The queen of punk rock turns 50 today, can you believe it?

A special happy birthday goes out to the vocal talent behind Nine Inch Nails, Trent Reznor. Michael Trent Reznor was born May 17, 1965.

Punk rocker and proclaimed “Godfather of punk”, Iggy Pop, real name Jim Osterberg, celebrated his birthday by doing a stage dive into fans. While performing with The Stooges, he also invited them to get on the stage with him and sing.

According to the article:

He muttered a few thanks before resuming his usual routine: manic singing and dancing, scampering on to the speakers and throwing his microphone stand around.

During the Stooges classic No Fun, he invited fans in the mosh pit to jump on to the stage, and sing along with him.
