Reality star and mother of eight kids, Kate Gosselin, is putting herself back on the market!

Two years after her divorce from Jon Gosselin, she’s trying to get the hookup with another dude. It’s about time!

In a new interview on the Today Show, she made an appearance to promote the new season of her reality show, Kate Plus 8, which returns to TV today.

When asked about potential relationships, Kate said, “I’m definitely ready to start dating. There are a lot of obstacles for me. The odds of me bumping into someone are rare.” She went on to say that she would like her best friends to start referring some eligible bachelors for her.

She said, “I have eight kids, I have a crazy work schedule, I’m known. It’s sort of daunting when I think about the obstacles. I’m hoping that person is out there, because the kids on a daily basis are just begging me to get married again. They bring it up all the time.”

Even though dating isn’t a top priority for reality star and mother of eight, Kate Gosselin, she has revealed what she’s looking for in a man!

Her divorce from Jon Gosselin played out in the media spotlight, and since, things have gotten a lot smoother between the two. Now, she’s talking openly about what she’s looking for in the opposite sex.

In a new interview, Kate said, “I want somebody who is older, at least in their 40s. I can’t be bothered with these little boys.”

Aside from that, she revealed, “It would be really great to find somebody in real life who can handle the stress around here and who can love my kids the way I do. I want someone who is strong and smart and driven. I think those are the best qualities.”

Kate also talked about being open to the prospect of finding love again. She said, “I’m at the point where I’m like, ‘Okay, there’s got to be somebody out there who would work.’ If it’s meant to be, it’ll be. And if not, then whatever. I’m happy as I am.”

She added, “I think everyone who is single worries that they’ll grow old alone. But I don’t have a lot of time to worry about it.”

Reality star and mother of eight Kate Gosselin reflects on her time doing Dancing With The Stars and says that the dancing competition was an eye opening experience for her.

In a new interview, she said that she’s been watching the show’s current season, where her former partner Tony Dovolani was dancing with Wendy Williams. She revealed that she would never set foot back in the ballroom!

She said, “Never again. Not because it was a bad experience though – it was an awesome experience — but I clearly cannot dance.”

At least she sees that for what it is. If you can’t dance, then you might as well own it, right?

Reality show star and mother of eight Kate Gosselin is being sued over unpaid marriage counseling fees!

Creative Energy Options is suing Kate for $10,476 for unpaid fees from 2009. The counseling obviously didn’t pan out for herself or Jon, but the services were rendered and now she has to pay the piper.

The complaint was filed at Freeland District Court in Pennsylvania before Judge Gerald Feissner on March 28, 2011, by a company called Creative Energy Options, which is based in White Haven.

The filing is for a total of $10,476 and states: “Unpaid balance due for services 2/4/09 to 3/23/09. Client requested Dr. Sylvia Lafair fly to Los Angeles California to perform marriage counseling then refused to pay for travel fees.”

We know she’s got eight mouths to feed, but we’re sure she can afford a measly $10,000. Rumor has it that she spends more than that on her hair!

She makes her return to television for the season premiere of her show Kate Plus 8 tonight, but she doesn’t think she’s going to get a warm welcome.

An insider said, “This season Kate has been told to bring her A-game. If her ratings drop to the one million mark, this will be her last season, and then Kate would have to get a real job. TLC hadn’t really done Kate Plus 8 in a series way until now — it was just sporadic specials that people had trouble finding. TLC does believe in her.”

We’re also hearing reports that Kate is missing her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin. The snitch went on to say, “He was her whipping boy, but also her best friend. Yes, things were very toxic between them, but there was at least some sort of camaraderie. His departure made the show less interesting to people and left a very real hole in her life. She pretends to be made of steel, but underneath, she is very sensitive.”

Reportedly, Kate went to 230 Fifth on Friday night, looking for love – with a camera crew following her. Ugh. She can’t even find a man without the cameras???

A source said, “It was supposed to be Kate’s 36th birthday celebration, but it was all about meeting men. She was all dolled up in a black cocktail dress, brought a camera crew and was chatting up a lot of guys. It wasn’t clear if they were actors or not.”

Kate confirmed the dating reports, adding, “I’ve been on a few little dates here and there but I have eight kids already. I don’t need nine.”

Rumors were circulating recently that former reality couple Jon and Kate Gosselin were reuniting! The reports even said that Jon secured his new job as a construction worker to win her back.

Alas, the rumors are not true! A source close to the father of eight said that the rumors are fake — and almost funny.

The snitch said, “Jon and Kate are not getting back together. They have both moved on with their lives and they get along only for the sake of their kids.”

Jon took to his Twitter account to deny the rumors, saying, “NO, I am BOT back with Kate. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Tabloids are wrong once again.”

Reality star Kate Gosselin is looking for love in the upcoming New Year!

