Just a week after checking herself out of rehab, Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend, Kate Major, has been arrested for battery.

Earlier this morning, Kate was booked in Boca Raton, Florida, for battery, along with resisting arrest. She was taken to jail in the wee hours of the morning and booked at a little past 3AM EST. Currently, she is being held on charges of battery, battery against an officer, EMT or firefighter and resisting an officer with violence.

It has not been said whether or not Michael was involved, but it is very possible, considering that he is in the state. TMZ has more:

FYI … there’s a permanent restraining order in place prohibiting Michael from being near Kate.

Major was kicked off an airplane back in November and arrested for misdemeanor battery after getting into a scuffle with another passenger. No charges were filed.

You would think that she would be trying to keep herself out of trouble already. Stay out of the public eye and keep to yourself, but that’s probably too easy. I guess it must be addictive for her to keep seeing her name all over the gossip websites. She’s only known because of who she was dating and who he’s related to.

As if she knew the name of the game in keeping her name in the headlines, Michael Lohan’s former girlfriend, Kate Major, has checked herself into rehab. We’re still of the mind that it’s unfortunate that we know who she is at all.

Kate has voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility, in order to battle her demons with alcohol. TMZ has more:

We’re told Kate will get treatment for alcohol abuse. Sources close to Kate tell us … she checked into a treatment center in Boca Raton, FL and will stay there for 90 days.

According to our sources, Major made the decision after her alleged drunken plane fight a few weeks back.

We’re told Kate feels drinking changes her into somebody she isn’t … which probably explains how she started dating Michael Lohan in the first place.

At this point, we think her entire existence is a publicity stunt…don’t you? She probably called TMZ to inform them that she’s checking into rehab — if they’ll post the story. Ha.

Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend, Kate Major, was arrested last night at LAX airport!

She was in first class on a plane from LAX to Tampa, Florida, when someone reported a battery on the plane at around 11:45 PM. She was then escorted off of the plane and arrested for misdemeanor battery.

Luckily for her, she was not taken to jail. TMZ has the scoop:

Major was escorted off the flight and arrested for misdemeanor battery. However, Major was not taken to jail — instead, she was simply cited and released around 2 AM.

Law enforcement sources tell us Major was intoxicated during the incident — but the booze was not a factor in the arrest.

We’re told Major was on her way to Florida for a November 8 court date regarding her request for a restraining order against Michael Lohan — the guy who allegedly beat her up last month.

Wow, she really did get into it with someone in first class….stay classy you. I wonder what Michael thinks about this?

Michael Lohan has been arrested in Tampa, Florida after allegedly getting into a fight with his girlfriend, Kate Major, last night.

TMZ reports:

Tampa Police arrested Lindsay Lohan’s dad at 1:10AM ET after they responded to reports of a fight between Michael and a live-in girlfriend. Law enforcement sources confirm it was Lohan’s on again-off again GF Kate Major.

When he was taken into custody, he complained of chest pains and was subsequently taken to the hospital for evaluation. After being treated, Mike tried to leave, but was nabbed by a cop on the way out.

Now, we’ve heard reports that the reason behind the battle was that Mike wanted Kate to give him oral sex. When she refused, he tried to hit her with the remote control and missed, so he smashed her cell phone.

I wonder if he’s still sitting pretty in jail, waiting to get bailed out. And we all wonder why Lindsay is so messed up?!?

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael is set to plead not guilty when he faces a judge this morning over the misdemeanor domestic violence charge from his ex-girlfriend, Kate Major.

During his arraignment at 8:30 PST, Michael will plead not guilty to the charge of “inflicting injury on a cohabitant”. The charge stems from an incident where she claimed that he attacked her and held her against her will. He was arrested on three felony counts, but the District Attorney’s Office dropped two of the charges and dropped the third from a felony to a misdemeanor.

Michael has denied the charges and blamed alcohol for her behavior. He said that she visited him at the Pasadena Recovery Center where he had been taping Celebrity Rehab and she was drunk during her visit.

He said, “I didn’t touch her. I didn’t do a damn thing to her.”

We’re hearing a lot of conflicting reports surrounding Michael Lohan and Kate Major’s fight. She said he attacked her, but he has countered her claims with claims of his own. He said she was trespassing on his property and even made off with some clothes he bought for Lindsay.

