Jennifer Lawrence was quickly the “it” girl of the night on Sunday night at the Academy Awards. She won the Oscar for Best Actress for her role in “Silver Linings Playbook” and was just a ham the entire night. Firstly, she tripped up the stairs on the way to receive her award. That had to be the most embarrassing thing ever. Later on in the press room, she flipped off the media and then gave the look of embarrassment from that.

During her interview with ABC’s George Stephanopolous, she was interrupted and congratulated by Jack Nicholson. She was telling the news anchor about how shocked she was to win the award, when Jack snuck up behind her. He told her, “You did such a beautiful job. I didn’t mean to cross into your interview but I had to congratulate you.”

When he started to meander away from her, she asked, “Is he gone?” but Jack came back and said, “I’ll be waiting!”

He also flirted with her saying that she looks like one of his old girlfriends. How funny. Perhaps Jennifer Lawrence and Jack Nicholson should do a movie together? Hey, it could work! What do you think?

Bradley Cooper is denying any romantic connection between himself and his “Silver Linings Playbook” co-star Jennifer Lawrence. Sure, they definitely have some chemistry together, but he is denying the rumors of any real life romance! Are you surprised?

Jennifer recently made headlines when it was announced that she and boyfriend Nicholas Hoult had gone their separate ways, but there is nothing between she and Bradley. Or so they say!

In a new interview with “Entertainment Tonight”, Bradley addressed the relationship rumors. He told Nancy O’Dell on Sunday evening, “We’ve done two movies together. If it didn’t happen by now, it’s not going to happen.”

He went on to note that he is 38-years-old and she is a mere 22 years of age. He said, “I could literally be her father.”

The rumors hit fever pitch when Bradley and Zoe Saldana had gone their separate ways earlier in the month. “The Hunger Games” actress Jennifer Lawrence appears on the cover of the latest issue of “Vanity Fair” magazine where she speaks of her pre-fame days and be tortured by the red carpet.

She talked to the publication about how much it takes for her to be red carpet ready for her movie premieres and the such. In her pre-fame days, she said, “I had the basic ‘NSync obsession. Any Leonardo DiCaprio. But when kids do weird things to me, I’m like, ‘I never did that when I was little.’”

She went on to say, “I went nuts over Harry Potter and read it four times and pretended I was a witch, but I don’t think I would have done some of the — actually, that’s not true. I saw Daniel Radcliffe when I was doing David Letterman and flipped out. I was screaming. So never mind. I take back everything I said.”

With regard to the red carpet, she said, “I know that’s a cliché, but it’s uncomfortable having to pose when people are shouting at you and the next day you just get slaughtered. You walk out there and go, ‘Hate me!’”

When speaking of appearing at the Oscars last year, she said that it reminded her of how her “Hunger Games” character was being fawned over. She said, “I felt like a walking rag doll.”

She sounds like she is handling fame just great and is remaining down to Earth. We look forward to seeing more of her acting work in 2013!

Does Angelina Jolie have anything against Jennifer Lawrence? If the latest gossip is to be believed, then Angelina is miffed that Jennifer stole the role in “Silver Linings Playbook” from her.

A source said, “Angelina desperately wanted the female lead in the movie ‘Silver Linings Playbook’. it was a prime role with great dialogue, and Angelina campaigned hard for it. But once the director saw Jennifer’s audition, it was no contest. Jennifer blew her out of the water, and Angie was enraged!”

The movie also stars Bradley Cooper in the male lead who befriends an unstable widow named Tiffany. The movie’s director David O. Russell said that Jennifer wasn’t mature enough for the role of Tiffany and had Angelina in line for the part.

He revealed, “We had a lot of major actresses in town interested in the role, from Angelina Jolie to some other big stars. Jennifer, we frankly thought, was too young.”

After she auditioned for the role on Skype, she was chosen for the role. Angelina was upset that she didn’t get to play the part of Tiffany, according to reports. A source said, “Angie was beside herself. She screeched, ‘What’s she got that I don’t have?’ The simple answer is youth. Angie’s getting older and the big parts are going to rising young stars like Jennifer.”

The snitch added, “Angie’s seething. It’s a juicy, award-winning part, and she thinks it should have been hers.”

“Hunger Games” actress Jennifer Lawrence opened up to the latest issue of “Elle” magazine about her weight. She said in her interview that in Hollywood, she is considered “obese”.

She said, “In Hollywood, I’m obese. I’m considered a fat actress. I’m Val Kilmer in that one picture on the beach.”

No way! She looks great! Just because she doesn’t cater to those who may want to see her stick thin doesn’t mean she’s fat by any stretch of the imagination. She also talked about food, saying, “I eat like a caveman. I’ll be the only actress who doesn’t have anorexia rumors!”

She continued, “I’m never going to starve myself for a part. I keep waiting for that one role to come along that scares me enough into dieting, and it just can”t happen. I’m invincible. I don’t want little girls to be like, ‘Oh, I want to look like Katniss, so I’m going to skip dinner.’ That’s something that I was really conscious of during training, when you’re trying to get your body to look exactly right. I was trying to get my body to look fit and strong, not thin and underfed.”

