If you were wondering exactly what went wrong in Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s marriage, we’ve got the scoop! According to reports, Russell wasn’t exactly the most supportive husband. Who knew?! And we were thinking that he filed for divorce because of her love of drink…

Russell was said to be unsupportive of Katy’s singing career. Even worse, he filed the divorce papers without even notifying her first. That is, if you believe the rumors. Katy was spotted in Hawaii, sans wedding ring, so that makes us think that she know what was coming. But we wouldn’t doubt that he was a douchebucket to her.

A source said, “There were so many times when he wasn’t there.”

A few weeks before he filed for divorce, she gave him the opportunity to appear on Saturday Night Live with her, but he turned it down. She wanted him to perform in a skit with her, but he declined and opted to stay in Los Angeles instead.

The source said, “After her SNL stint he told her that she wasn’t that funny. That really hurt. And at her final concert stop in November, he was totally uninterested and seemed annoyed he was there. I don’t think he sat through one song.”

However much of a jerk he was, we can’t blame him for not thinking she’s funny or caring about her music. The truth is, her music sucks and she really isn’t that funny. But then again, we weren’t married to her.

Everyone seems to know the exact reason why things went south between Katy Perry and Russell Brand. Now, Us Weekly is jumping on the “he’s crazy” bandwagon. It must be the eyes. Either that, or they’ve seen Arthur once too many times.

Apparently they’ve gotten Katy’s side of the divorce story, talking about their final fights and her “shocking” discoveries. Also, of course, he blindsided her with the divorce. I’m not buying that for a minute. She wasn’t blindsided, she was out in Hawaii for Christmas without her ring, as he was in London not wearing his. She knew that was coming. I believe the religious aspect of their tale and that it’s quite possible that she asked him to do the filing because of her beliefs.

I want to know what she shockingly discovered! Is Russell Brand gay? Did she find him with another woman? Has he fallen off of the wagon? Did his forehead come alive like something out of The Thing and attack her while she was sleeping? What was it?!?

Also in this issue, Justin Timberlake’s proposal to long-time girlfriend, Jessica Biel. In addition to that, the newest Bachelor, Ben Flajnik, disses former Bachelorette, Ashley Hebert. For filler, they’ve got a photo of Rihanna and the title “How stars get thin fast”. LIPOSUCTION. Duh.

Now that Russell Brand has filed for divorce from Katy Perry, it appears that she’s leaning on her best friend, Rihanna!

They’ve talked on the phone constantly since the split, with Rihanna offering as much support as possible to the pop singer.

A source said, “Katy is hardly speaking to anyone right now, but she called Rihanna as soon as she heard Russell was filing for divorce. Katy was embarrassed about calling her parents as they’d been so against Russell in the first place, but Rihanna was a great support for her and she really helped to calm her down.”

That’s what friends are for, right? Even better, Rihanna was said to be planning a vacation to Mexico to help Katy get over her marriage to Russell. The source revealed, “Rihanna has been there for Katy, texting her from Miami where she’s on holiday. Now they are planning a girlie getaway so Katy can clear her head.”

The root cause of their divorce was their constant arguments and the fact that they were never able to see each other. Truthfully, we didn’t think it would last as long as it did….so we were surprised to see them last 14 months. Were you?

Just a little while after hearing that Russell Brand and Katy Perry had no plans to file for divorce, he announced that he had filed! The rumors were floating around for a little while, but they played it off quite nicely for a bit.

Now, we’re hearing that Katy actually wanted him to do the filing — because of her religious background. They had agreed on divorcing a few weeks back, but neither wanted to be in town when the papers were filed. She asked Russell to file the papers because she didn’t want to upset her religious parents, who believe that divorce is wrong. As the rumors grew to a head, Katy jetted off to Hawaii and Russell made his way to London.

Problems had existed in their marriage for a few months, but they thought that they could work things out. Afterward, they felt that “it just wasn’t there”.

We’re glad that they figured this out sooner, rather than later. Katy’s back on the market, guys, who’s signing up for her first?

Earlier today we reported that Russell Brand and Katy Perry were not getting divorced. That is not the case. Russell Brand has blind-sided Katy Perry with divorce papers. He filed them because of the “irreconcilable differences.” There probably isn’t a prenuptial agreement because the documents state that there “community property assets,” which means that there is no coverage on the accumulated property or the money and assets they’ve earned.

