If you’ve been paying attention to Simon Cowell’s new show, The X Factor, then you heard a possibly familiar sound. It was the sound of Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera’s newest song, Moves Like Jagger. As you already know, they judge the popular competition show, The Voice.

The problem? We were wondering if anyone else noticed the song playing in the background. Their respective shows are in competition. So, we have to wonder how much FOX coughed up for the opportunity to take a jab at Adam and The Voice?

Adam tweeted the above message an hour ago, basically telling FOX where to go. If he signed paperwork and has received royalties for the song’s use, then he really doesn’t have an argument, does he?

Former “Tonight Show” host Conan O’Brien is reportedly back in bed with NBC, the network who left him in a lurch over the late night talk show for Jay Leno.

According to TMZ, the network has picked up an hour-long pilot produced by Conan’s company, Conaco. The show is called “Justice” and is centered around a Supreme Court justice who resigns from the Court to open his own private practice.

Interesting how these things play out. I still wonder if he’s going to jump ship to Fox as soon as September rolls around and he’s a completely free agent.
