John Travolta Butchered Idina Menzel’s Name At The Oscars

John Travolta Butchered Idina Menzel's Name At The Oscars

John Travolta came to the Oscars last night with just one job: to introduce Idina Menzel, so that she could sing “Let It Go” from “Frozen”. Could he handle that? Of course not. Did this man rehearse his introduction whatsoever? Our guess is no — considering that he gave Menzel an entirely new name.

He introduced her as “Adele Dazim” instead of her real name, but things at the Academy Awards didn’t skip a beat. He didn’t stop, he didn’t apologize and she hasn’t spoken of it since. We’ve heard reports that Travolta suffers from Dyslexia, but that has yet to be confirmed.

There is some good that has come from this little gaffe. Apparently, some quick thinker opted to register the name @AdeleDazim on Twitter. That account already has over 5,000 followers on the social networking service.

John Travolta Gets Attitude From His Daughter Ella Bleu

John Travolta Gets Attitude From His Daughter Ella Bleu

John Travolta has been taking some serious attitude from his 13-year-old daughter Ella Bleu. A family friend revealed, “Ella always loved hanging out endlessly with daddy – but John got a shock when she suddenly walked away from him as he chatted with fans at the Santa Monica 3rd St. Promenade.”

She is getting to be quite the feisty teenager, isn’t she? The source said, “He spent nearly 20 minutes signing autographs and posing for pics, and Ella finally told him she’d wait in the car – then started to stalk off. John apologized to the fans, saying his little girl needed him, and Ella snapped, ‘Dad, stop calling me a little girl!’ John gushed to the fans, ‘My little girl’s really grown up, and she’s the greatest daughter!’ Ella sighed and said, ‘Daaaad! You’ve embarrassed me enough, come on, let’s go. I’m hungry!’”

Fans in attendance got quite the chuckle when Ella stomped off to the car while he tried to catch up. She then told her famous father, “Can’t you ever post for just one photo? You don’t have to tell everyone your life story, dad!”

National Enquirer: Scientology’s Secret Celebrity Files

National Enquirer: Scientology's Secret Celebrity Files

Featured on the cover of the latest issue of the National Enquirer are Tom Cruise, Kirstie Alley, Lisa Marie Presley and John Travolta — all for a story based around the Church of Scientology’s secret celebrity files.

As you may already know, former King of Queens actress Leah Remini left the controversial religion after being interrogated for years alongside her family. It began with a question as to the whereabouts of Scientology leader’s wife Shelly Miscavige.

From the magazine’s report:

A friend told The ENQUIRER that Leah fears retribution from the church, whose membership includes Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Kirstie Alley.

Shortly after Leah quit, Kirstie tweeted: “I take a moment to experience the loss of a person who I thought was my friend…then I say f*** `em.”

Fortunately, Leah’s longtime pal Lisa Marie, 45, promises to be her port in the storm.

The ENQUIRER has all the details on how Lisa is saying she’s there to help Leah through her terror and a exclusive special investigation that reveals even more disturbing practices of the controversial church.

In addition, the magazine claims that Britney Spears has collapsed at the news that her ex-husband Kevin Federline has married his girlfriend Victoria Prince.

John Travolta & Kelly Preston Involved In $200 Million Divorce

John Travolta & Kelly Preston Involved In $200 Million Divorce

According to the latest cover of the “National Enquirer”, John Travolta and Kelly Preston are finally ending their so-called sham of a marriage. The “former” couple are said to be battling it out over their shared $200 million fortune.

If this true, then it’s about time! How many men had to come forward to claim that they were doing the horizontal mambo with John before she believed it?

After John’s “secret hookup” with a “hunk on train”, Kelly has had ENOUGH! Wow, so that’s all it took? All of these masseuses have come forward to claim that they’ve been banging John for years, but her tipping point was a hookup with a hunk on a train? Seems legit.

Kirstie Alley Says John Travolta Isn’t Gay; Was The Love Of Her Life

Kirstie Alley Says John Travolta Isn't Gay; Was The Love Of Her Life

Kirstie Alley is currently promoting her new book, so of course she’s letting some old skeletons out of the closet. Just yesterday, Kirstie copped to falling in love with her “North And South” co-star Patrick Swayze. We weren’t even aware that she had an emotional affair of sorts with him. At least they didn’t go forth with a physical affair, right?

In that same interview, she also said that John Travolta was the love of her life and it took everything she had in her not to run off and marry him. Then, of course, she was hit with the “gay” backlash. Considering how many masseuses came out of the woodwork, we wouldn’t say that the rumors were exactly unfounded. Still, she is now defending John — because that’s what fellow Scientologists do for one another….no?

Kirstie sat down with Barbara Walters and when she asked about John, Kirstie said, “I know John with all my heart and soul; he’s not gay.”

She did offer up a theory as to why the rumors won’t go away. She said, “I think in some weird way, in Hollywood, if someone gets big enough and famous enough, and they’re not out doing drugs and they’re not womanizing, what do you say about them?”

Yesterday, she said of John, “Believe me, it took everything I had inside, outside, whatever, to not run off and marry John and be with John for the rest of my life. I feel like when you marry someone, you’re supposed to work hard at it and you’re supposed to make it work.”

At the time they knew each other, Kirstie was still married to Parker Stevenson, while John was single. She and Parker divorced in 1997, but John was already married to Kelly Preston as of 1991.