Good for her! She is definitely being a good role model for women and young girls everywhere.

The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence says that she would like to tell her younger self not to worry about getting people to like her so much. Her advice to her former self would be just not worry about the BS and the bullies.

She said that she had to quit school at the age of fourteen-years-old because of bullies, but said that if she could go back in time, she would tell her teenage self not to let the bullies get to her. In a new interview, she said, “My advice to my younger self would be don’t worry about the b*****s. When you look back and see how much time to spent trying to get people to like you and trying to dress cool, you realize it doesn’t matter.”

She went on to say, “I changed schools a lot when I was younger because the girls were so mean. One gave me invitations to hand out to a party I wasn’t invited to. I hated school. I hated being inside, I hated being behind a desk. School just kind of killed me.”

She added, “I remember a lot of times, especially during math, when everyone got it except me and it made me feel stupid. It wasn’t until I left school that I was like, ‘Okay, I’m not that stupid.’”

Jennifer Lawrence has drawn the ire of animal rights group PETA. In The Hunger Games, Jennifer plays a hunter named Katniss Everdeen. Katniss is so good with a bow that Peeta comments that his father always bought her squirrels because she always shot them right in the eye.

Before that, she skinned a squirrel in her Oscar nominated role for Winter’s Bone. Why does Jennifer Lawrence hate squirrels so much?!?

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, she talked about the gross, squirrel skinning scene. She said, “I should say it wasn’t real, for PETA. But screw PETA.”

Of course, her comments didn’t sit too well with PETA, who is now on the attack against the rising star. The organization’s president, Ingrid Newkirk said, “She’s young and the plight of animals somehow hasn’t yet touched her heart. As Henry David Thoreau said, ‘The squirrel you kill in jest, dies in earnest.’ When people kill animals, it is the animals who are ‘screwed’, not PETA, and one day I hope she will try to make up for any pain she might cause any animal who did nothing but try to eke out a humble existence in nature.”

Jennifer Lawrence stars as Katniss Everdeen in her new movie The Hunger Games, but says that she hopes that fans will not notice the way she runs in the movie.

She revealed that she trained hard for the movie, but she has never mastered the art of running like an action movie star. In a recent interview, she said, “My run is so weird.”

We’re all our own worst critics, aren’t we?

She went on to say, “I’m actually quite nervous about it because everybody is going to be making fun of it. When I run I do karate hands instead of running with my hands closed together like a normal person. It’s like I’m trying to be aerodynamic or something, so my hands are straight like razors. I can’t stop it.”

Reportedly, Jennifer has received $500,000 to star in the movie, as well as bonuses based on its performance in theaters.

The movie has already made a whopping $214 million worldwide in its opening weekend. So basically that means that the movie’s main stars will be paid quite nicely. We’re guessing that by the time the other two movies hit theaters, all three will be household names — if they’re not already.

OK! Magazine claims to have the exclusive on who the cast of The Hunger Games is dating! We already know that Liam Hemsworth is dating Miley Cyrus, so that’s not really any sort of surprise. But what about the movie’s main star, Jennifer Lawrence?

There were rumors floating around suggesting that Miley was worried that Jennifer and Liam would fall in love on the set of the movie, just like Liam and she did on the set of The Last Song.

During the three-month shoot in North Carolina, the cast members weathered grueling workouts and 14-hour days on the set. “It’s a very physical film,” a production insider tells OK! exclusively. “But the cast was hard-working and wanted to do justice to the characters.”

They even survived stifling heat, humidity — and bugs! “It was like some weird summer camp,” said Jennifer, who plays Katniss, and who got to play hero in real life when someone stepped on a hornets’ nest on the set. “I got stung four times in the face, [but] Jennifer came to the rescue,” says Amandla Stenberg, who plays Rue. “She picked me up and ran to the car!”

However, the hardships were totally worth it.

So if you really want to know who they are all dating, I guess we’ll just have to pick up a copy of the magazine. Ugh, I hate it when they do that!

Disney starlet Miley Cyrus met her hunky Australian boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on the set of their movie, The Last Song. They pretended to love each other for the roles they played in the movie, but actually fell in love behind the scenes as well.

Now that Liam and his Hunger Games co-star Jennifer Lawrence have grown close on the set of their movie, is Miley worried that Liam has fallen in love again?

Miley and Liam were cuddling together when she noticed him holding onto his phone. A source said, “Miley saw that he was texting his co-star, Jennifer Lawrence. She was livid!”

The source went on to say, “Miley is threatened by Jennifer’s career and confidence. Jennifer has replaced her as Hollywood’s It Girl and now Miley’s terrified that she’ll replace her as Liam’s girlfriend, too.”

To head Liam off at the pass, Miley is said to be trying to nudge Liam toward having a baby. The source added, “She’s telling him she wants to have his baby. Miley is not going to let him go so easily!”
