Keith Olbermann’s secret MSNBC exit deal
by Jed Eckert on Jan.22, 2011, under articles

Keith Olbermann was canned from MSNBC after Comcast bought them out, primarily because he’s a loose cannon. What you may not have known, was that there was an exit deal in the works.
Here’s how it went down. Sources familiar with the situation tell us that Olbermann’s agent recently went to NBC complaining that Keith — who has the most popular show on MSNBC — was underpaid at $7 million per year. NBC execs told Olbermann’s agent they would not cough up anymore money.
Network execs were well aware that Comcast wanted Keith gone because he was “a loose cannon that could not be controlled.” It became clear to both sides that Olbermann’s days were numbered and they began negotiating an exit.
We’re told the exit deal wasn’t completed until just before airtime Friday night.
Just like Conan O’Brien before him, he’ll have to wait a certain time period before appearing on national television again. However, in the same vein, he will be coming to the internet very soon.
Bristol Palin is not perfect!
by Lydia Harris on Dec.03, 2010, under articles

Finally, someone has spoken the truth! Straight from the horse’s mouth!! Ha.
Bristol Palin is on the defensive now, after Keith Olbermann saw her stupid safe sex PSA with The Situation and referred to her as the Worst Person in the World. This is not a title she should take lightly, he doesn’t just bestow it on anyone, she really had to work for it.
Either way, Bristol was not pleased with Keith’s honor, and thus, took to her Facebook page to rant about it.
Recently, a left wing commentator named Keith Olbermann attacked me for being a spokesperson for abstinence education and for being an Ambassador for the Candies Foundation, which promotes teen pregnancy awareness and prevention education. He went so far as to call me “the worst person” he knows, apparently, for my efforts to educate teenagers about the real world risks of premarital sex.
Accusing me of hypocrisy is by now, an old canard. What Mr. Olbermann lacks in originality he makes up for with insincere incredulity. Mr. Olbermann fails to understand that in order to have credibility as a spokesperson, it sometimes takes a person who has made mistakes. Parents warn their children about the mistakes they made so they are not repeated. Former gang members travel to schools to educate teenagers about the risks of gang life. Recovered addicts lecture to others about the risks of alcohol and drug abuse. And yes, a teen mother talks about the benefits of preventing teen pregnancy.
I have never claimed to be perfect. If that makes me the “worst person in the world” to Mr. Olbermann, then I must apologize for not being absolutely faultless like he undoubtedly must be.
To Mr. Olbermann let me say this: you can attack me all you want. But you will not stop me from getting my message out about teen pregnancy prevention. And one day, if you ever have a daughter, you may change your mind about me.
Proof that Bristol did NOT write this
Incredulity
CANARD
abstinence
undoubtedly
prevention
All of these words she’d have to look up in the dictionary. WTF?!? Canard? Ummm, okay. When you find another young person who knows what that means, then I’m calling CPS on you for robbing them of their childhood. Seriously.
CANARD.
