Daniel Radcliffe Was Drunk Filming Some Harry Potter Scenes
by Jed Eckert on Feb.07, 2012, under articles

It might surprise you to learn that Daniel Radcliffe was drunk during the filming of the Harry Potter movies. He said that he would go out at night, partying, and when he woke up to film his scenes, he’d still be sloshed from the night before. As they say in show business, the show must go on!
In a new interview, Dan said, “I don’t want to go into details but I drank a lot and it was daily – I mean nightly. I can honestly say I never drank at work on Harry Potter. I went into work still drunk, but I never drank at work. I can point to many scenes where I’m just gone. Dead behind the eyes.”
I wonder which scenes he filmed three sheets in the wind?
Daniel gave up drinking for good when he was only 21-years-old and says that he decided to kick the habit because he didn’t like the type of person he was becoming as a result of his drinking. He said, “I loved the fact I suddenly could talk to people and feel so entertaining and so interesting. But after a while, you’re living under such a cloud of shame about what you’ve done and the dread of who you might see, what you might have said to them, what you might have done with them. You either have to change something or give into that shame and I wasn’t prepared to do that at 21.”

Emma Watson bullied at Brown University?
by Lydia Harris on Apr.22, 2011, under articles

Emma Watson opted to attend college at Brown University so that she could have some normalcy, as well as an education. Apparently, the other students there only wanted to bully her!
According to reports, Emma was a good student and wasn’t shy about class participation. When she answered something correctly, her classmates would tease her with Harry Potter quotes.
According to the source, her classmates “would respond [to her answer] with a quote from ‘Harry Potter.’” The most popular choice was “Three points for Gryffindor!” – a reference to the movie’s dormitory system, and a congratulatory phrase in the films when a student got a correct answer.
But she’s not going to let that get her down. Whether or not she’ll be returning to Brown remains a mystery, but Emma says, “I will still be working towards my degree … it’s just going to take me a semester or two longer than I thought.”
Robert Pattinson to do theater acting?
by Lydia Harris on Mar.09, 2011, under articles

Robert Pattinson says that he is desperate to sign up for some theater performances, but worries about his fame ruining the shows.
He rose to fame in Harry Potter and catapulted to superstardom as Edward Cullen in Twilight, but the actor admits that he would really love to try a role in a theater production. After all, he says he will wait until the Twilight hysteria dies down before pursuing other interests.
He said, “I love to do theater stuff but right now I couldn’t imagine it being a good experience. I just couldn’t imagine it being anything other than people constantly taking photos and stuff. I think it’s too much for me to take. I need to have that separation. It’s like there’s too much energy in an audience.”
What do you think? Should Rob do theater? Or should he stick to the big screen? Let us know in the comments!

Emma Watson disses Twilight for selling sex
by Jed Eckert on Sep.05, 2010, under articles

Harry Potter actress Emma Watson has dissed on Twilight for allegedly selling sex. Umm, what? We’ve always thought the vampire franchise was pretty boring, but okay, we’ll bite.
She plays Hermione Granger in the Potter franchise and has admitted that it was exciting leading up to the kiss she shares with co-star Rupert Grint.
She said, “This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it’s been building up for eight films now. And Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know; we’re not selling sex. So, whenever there is any hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited. In fact, it was horribly awkward; we couldn’t stop laughing.”
I’ve never accused the Twilight Saga of selling any kind of sex, so we’re not getting it. It’s not like it’s True Blood, right?
