John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s supposed divorce drama appears front and center on the latest cover of the “National Enquirer”. Last week, the tabloid “exposed” his “twisted double life” and now the magazine is claiming that John and Kelly are headed to splitsville. There’s only one problem with that: the truth.

As we’ve reported just two days ago, despite the rumors to the contrary, Kelly and John are not divorcing. It was said that she was leaving him because of all of the lawsuits that are surmounting against him. Since, we’ve learned that’s just not the case.

An insider said recently, “Kelly has endured rumors about John’s sexuality for years. She has learned to ignore them. She’s made of sterner stuff. She and John have been through so much together. I don’t for one second believe the rumors she wants to divorce him. Kelly’s not going anywhere.”

It’s interesting how the “National Enquirer” can take party photos with John as a cross-dresser from 1997 and claim that Kelly is now divorcing him because of them. How handy. Real truth. Perhaps the tabloids should try that once in a while. Just a suggestion.

Kelly Preston isn’t ruffled by any of the rumors surrounding her husband John Travolta. There were rumors that had surfaced suggesting that Kelly was divorcing John, but it’s nowhere near the truth. Despite all of the rumors that John was involved with male masseurs, Kelly is standing by her husband.

An insider revealed, “Kelly has endured rumors about John’s sexuality for years. She has learned to ignore them. She’s made of sterner stuff. She and John have been through so much together. I don’t for one second believe the rumors she wants to divorce him. Kelly’s not going anywhere.”

Both John Does have accused the actor of propositioning them for sexual favors during massages. These are claims that John has vehemently denied via his attorney, Marty Singer.

Even though both of John Travolta’s accusers have dropped their lawsuits against the actor, he insists that there was no payoff involved. His attorney, Marty Singer, said that they will not nor have they offered any money to the accusers over their false claims of sexual assault.

Both masseurs were set to sue John Travolta over claims that he sexually assaulted both of them. After going public, both accusers dropped their cases and decided to go with Gloria Allred as their attorney. Still, Marty insists that there was no money paid off to the masseurs in order for them to back down from their cases.

Marty said, “Not one penny has been paid nor do we have any intention to pay any money for these ridiculous and false claims.”

Gloria Allred said, “We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit that was on file was dismissed without prejudice.”

John Doe #1 dropped his sexual assault lawsuit against John Travolta earlier this week, only to re-file with high powered attorney Gloria Allred. In a new interview, Gloria confirmed the reports, sating, “I represent John Doe Number One. Mr. Doe’s lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time.”

John Doe #1 claimed that he gave John Travolta a massage on January 16th, but the actor exposed himself and acted inappropriately during their session. In that lawsuit, Doe was seeking $2 million in damages.

The second masseur to sue actor John Travolta is already looking to settle the case for a hefty sum of $250,000. The “John Doe” from Atlanta, Georgia said that he would drop his claim for a quarter of a million dollars. Do you think John should take the deal?

He’s the second man to come forward in a sexual assault case against the actor. Both men are seeking $2 million in damages, while John’s attorney insists that the claims made by all of the parties in the case are not true.

The second accuser’s attorney said, “My client will settle for $250,000 to make this go away quickly and without having any further action being taken in this case. My client wants his life back and for that to happen at this point we would be willing to accept a settlement. I have been speaking with Marty Singer about establishing the ground rules for arbitration/mediation in this case. We haven’t agreed on anything yet, or which private judge will hear the case.”

He went on to say, “I want it to be one judge. Marty Singer would like more than one judge. These are sticking points that we can work out if this case doesn’t settle. I haven’t discussed any settlement figures with Marty yet but I anticipate we will be having those discussions very soon.”

After facing a lawsuit from two separate masseurs, John Travolta is facing accusations from a third man. Will his legal problems ever stop? The lawyer for the “John Does” claimed that more men would be coming forward, so here we are.

The third man, Fabian Zanzi, claims that the actor hugged him while naked, asked him for a massage and propositioned him for sex aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship in May of 2009. When speaking with “Primer Plano”, a Chilean TV show, Fabian said that John “said that I had something on my neck, I thought it was lint. When he got close to me, he took off his white robe and became naked. He hugged me and asked me to give him a massage.”

