Fifty Shades Of Grey. Fans of the S&M franchise spoke up to either defend Charlie as the choice for the role or suggest replacements. Since, he has backed out of the project in lieu of his other work commitments. Could it have been the rumors floating around about Charlie only getting $125,000 for the role?

Surely, $125,000 sounds like a ton of money to all of us, but to an actor for a successful franchise, it doesn’t sound like a lot at all. He really shocked us when it was announced that he was leaving the movie projects because we really liked the thought of him playing Christian. Who else could possibly take this role and make it into something special? It’s not like the source material is a work of art or anything…

Charlie has opened up about his departure from the movie. He said in a new interview, “I am doing good. I am just really concentrating on work. It’s been a really busy time. Dakota Johnson Struggling With Fifty Shades Of Grey Attention

Now that Charlie Hunnam has dropped out of the role of Christian Grey in the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey, Dakota Johnson is left to handle all of the media attention for the movie on her own.

Just recently, it was revealed that Charlie left the movie because he wanted to have more control over the script. In addition, it was said that he had cold feet about the movie and that he only received $125,000 for the role in the saucy movie.

Now, Dakota is said to be having a really tough time dealing with the press intrusion into her life. A source revealed, “Dakota is having a very hard time dealing with all the press. When she first got the role it was way too much for her. It’s been tough.”

We can imagine that it might have been easier to share the attention with her former co-star, but now that he has jumped ship, it makes it that much harder on her. Now, everyone is looking at her wondering who would do the role of Christian Grey justice alongside Dakota. Will they even have chemistry together in enough for the filming of three or four movies?

Everyday that passes, it seems that a new rumor emerges about why Charlie Hunnam backed out of the Fifty Shades Of Grey movie. It was destined to catapult the actor to superstardom, as some said he didn’t want. Others said he didn’t want the media attention and that he actually got cold feet. Now, another rumor has surfaced suggesting that Charlie really wanted to change the script for the movie and he became a total diva when he went to begin filming.

Reportedly, Charlie was facing “increasing conflict with the high-profile film’s creative team” over the last few weeks. A source said that he “is said to have submitted his own very detailed script notes.”

He was seeking script approval as a writer himself after his script notes were well received by the producers. Despite that, his request was denied, which was said to have led to some serious tension with the creative team.

The spy added, “His team strongly advised him to stay on the project, for fear that his exit would burn a bridge with one of the major studios.”

He didn’t back down so Universal made the announcement that he was no longer on board for the racy flick. Now that Charlie is out for the role of Christian Grey, who do you think should replace him?
