If you want to party with the likes of Justin Bieber, then it looks like you’re going to end up signing your life away as a result. Reportedly, the teen singer has been asking his partygoers to sign a waiver and non-disclosure agreement before entering into one of his parties.

So what that means is that if you want to party with the Biebz, you cannot tweet, Instagram, Facebook or blog about any of the activities that goes on. If you do, Justin’s lawyers will lay the legal smackdown on you to the tune of five million dollars! From the liability waiver and release:

“You understand that participation in the Activities is potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained. Your participation in the Activities is done so knowingly and you freely assume all associated risks. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the Activities carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated completely, ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death.”

Former Disney teen queen Miley Cyrus has revealed that she was inspired by her fans to write her new song We Can’t Stop. She said that she dedicates the song to her fans as a way to thank them for their undying support.

In a new interview in Las Vegas on Sunday, Miley said, “It really is an inspiring song for my fans. We don’t care, we can do what we want. They really believed in me the whole time. I feel like this song really is for them and how I feel – that I can’t stop and I’m going to be who I am and they should be who they are and that they can’t stop and no one can stop us.”

There are rumors floating around that Miley is working on a collaboration with Justin Bieber. She said, “I know pictures are flying around. You guys will have to wait and see. I’m the biggest at top secrets. I’ve had this single ready for about a year, and I’ve had to keep my lips sealed and just not saying anything. So you’ll see.”

Just recently, teen singer Justin Bieber instagrammed a photo of himself drinking a beer with a pal. Now, his on and off again girlfriend Selena Gomez has confirmed that they have split once again. Did they call it quits because Justin has a problem with booze?

She confirmed that they have broken up while promoting her new album on a Boston radio show. Radar Online reports:

While Selena was promoting her upcoming world tour and her new album Stars Dance, a DJ at Boston’s Kiss 108 asked her, “So sometimes you may see a boy walking down the street and he says, ‘let’s grab an ice-cream.’ You’re available?” Selena responded, “Yep.”

When pressed, “You’re completely available in every way?,” Selena confirmed, “Yep!” And the pretty pop star, 20, even implied she’d love to get asked out, telling the DJ, “By the way, that would be awesome if someone asked if I wanted ice cream because that would be cool.”

We’re guessing that if the powers that be in charge of “American Idol” are looking for the popular 18-49 demographic, then they could look into hiring teen couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez to judge the next season of the hit talent competition.

A source said, “It’s been a lackluster season for Idol and everyone involved with the show is well aware of it so that’s why producers are frantically working on lining up big name stars for season 14. There’s more drama going on behind the scenes of the show than on the stage, and that’s why there’s a major overhaul in the works.”

The source went on to say, “A telling sign was that the highlight of the season was Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj’s explosive feud that was leaked on the web – and that was before the season even aired. Producers have been trying to recreate that buzz ever since and it hasn’t worked – the public isn’t buying it. The judges don’t have real chemistry, and there’s no real standout contestant.”

A source close to Selena said that her friends aren’t too thrilled that they have gotten back together. The source revealed, “Selena’s friends are furious that she’s giving Justin another chance. They’ve been trying to warn her that he’s no good for her and that she should stay away from him, but she just loves the attention he gives her.”