Fabian went on to claim that John offered him $12,000 for sex, but he declined John’s advances. Is he the latest client to file a sexual harassment lawsuit against John Travolta?

On Tuesday we told you of how John Travolta became involved in a lawsuit brought upon him by a masseur who claimed that John groped him during a recent session. John’s attorney refuted the claims, calling the lawsuit a complete fabrication. Now, a second “John Doe” has come forward to wage a lawsuit at the actor.

The first “John Doe” claimed that John touched his genitals and propositioned him for sex. The second “John Doe” is claiming that the actor touching him and masturbating during an appointment in Atlanta, Georgia.

John’s lawyer, Marty Singer issued a statement about the second lawsuit stating that the claims are fictitious. The attorney said, “This second ‘anonymous’ claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one. The attorney who filed the lawsuit on behalf of his second anonymous client…was notified that his first client’s claims were totally false and fabricated, since our client was not in L.A. when anonymous ‘Doe #1′ claims he interacted with John Travolta.”

The attorney continued, “That fact is easily provable since John Travolta was on the east coast working on a movie on the date that anonymous ‘Doe #1′ claims he interacted with our client. After we were able to establish that anonymous ‘Doe #1′s’ claims were totally absurd, the same attorney has now filed a claim on behalf of another plaintiff, whom he identified as ‘Doe #2′…”

He added, “Before the attorney for the two anonymous plaintiffs filed the claim on behalf of the second person…he checked media reports that my client was in Atlanta working on a movie. However, the claim by Doe #2 is just as fabricated as the claim by Doe #1. Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims.”

Yesterday an unknown man going by the moniker John Doe launched a lawsuit at John Travolta, claiming that he was sexually assaulted by the actor. The lawsuit claims that John found the masseur’s ad online and contacted him for an appointment. They met up and went to the Beverly Hills Hotel and into John’s bungalow. At the time, the masseur claims that John got fully nude and gave him a massage for an hour without incident.

Afterward, the masseur claims that John tried to touch his leg and other man parts. The masseur then says that he informed John that he did not have sex with his clients, but John didn’t give up, offering to give the guy a handjob. He is suing John for $2 million in addition to punitive damages.

Now, John is hitting back at the lawsuit, claiming he wasn’t even in the area when the supposed massage was supposed to have gone down. TMZ reports:

The statement says, “This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.”

The statement notes, the masseur didn’t disclose his name in the lawsuit — he sued as “John Doe.”

John is confident he will get the case thrown out and will sue the attorney and the masseur for malicious prosecution.

John has been the subject of many rumors surrounding his sexuality over the years. Shouldn’t someone call the Beverly Hills Hotel to see if John was there on the night in question?

His son Jett passed away in 2009 in the Bahamas, but he isn’t yet over the agony that has caused him. According to the magazine’s cover, he had a shocking breakdown over his dead son, leaving Kelly in tears.

An inset photo reveals that he sobs to Kelly that he still blames himself for Jett’s death.

Also featured in this issue is Kobe Bryant’s cheating scandal, which touts his affairs with 105 women. Holy crap, that’s the Tiger Woods scandal on steroids!

Oscar winning actor Al Pacino is signed on for the new biopic based on the life of John Gotti Sr., titled, Gotti: Three Generations.

Pacino, 71, is set to join John Travolta, 57, and Lindsay Lohan, 24, in the new movie. Pacino is set to play Gambino family underboss, Neil Dellacroce, which is an associate and mentor to Travolta’s character, John Gotti Sr.

Also signed on for the movie are Joe Pesci, Kelly Preston and Elle Blue Travolta. Fiore Films CEO, Mark Fiore, said, “Al Pacino is one of the finest actors of all time and will bring an unsurpassed level of reality and excitement to the film.”

The movie has yet to name an actor to play John Gotti Jr. Fiore said, “My guess is it’s going to be someone that we may not really know. I only say that because I don’t know now who’s out there as a name where you say, ‘Oh, yeah, he could be Gotti Jr.’”

Now that Lindsay Lohan has signed on for the new John Gotti biopic alongside Scientologist John Travolta, there have been rumors floating around that he was trying to indoctrinate her into his controversial religion. Alas, Lindsay is rebuffing the rumors, saying that she plans on remaining Catholic.

