On Russell Brand’s last appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in December of 2011, he was denying all of the reports that he and former wife Katy Perry were going through some problems within their marriage. On today’s appearance, he talked about his love for his former wife.

He talked about his impending divorce from Katy and had nothing but good things to say about her. He told Ellen, “I still love her as a human being. But, sometimes when you’re in a relationship I suppose it doesn’t work out, does it? But that doesn’t mean I regret it or anything. I was very happy to be married with her. She’s such a beautiful human being and I just have only love and positivity for her.”

He went on to say, “You can’t absolutely make everything the way you want it to be in life. Sometimes things are just different and you just move with that and try and remain in contact with what is beautiful about yourself and each other with any situation.”

Kudos to him for not staying bitter at all about their split.

According to the latest gossip, British comedian Russell Brand is regretting his decision to divorce pop singer Katy Perry and wants her back! It all started when reports started rolling in that she was seeing Robert Ackroyd last month. She went to Coachella with him and apparently that has gotten Russell’s blood boiling with jealousy.

This will mark the singer’s fifth time taking the stage to perform on the talent competition. Reportedly, she will be singing her newest single, Part Of Me on the results show next Thursday.

As you may already know, fan favorite Colton Dixon was eliminated on Thursday’s elimination episode. It was a shock to see Colton get eliminated, considering that he had never been in the bottom three before. Still, he took it like a champ.

Now, we are left with Elise Testone, Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet, Hollie Cavanagh, Skylar Laine and Phillip Phillips remaining in the competition.

In this issue, she talks about her music, acting and of course, fame. With regard to her music, she said that her label is happy that she’s on her seventh number one hit. She said, “But for me, I don’t need to grind it into anyone’s head that I’m popular. If you like my music, great, and if you don’t, whatever. I’m going to keep making it either way.”

On the topic of acting, she revealed, “There was a time when I was going to be involved in The Help — just a small part, I wasn’t going to be Emma Stone or anything – but I couldn’t because the shooting schedule conflicted with the release of my record. And I was upset about that; I knew it was going to be an important film. Not that I need to do drama first, but I do want to do something that makes a strong impression. You don’t really get off the hook being a musician first…I feel like the stakes are really high.”

My favorite part of the interview is when Katy talks about being famous and she doesn’t seem to be happy with her current celebrity status. She told the magazine, “I’m tired of being famous already! But I’m not tired of creating. Fame is, I think, just a disgusting by-product of what I do. It’s quite a delicate creature — it’s a wild animal of sorts. It can love you, and then it can attack you.”

She added, “I still want to be as approachable and relatable as possible – when I meet fans and they’re crying, I’ll say, ‘Calm down, there’s nothing to cry about. I’m not going to bite you or attack you or grant you three wishes. Let’s just hang out and have a good time.’ But really, I stopped focusing on what other people think a while ago. If you try to be everything to everyone, you’ll only end up completely confused.”

In the early hours of the Shamrock Tattoo studio in Hollywood on Saturday, Russell went there with his new girlfriend, Nikolett Barabas and opted to get the ink permanently removed.

Despite all of that, she accepts all of the attention being a natural outcome of her life as a celebrity.

In a new interview, she said, “I didn’t really ask for that but it’s just a product of all this. I can deal with it when I’m working, but when I’m not working, they can ‘f’ off. I pop a wig on, some hats on, a granny knit and I go out of the kitchen. I do my best to be avoided when I want to be avoided.”

She went on to say, “It’s what I have to do, it’s the environment I’m in completely. I know how to separate it completely. You don’t see me everywhere, you see me when I’m working.”

Apparently there isn’t any hard feelings between Katy Perry’s parents and her ex-husband Russell Brand. Her father, Keith Hudson has revealed that all is amicable between himself and his former son-in-law.

In a new interview, he said, “There are no hard feelings towards Russell – I just received a text from him the other day, in fact. He is a wonderful and smart guy.”

He went on to say, “Katy is doing well just now.”