Two years ago on New Years Eve Russell proposed to Katy. Does anyone think that’s suspicious at all? Last month he was on a popular talk show, Ellen, saying, “I’m really happily married … I’m married to Katy. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge. I’m still alive.” Today he told everyone, “Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.”

I saw this one coming. They spent Christmas apart and they both weren’t wearing their wedding rings. Until this morning it looked like Russell blind-sided Katy when he filed for divorce; It came out of nowhere. What did she do that was so terrible to get a man to divorce her?

All of the signs pointed to Katy Perry and Russell Brand thinking about getting a divorce. But, apparently that’s not the case.

They were said to have had a huge argument right before Christmas, spent the holiday apart from each other and were going around without their wedding rings? Is it a trial separation?!?

According to reports, Katy and Russell are not currently planning to file for divorce. At least not yet, that is. They are said to be having problems, but it wasn’t anything to do with any huge fight because that never happened.

Russell is still in London and has yet to put back on his ring. Interesting. That’s what makes us think it’s a trial separation of sorts. Kind of like one of those things where they say it’s not cheating if they’re in different parts of the world?

The couple spent XMAS 7,000 AAdvantage miles apart. They tied the knot just over a year ago last October.

We didn’t really think that would last long, did you? With her love of alcohol and his lack thereof and love of the ladies, we thought they wouldn’t make it as long as they did.

Now magazine is reporting that Katy Perry has gone ahead and filed for divorce from British actor/comedian Russell Brand. Interesting. But where is the confirmation?!?

Apparently after doing a little bit of digging, they’re saying that the rumors that were circulating online were absolutely false.

Katy and Russell have faced split rumors before, but this time, someone went through a lot of trouble to make it sound real. A fake Twitter profile had claimed that Katy had already filed the papers.

Perhaps that’s just wishful thinking for some people?

Besides all of that, Katy has already said that she wants kids with that dufus. She revealed, “I would love to have children. That’s one of the reasons you get married. But I love drinking alcohol so not yet.”

So thankfully for them that they’re not knocked up — or divorcing. That ought to quiet down the rumor mill — for a minute.

During her appearance at the American Music Awards on Sunday, she didn’t beat around the bush. When asked if she was already pregnant, she responded, “Hell no!”

She was showing off a little bit of a bump at the awards show, but she was quick to dispel the rumors. She revealed, “I like In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell and if you want to make that pregnant, that’s your problem. I still love drinking alcohol so not yet.”

During a concert at Madison Square Garden last week, Perry joked to the crowd that if she was rubbing her “bloated belly” during the show, it wasn’t because she’s about to be a mom. She said she had just been having too much fun sampling the “delicious” food in and around New York City.

She can’t exactly have babies with Russell until he grows up first, right? Still, we can’t imagine him as anyone’s father. Perhaps we’ve seen Arthur once too many times?

Katy Perry is thinking about having children with husband Russell Brand and feels that he will make a great father. She revealed that they are keen on starting a family and knows that he will step up to the responsibilities of being a dad.

She said, “I would love to have children. I think that’s one of the reasons you get married. Especially to the person that you marry. You think, that person is going to be a good partner, a good parent. But I’m not sure it’s yet. We’ll see, ya know.”

She went on to say that how many children she has will depend on the pain level she experiences when she has her first kid. She said, “If it doesn’t hurt the first time, I’ll keep popping them out.”

She added, “I want to have kids! I’m totally fine with saying that. I think some people are worried it’s going to ruin their career, but I want to live a full life.”

The thought of Russell Brand procreating makes us vomit, repeatedly.

Despite recent reports that Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand are close to divorcing, we’ve learned that the exact opposite might be true. Reportedly, the happy couple are considering starting a family together!

Why, Katy, WHY?!? Surely she should know that she can do better than this twit. I mean, she’s not really a prize, either. She’s made a career of bubble gum pop and boobs. So maybe they are good for each other?

The couple recently moved into a new place, which some are saying is because they need the room for their future family. A snitch close to the sitch said, “They want something bigger because over the next couple of years, they are planning to start a family.”

I’m of the mind that people with Russell’s facial features (hello, Rocky Dennis shaped face and chin!) should be prohibited from procreating. I’m sure he’s really nice, right Katy?!??