TMZ reports:

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, the actress has no plans whatsoever to become a Scientologist — she hasn’t taken any classes with the Church … and hasn’t even been asked to visit by current members.

We’re told Lindsay has nothing against the Church — but she was raised Catholic and plans to stay Catholic … in fact, she remains an avid practitioner to this day.

Interesting. I thought she switched to Judaism because of her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson?

Now that Lindsay Lohan is seemingly on her way to getting her life back on track, we’ve heard rumors that she has turned to Scientology!

Lindsay has inked a deal to appear alongside John Travolta in the John Gotti biopic and he has reportedly influenced her religious beliefs.

The actress, who once converted to Judaism while dating ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson has decided to try out the celebrity cult religion known as Scientology.

An insider said, “Even though producers were hesitant to hire Lindsay because of her troubled past, Travolta assured them he’d take her under his wing. He feels confident he’ll be able to keep her on the straight and narrow…now and forever.”

According to reports, Lindsay has already agreed to attend the Church Of Scientology’s induction course. The source revealed, “John introduced Lindsay to one of the church’s top counselors and – even though she’s been cast in a new role and won’t play the star’s daughter in the flick – she’s assured him she’ll still attend the series of induction classes that will make her a Scientologist.”

Now that her friend Kirstie Alley is kicking butt on Dancing With The Stars, Kelly Preston might just want to join in on the fun!

Reportedly, Kelly wants to follow in Kirstie’s footsteps by appearing on the popular dance competition. A source said, “Kelly has auditioned and she is a shoe-in. If she wants on the show, there’s a good chance it could happen.”

She would have to be better than Kendra, right? I mean, it’s possible a dead person could out-dance her, so Kelly’s chances are good.

She has also taken over Kirstie’s Twitter account on Monday nights in order to garner votes for her friend. Her husband John Travolta also appeared on the show as the “Dance Doctor”, so it’s likely that she wants to have some fun with it, as well.

Producers of the new movie about John Gotti are looking to cast Kim Kardashian opposite John Travolta’s character!

They’re eyeballing Kim to play John Gotti’s daughter-in-law, Kim Gotti, in his new biopic. TMZ has the scoop:

Sources connected with the movie tell TMZ, Kim recently met with executive producers on the film to discuss the possibility of playing Kim Gotti in the movie.

Nothing’s been signed yet — but we’re told KK’s a front-runner to land the role … and producers have expressed strong interest in casting her … to act.

Ricky Gervais went crazy with his Golden Globes monologue, verbally attacking every celebrity in the room. As far as Scientologists go, he really laid it on thick. When speaking about films that didn’t make the cut, he talked about I Love You, Phillip Morris, which he referred to as “two heterosexual actors pretending to be gay.”

Then, he added, “Sort of the complete opposite of some famous Scientologists then.” After a pause and the reaction from the audience, he added, “My lawyers helped me with the wording of that joke.”

TMZ reports that John Travolta didn’t take too kindly to Ricky or his jokes:

John Travolta — who was the implied butt of a controversial joke from Ricky Gervais during the Golden Globes — seemed to acknowledge the situation last night when he told our photog the event was “more like a roast” than an awards show.

John was all smiles leaving an event at the Hollywood Palladium last night as dozens of fans asked for autographs and congratulated him on his new baby. But he was stone cold silent when we asked him if he had any words for Gervais.

Sometimes saying nothing truly says it all.

Kelly Preston and husband John Travolta grace the cover of the newest issue of Hello magazine — showing off their adorable new addition!

On the cover is the happy couple with baby Benjamin. Aren’t they just so adorable and cute? He was born on November 23, 2010. John said of their new family member, he gives “the house a renewed spirit and purpose.”

He also said, “He’s brought us a new beginning. He is the best gift we could possibly have.”

So cute!

John Travolta requests the judge to drop the extortion charges against the two individuals. They tried to extort 25 million dollars from John last October.

The two people tried to extort money from him when they where trying to save his son Jett from a fatal seizure. He dropped the charges from the extortionists because he simply didn’t want to go to the Bahama’s again to revisit the tragedy.

He said, “It was finally time to put this matter behind us … I concluded that it was in my family’s best interest for me not to voluntarily return to the Bahamas to testify a second time at trial.”

Hopefully he and his family recovers mentally from the tragic day his son died.
