Britney Spears’ parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears have gotten back together!

After having gone through a divorce and have been split up for eight years, Jamie and Lynne have decided to give it another try. Good for them!

According to reports, the couple have reconciled as of last summer. A source said, “They are back together and are doing well and happy. They’re not remarried but back together.”

The couple were looking super friendly on Saturday at L.A. lounge Boudoir. Spies on the scene said that they spotted Jamie and Lynne cheering and dancing as the DJ spun some of their daughter’s hits.

The spy added, “They were in a great mood together. They were laughing together – dancing and laughing – totally having fun. Lynne is a dear, sweet person. She deserves happiness. As her friend, my wish for her would be a happy ending.”

Congratulations to them for finding their way back to each other after such a long time!

Jamie Spears will be asking the court to review Britney’s conservatorship when her “Circus” tour is over, this November. Reportedly, Mr. Spears cannot ask the court to end the conservatorship, but only to review it. It is up to the judge as to whether or not he sees fit to allow Britney to regain control of her life.

According to TMZ, had it not been for the tour, the conservatorship may have already ended, but vendors were promised that it would be intact throughout the tour.

Britney has come a long way.

Some people think that Britney Spears is really crazy and needs to be under her father’s control. Others, such as the owner of BreatheHeavy.com, believe that Britney is really trying to make a discerned effort to have the conservatorship removed.

Recently, we’ve heard her calls for help. Now, we’re hearing that Miss Spears is looking for help to get out from under her father’s thumb.

Sam Lutfi’s sister confirmed that she snuck a cell phone to Britney at her own request. Which only goes to show you that Britney is either still mentally unstable or that she just wants out.

While we could argue for days about Britney’s state of mind or whether or not her career has done better since the conservatorship has been put into place, I can say this: The judge in her case should allow her representation by her own attorneys who represent her best interests. Of course her father wants to keep control of her affairs, he’s making bank off of the conservatorship.

I think she should be free.

It’s hard for any of us to know if these recordings of Britney Spears are real or not, but here she is again, pleading for help to get from under her father’s control.

She says, “Hi. My name’s Britney Spears. I called you earlier. I’m calling again because I just wanted to make sure that during the process of eliminating the conservatorship that my father has threatened me several times, that you know, he’ll take my children away. I just want to be guaranteed that everything will be fine with the process and that you guys are taking care of everything. That things will stay the same as far as my custodial time. That’s it. Bye.”

Do you think it’s her? I can imagine if this is true, it must be hard for her to get a message to anyone and she really must be feeling like a prisoner.

The attorneys involved in the conservatorship over Britney Spears are going into to court tomorrow, and unfortunately for Brit, they’re not trying to let the conservatorship end.

TMZ reports that Jamie Spears will not actually be making an appearance in court tomorrow, but his attorney will. They’re going to be asking the court to extend the conservatorship throughout the fall.

Maybe Jamie likes being paid the $2500 a week? I dunno, but lately Britney seems less crazy, if that’s possible. She has already given up on custody of the kids and is paying Kevin Federline $22,000 a month in child support. What more do they want from her?

She seems like a saint now compared to the likes of Amy Winehouse.