Still, whatever happened, it’s turning into a huge mess for both of them. Reportedly, when he got arrested for domestic violence, he reached out to his daughter for a helping hand — and she shunned him!

You see, Lindsay has enough problems of her own. She doesn’t need daddy trying to dip into her pockets for bail money because he allegedly can’t keep his hands to himself.

Reportedly, their fight was all over the almighty dollar. Of course. A friend of the family said, “While she [Kate] was there they had a huge argument over the money he owed her and it got really ugly. Mike doesn’t have a job and lives hand to mouth. He had been angry all day that a check he had couldn’t be cashed. Kate was so worried she left a message for a friend that said, ‘I’m nervous, he has that look in his eyes.’”

When Mike got busted for the fight, his bail was set at $30,000, but because he’s allegedly as broke as a joke, he called upon Lindsay for help. The family snitch said, “Lindsay wants nothing to do with her father. He has betrayed her one too many times. He only ever calls her when he wants something and she has finally learned to say no.”

Douchebag Michael Lohan who is currently in Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab is being accused by his ex-fiancé of being a big liar and also of being abusive. No surprise here that Michael is a liar – how many times has he spoken to the press about Lindsay although he has promised to stop? I am not sure Michael Lohan knows what the truth is. Anyway Kate Major his ex-fiancé claims Michael not only lies but he punched her friend in the face.

I guess it is a good thing he is in rehab for anger management issue. Why do I think being on the show is less about problems and more about his hunger for fame? Kate is claiming that things turned nasty when she refused to participate in his celebrity rehab.

“I agreed privately to go to Celebrity Rehab over the weekend for couples therapy even though we’ve been broken up – I thought it would be therapeutic for both of us. I still agreed to go to therapy last night though and that’s when all hell broke loose. When I turned up at the center I found out Michael had lied to me about numerous things, including other women. I immediately called the counselors and said I would not be attending the therapy session and I left.

“Michael found out and fled the Pasadena Recovery Center on foot and found me and a friend that I was with. This is when I became very afraid of him and my life and other situations. In the meantime, Michael ripped a bracelet off my hand and then punched my girlfriend in the face –it was all caught on camera.”

Michael Lohan is so publicity hungry I distrust his motives in inviting her to be with him ON camera. Michael might have a clause in his Celeb Rehab contract that pays him much more if he gets anyone on camera while he is on the show. Dr. Drew knows that business is business and he also knows that Michael is a big media whore. As to Michael punching someone in the face – if it was caught on camera why hasn’t he been arrested?

Michael Lohan says that he was living with Kate Major, his ex-fiancee and former hooker. Lovely.

Kate Major was not too pleased when photos of her naked surfaced on the internet last Friday. So much, that she’s filed a lawsuit against Michael Lohan for selling them off to the highest bidder.

TMZ reports:

It’s a cease and desist letter to Lohan which reads, “We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites.”

The letter states that the photos were taken without Kate’s knowledge and that she did not consent to them going public. Kate and her attorney are demanding that Michael stop pitching the pics.

A similar letter was sent to kikster.com demanding that it take down the photos.

Michael Lohan would NEVER do anything like that, right? He’s a religious man with morals and LULZ I CAN’T DO IT ANYMORE…HAHAHAHA

I tried, but I just can’t.

Michael Lohan is still a heinous d-bag and this just proves it. While they were still together, Mike took some pretty raunchy photos of his ex-fiancee Kate Major while she was sleeping.

Of the photos, Kate said, “Michael Lohan is a disgusting human being and father. He took these pictures of me when I was asleep and without my knowledge. At the time he was my fiancé. I have just found out about these images today and moving forward my lawyer, William O’Conner, will be handing the legalities of anyone that reproduces them.”

Michael Lohan is facing some trouble after his ex-fiancee, Kate Major has filed a police report stating that he pushed her into a chair before he flew out to appear at Lindsay’s court hearing on July 20th.

Kate claims that he injured her shoulder after pushing her into a chair. Afterward, he was said to have kicked her in the face as she laid on the ground.

She has since filed for a restraining order against Michael. He said, “Because of Kate’s behavior and false claims, I am going to release a statement and only the first of many pictures of Kate as well as the first of multiple recordings.”