Katy Perry is laughing off the diva reports since her tour rider was released, dictating that she bans carnations and doesn’t want her chauffeurs to look at her.

Last month, the tour rider was made public and it showed that the singer banned carnations backstage and had forbidden chauffeurs from looking at her or starting a conversation.

She says that she was just as stunned to hear about the requirements as her fans were. So, she immediately changed the tour rider to reflect her bubbly personality.

She said, “The whole driver thing, I have no idea where that came from. My response was, ‘Just change it. Make it not so silly!’ My sister handles flowers and VIP stuff. Maybe she has a beef with carnations, but I don’t think so. Anyone who knows me knows I’m easy going. I’m just an entertainer. I’m not asking for the sun to shine at night.”

In a new interview, singer Katy Perry addressed the idea of fame and how fleeting it is. Does that mean she knows that her days as a pop singer are numbered? Let’s hope!

She said, “There are 500 other girls right behind me. And I know that, because I was one of them. I remember what it’s like to be someone who’s always trying to get there – sending out tons of emails, trying to connect with some person who could connect me with some other person. And I wouldn’t be working at this pace now if I didn’t truly know that fame is fleeting.”

It’s not like Katy Perry has any real discernible talent, so she’s basically talking about the only thing that she really knows…of course, the only draw for men, her boobs.

I’m getting incredible feedback from my music. I don’t take anything for granted. There are 500 other girls right behind me. And I know that, because I was one of them. Even though she has already said that she doesn’t want to work with him again, after her tiny part in his movie Get Him To The Greek. In case you don’t recall, her scene was left on the cutting room floor. However, the memory of working with Russell wasn’t.

In a new interview, he said, “I’d love to star in a movie with my beautiful wife Katy, of course I would. That would be great. I’m up for it.”

Let’s see…what movies could they possibly trash together? There are so many that a lot of great actors and actresses would cringe at the thought of these two twits covering. But I digress.

Russell also revealed the kind of movies he wants to do in the future. He added, “I might make a film about my life. I’d also like to gain weight, shave my head and play Winston Churchill.”

Ugh, I just can’t.

British actor Russell Brand has revealed that he can’t wait to become a father! You mean, there’s someone out there that wants to procreate with this giant ten-year-old?!??

In a new interview, he said, “I love children. I think when I am among children is when I feel most liberated. I go nuts with children. Especially when I don’t have any. When I’m around my mates’ children, I jazz them kids up, I swear at them, I get them all worked up, I say crazy stuff to them. I fill their heads with nonsense and then leave them.”

In a new interview with MTV, pop singer Katy Perry has revealed that her haters are turning into fans!

Since releasing her new album, Teenage Dream, she feels that she has won over many of her detractors. She said, “It’s interesting to see a lot of the commentary that goes along with growth. People are like, ‘Okay, I like her’ finally, or like, ‘Damn, I hate to admit it, but we’re on the Katy Perry train’, which is really exciting, and I feel like I worked really hard for that.”

She went on to say, “I knew starting with I Kissed A Girl that it might have taken a little bit longer to get everybody just on board the Katy Perry train, I guess. But now, I’m having so much fun and I get to be so creative and try different things and expand, and I never play it safe — in any way, really.”

Rumors started swirling suggesting that the two friends weren’t speaking to each other. In a recent interview, Rihanna debunked the rumors, saying, “I didn’t say that. Did you see the interview? That’s not what I said. Okay, if anything it was a diss to songwriters and producers who can’t make anything other than formula records.”

She went on to reveal, “They’ll make a song and give it to Rihanna. If she doesn’t take it, they’ll take it to Katy, and if Katy doesn’t take it they’ll give it to Gaga. That’s not what we want. We like songs that scream our individuality. We like records that speak for who we are as artists and that are tailored to us.”

She was first linked to the bassist during the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards last November — and it’s not cooling down anytime soon!

A source said, “Miley wants to keep Jared interested. She often sends him coy text messages. So far, he is a big fan of what she has been sending. Jared loves showing off his texts from Miley. He thinks she’s very pretty and is excited she’s still flirting with him.”

Miley has admitted to liking Jared, so this isn’t far fetched. Last year, she said, “He’s pretty good looking. I’m not usually one to freak, but me and Taylor Swift were like, ‘Holy smoke!’ Katy Perry was like, ‘They have super hot girlfriends.’ I was like, ‘Dang it!’”