So what really happened between Katy and Russell that caused their split after only being married for 14 months? Keith said, “Her career got really busy and she did not get to see that much of Russell – it was just one of those things.”

The latest issue of Life & Style magazine claims that Russell Brand has already moved on from estranged wife Katy Perry. They were married in October 2010 and he filed for divorce in December 2011, so isn’t it reasonable to assume that that Russell waited long enough? Remember, he’s had a track record of being a bit of a womanizer…so two months to him is like an entire year to normal folks.

Apparently the guys at Life & Style have been following Rusty around and have seen him with a woman. The tabloid reveals that 25-year-old model Oriela Medellin Amieiro was already seen leaving Russell’s house in Los Angeles.

An eyewitness said, “It was about 9:30 in the morning, and I saw them getting into a Range Rover. She’d obviously stayed over at his house because she was in evening clothes and high heels. She threw her head back and laughed – it looked like she was having a good time.”

Now, a friend of the former couple says that Katy is wondering if Russell was the “changed man” that he claimed to be when they tied the knot. She confessed to a friend, “I’m such a fool. I believed in him.”

In addition, the magazine’s source claims that Russell is a chick magnet wherever he goes. Seriously? A source said, “Russell is very flirty with the ladies. He gets a lot of phone numbers – the women just hand over their numbers and he takes them.”

The pal added, “It’s very disturbing to Katy that he’s moved on so quickly. She was shocked to hear that he was out partying again and trying to pick up girls. It sickens her – she feels humiliated and burned.”

Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow has been linked to reality star Kim Kardashian. After the speculation died down, we heard that Tim is too religious for someone who has a sex tape. Since, he’s been rumored to be dating Katy Perry.

Perhaps her parents really were trying to set them up? Katy performed a show for the DirecTV Super Saturday Night party where she dedicated her song Peacock to him. More specifically, she sang the words, “I wanna see your peacock.”

We don’t think Tim has any plans of showing his peacock to anyone he’s not married to. So, perhaps Katy should wait until she is officially divorced before asking to see anyone’s peacock? Just sayin’.

The rumors have been put to bed after a kid asked Tim what the deal is with him and Katy Perry. Tim met up with 100 kids at the Challengers Boys & Girls Club in L.A., which promotes books and reading. In addition to that, he also shared his struggle with dyslexia.

When it came time for the kids to ask Tim some questions, one kid didn’t waste any time asking him if he has a thing for Katy. Tim laughed and then told the children that he doesn’t have a thing for Katy.

Recently divorced couple Katy Perry and Russell Brand have not signed a prenuptial agreement, but neither of them have any regrets about it.

They said if they had to do it all over again, they would not change anything. The marriage happened so quickly that they had no time to actually write up a prenup because they knew that they wouldn’t need one. They both thought neither of them would screw each other over but, in a way they kind of did by getting divorced in the first place.

Earlier this week, Russell refused to accept over $20 million dollars he was entitled to after the divorce. One source said, “Russell is a very simple person who doesn’t need much to make him happy. He would never take money that [Katy] earned. That’s not Russell. And if it was the other way around, Katy wouldn’t have taken it either. They respect each other too much.”

Russell is a very honorable man to not accept the $20 million. Would you have taken the money? It sounds as if this was a really adult and amicable marriage and divorce. Who knew they had it in them?

Now that Simon Cowell has axed Steve Jones, Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger from The X Factor USA, rumors are running rampant about who he’s going to get to replace all of them.

The speculation began when it was rumored that Simon was considering asking Mariah Carey and Beyonce, but now new rumors have popped up, suggesting that he really wants Katy Perry on the show.

In a new interview with Extra, Simon said, “I worked with Katy once. Think she would be fun because she is hard – in a good way – and she’s feisty.”

On Wednesday, it was revealed, via the latest cover of Star magazine, that Katy Perry and Russell Brand are divorcing due to cocaine. However, at the time, it wasn’t revealed who was having the drug trouble. Now, via Celebitchy, we know that it was Katy that is the alleged cokemonster and Russell just got plain sick and tired of it.

