According to sources, Susan Boyle is being tipped to sing the next Bond theme.

The Scottish singer is reportedly thrilled at the idea of being chosen for the next film’s soundtrack. The next James Bond movie is set to feature Daniel Craig and is due out in 2011.

Compose of the classic James Bond theme music, Monty Norman praised the choice, saying, “They’ll think seriously because she’s got the right kind of sweeping voice.”

You go girl!

Get ‘em Amy!

Apparently, Amy Winehouse is a little miffed at the producers who selected Alicia Keys and Jack White to do the James Bond theme, instead of her. So, to get back at them, Amy says that she’s going to release her James Bond theme, too.

To add insult to injury, she wants to release her track on the same day that the Quantum of Solace movie comes out.

Amy says that she wants to “prove that [the producers] made a big mistake” by not choosing her song.

“I do think they could have waited a bit. If they want a worldwide hit I have them all up here (pointing to her beehive),” she said. “I guess they are going for clean-cut and boring. When I do release mine – and I am tempted to do it on the same day – this would be the bigger hit.”

What else is she hiding in that beehive?