In a new interview, a friend of Kate’s said, “No one wants to be a single parent. So much of 2010 has been about the children that Kate forgot to look after herself. Now, in the New Year, Kate is determined to start dating again and hopefully find a new man. Kate has learned her lesson about love on camera. Any dates that she goes on will be strictly private with no cameras around. It’s going to be hard enough to find a man who is willing to take on Kate plus her beautiful eight children; asking someone to do all that on camera is impossible.”

Kate Gosselin is famous for a few things (yelling at people, sucking at dancing), but now she wants to add singer to that list!

In her defense, I’ve got these really nifty earplugs that I haven’t taken out of the package yet, so I was just looking for an excuse to break ‘em open.

Pop Eater reports:

“Kate is pitching a CD of holiday songs sung by herself and all her children,” a record executive tells me. “She sees herself as a modern day Maria from ‘The Sound of Music,’ except this time the family singers won’t be the Von Trap family, they would be the Gosselins.”

“Don’t be fooled,” a friend of Kate’s tells me. “Kate sees herself as a brand. She knows her fifteen minutes are not going to last forever and wants to make the most of it. After all, it’s Kate that’s putting the food on the table for all those children.”

Way to adequately pimp out those eight little paychecks, Kate.

The dancing clock is ticking for mother of eight Kate Gosselin and when she did another zombie dance last night, things weren’t boding well for her.

The lifeless dancing mannequin has taken to begging friends and family for votes. Ugh. Can this heffer go away already? It’s disgusting that she’s still on the show at all.

And here I was thinking that she’d put her brood up to voting for her a gazillion times. We’ll know for sure after tonight. Her time is up and she must go! Either that, or it’s totally rigged. Show producers don’t want her to go, I’m sure, she brings in the viewers with her awful dances. It’s almost like she makes us feel better about ourselves, all across the nation.

Kate Gosselin really did a poor job on Monday night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars. The mother of eight attempted a poorly received Foxtrot with partner Tony Dovolani. It looked as if she was being taught to dance and she was moving like a zombie.

The duo danced to their them of “The Breakfast Club” movie and it left one to wonder if she’s ever seen the movie at all. They danced to 80′s favorite, Don’t You (Forget About Me) and Kate was stiff. Unfortunately for her, the judges weren’t as kind to her as they were last week. She scored straight fives across the board and even got the comment of “What you need is a postmortem, not a critique”, from judge Bruno Tonioli.

According to PopEater, Kate Gosselin is moving to Los Angeles, after doing some house hunting in the Hollywood Hills.

What’s weird is that she’s seeking out a $2 million mansion that has a pool, hot tub and a recording studio, among other things.

That prompts me to wonder if this non-dancing mom of eight has plans to invade our eardrums with her singing? Why else would she want a home with a recording studio? Unless she plans on pimping out the kids for their singing abilities.

Kate Gosselin busted a foul move on last night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars, scoring a lowly 15 points.

She danced a paparazzi infused theme, appropriately, to Lady Gaga’s song, “Paparazzi”. What was so foul was the dance itself. Seriously, her outfit was hooker-ish and not to mention that makeup. Really, please don’t mention it, I’m still scarred.

Kate Gosselin really can’t dance to save her life. She appeared hard to teach on last night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars and even her partner, Tony Dovolani, tried quitting the show over her drama.

They were trying to practice their dance for last night, the Jive, when Kate threw an epic hissy fit. He walked out, saying, “I quit” and she said she didn’t get it. I get it. You’re acting like a whiney baby.

Highlights:

Chad danced well and Shannen’s dress was cute. Erin’s dress made her look like Big Bird and someone actually bested Kesha’s song, Tik Tok. Jake feels dumb. No comment. Jake danced to Seal’s song, Kiss From A Rose. Yech.

Evan Lysacek is a swan, and that’s a compliment. Finally, a serious contender for the evening. Buzz Aldrin’s wife has a face that only he loves….that’s a serious jokerface.

Nicole did a great job, Kate was stiff and Pamela got groped by her partner.

According to Page Six, mother of eight, Kate Gosselin, is being a total diva on the set of Dancing With The Stars.

Reportedly, her behavior caused Johnny Weir to pull out of the show because he didn’t want to work alongside her.

A DWTS source said, “Kate doesn’t want anything to do with other contestants…While there’s a lot of camaraderie among the crew and other stars including Pamela Anderson, Kate has set herself apart…She wants to be queen bee.”

Another source said, “She’s been rehearsing in Pennsylvania to be near her kids. For the short time she was in L.A., she and the cast got along great.”

The show makes its tenth season debut on March 22, 2010. Who will you be rooting for?

Reality star and mother of eight, Kate Gosselin, debuted a new sixties inspired bob last night in New York City.

After seeing her spiky porcupine hairstyle, I would have to say that this is a total improvement. Obviously that isn’t saying that much, but it’s something.