A snitch close to the couple revealed that Russell “hit the roof” after learning what Katy was doing in Hawaii. He’s a recovering drug addict, so he obviously needs to stay as far away from that stuff as humanly possible.

An insider revealed, “Katy runs with a really wild crowd. They will party all night till the sun comes up, doing line after line of coke.”

The source went on to say that it got so bad that Russell had no other choice but to file for divorce. The source said, “How is Russell supposed to feel when he hears that his wife is out till all hours of the night.”

It’s rather uncertain whether or not it was actually Katy doing the drugs, from what the source said next. The spy said, “He can only assume the worst. Russell was a truly horrible addict. It’s a day-by-day struggle for him to stay sober and walk the right path now. He’s really turned his life around, and he couldn’t let it be destroyed.”

Are you curious if this will all be in his next Booky Wook? Would you buy it? Another source said, “She went from this sweet, adorable woman that he was madly in love with to a needy person who surrounded herself with hangers-on who were using her.”

The insider added, “She’d throw back Tequila shots, chain smoke and have mood swings. He gave her an ultimatum: ‘Get rid of your hard-partying friends or lose me forever!’”

Katy Perry really wanted to save her 14-month marriage to comedian Russell Brand, but had to accept that it was finally over when he refused to attend marital counseling. She wanted them to undergo counseling as a last ditch effort to save their marriage, but Russell wasn’t into it.

Reportedly, she reached out to Russell to prevent their divorce, but he just plainly told her that their marriage was over and that she needed to move on. How rude!

Alas, we’ve consulted the source and have come up with some juicy tidbits of information. The answer is just as simple as our attic troll brother Pat who lives in our mother’s attic and only comes out to eat and walk his dog. It’s the tell all book idea that’s got her panties in a bunch!

Not only are they claiming that Russell blindsided her with the divorce filing, but he’s writing his memoirs with juicy gossip about their marriage.

A snitch revealed, “Katy is insulted and feels betrayed that Russell has treated her so poorly. She will never forgive him. Ever.”

Despite it being rumored that Katy Perry wants a reconciliation with estranged husband, Russell Brand, he doesn’t get all of the fuss surrounding their divorce.

He has kept pretty mum on the subject, since filing for divorce from Katy after being married for 14 months. Katy was spotted in Hawaii just prior to their split announcement, while he was spotted with a more somber face. Neither of them were wearing their wedding rings, which prompted speculation that there was trouble for the once happy couple.

Now, instead of addressing anything head on, Russell is ranting about the news surrounding his divorce from the pop singer. When he was asked recently how he was doing, he became defensive.

Instead of speaking about the highly publicized split, he decided to rant about all of the attention they got for getting married and divorced. He said, “If I’d done something actually newsworthy, then I’d cover it. But if it was just more lacquered nonsense, designed to distract us from truth, then I would wisely ignore it. I don’t want to further celebrate the overly elaborate, brittle plastic structures of nonsense that are constantly fired into our minds to distract us from what’s really important.”

Of course, this all goes along with the theory that she wants to reconcile with Russell. Sources have revealed that Russell has flown back from London to discuss their divorce.

Even though Russell is said to be determined to move on from his marriage to Katy, we’ve heard that she is hopeful that they can still reconcile their differences.

A source said, “He has agreed to meet her one last time. He wants to sort things out and finalize the divorce. Removal trucks have been moving his things out of the house they lived in and into a new place that Russell is renting.”

The source went on to reveal, “He needed to be in Los Angeles for the Golden Globes too, so it was an ideal opportunity to meet. He is determined to move on. But Katy says she is still in love with him and she still has hopes they might get back together.”

Her parents are also jumping into the fray once more, reaching out to Russell, hoping that they can work things out. The source said, “Keith and Mary flew from Georgia to Los Angeles earlier this week to be with their daughter. She is doing okay under the circumstances, but this has been a very tough road for her.
