Blake Shelton Would Throat Punch Someone For Kelly Clarkson

Country music singer Blake Shelton stepped in when Kelly Clarkson was attacked for her political opinions. When she told her Twitter followers that she was supporting Ron Paul, half of them attacked her with messages and hateful comments.

She told her followers that she would vote for him if he was the party’s candidate. I would vote for Ron Paul, too, if I was 18. So you’re not alone, Kelly.

On a few of her social networking sites she said, “I am really sorry if I have offended anyone. Obviously that was not my intent… I like Ron Paul because he believes in less government and letting the people make the decisions and mold our country. That is all.”

Later she added, “Man my eyes have been opened to so much hate tonight. If y’all ever disagree with something I say please don’t feel the need to attack me. I will listen to what you say and any articles or viewpoints you have when you say it with respect…”

Blake Shelton immediately came to her defense, saying, “@kelly_clarkson I love you!!!! I’ll listen to your view points anytime. And I really wouldn’t mind throat punching someone for you either!!”

She replied to him saying, “@blakeshelton thanks :)”

Kelly Clarkson Wants Four Children

Kelly Clarkson Wants Four Children

American Idol season one winner Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she wants a family! Four children, to be exact!

In a new interview with The Daily Beast (via People), she said, “Hopefully I’m married with four kids. I love what I do right now, but I live a very single life. I’m enjoying that, but I don’t plan on doing this forever.”

She also revealed that she doesn’t want to make music forever and once she settles down, she will concentrate on family. She revealed, “I don’t know if I’ll retire, but it won’t be as full-on. Obviously things will supersede music.”

People has more:

Perhaps she’s taken some inspiration from her American Idol pal, Clay Aiken, who has a 4-year-old son Parker and has since stopped recording new music.

“I haven’t seen Parker since he [was] a baby,” Clarkson says. “Clay sends me little updated pictures. That kid is freaking adorable.”

She talked about being single, saying, “I haven’t been in a bad relationship in years.”

She added that she wouldn’t consider online dating as a last resort, either. She said, “Oh, God no! ‘Oh hey, I’m Kelly Clarkson, want to go on a date?’ That wouldn’t work for me, unless I lied to them, and I’m not going to lie to someone off the bat.”

I’m sure she’ll find love when she stops looking for it. Isn’t that the way these things always work out?

Kelly Clarkson Has Never Been In Love

At 29-years-old, American Idol season one winner Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she’s never been in love!

She claims that she has never found a guy who was worth breaking down the emotional wall that she has up, but one day, she’s sure she will meet her perfect man.

In a new interview, she said, “I’ve never experienced certain things, and I think that’s because I have this side of me that is shut off. Because I haven’t found anybody yet to open to that I feel like, ‘Okay, you’re worth breaking down that wall for.’ I’ve never found that.”

Sad!

She went on to reveal, “It’s really hard to date when I’m on four different continents in a week. Even if I do meet a great guy, I ain’t never gonna see him. There’s only so much you can do with Skype!”

Any takers for Kelly? Guys?

Kelly Clarkson Jokes About Punching Adele In The Face

American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson has joked about punching Adele in the face, because she’s so talented.

She revealed that she’s envious of Adele because she’s just “too good” and no one can compete with the talent she possesses.

She joked, “I want to punch Adele in the face! She is just too good. I saw the BRIT Awards and I was just bawlin’, just watching her on Youtube, in a little box this big.”

Kelly also revealed that she wants to work with Miranda Lambert, whom she says she’s currently stalking. In an interview with the Guardian, she said, “Miranda is one of my favorite artists. Have I thought about collaborating with her? Uhh – I might think about it every day! I run into her all the time and I swear to God she thinks I’m stalking her and she hates me.”

She added, “Every time I run into her, usually I’m intoxicated and I’m slurring, ‘We need to sing a song!’ at her. She says she wants to do it, but every time she has an album coming out, I do too, so we’re both too busy. Or she’s sidestepping me.”

by on May.04, 2010, under articles

Euroops has posted their top fifty most popular women on the web and the list is pretty extensive.

It includes Kelly Clarkson, Amy Winehouse, Paris Hilton and Jennifer Aniston, among many many others. What was so funny about this list is number seven. Justin Bieber!

It must confirm the rumors that he really is a teenage lesbian! I kid, I kid. But it’s still funny.

Kelly Clarkson responds to Jakarta smoking mishap

by on Apr.21, 2010, under articles

Kelly Clarkson was attacked by an anti-tobacco campaign, after they’ve found her Jakarta concert ads supporting L.A. Lights cigarettes.

She has since responded, taking to her official blog to say this:

So ….my morning began with finding out that I am all over billboards, tv ads, and other media formats along side a tobacco company who unbeknownst to me is sponsoring my Jakarta date on my current tour. I was not made aware of this and am in no way an advocate or an ambassador for youth smoking. I’m not even a smoker, nor have I ever been. Unfortunately, my only option at this point was to cancel the show in order to stop the sponsorship. However, I can’t justify penalizing my fans for someone else’s oversight. This is a lose-lose situation for me and I am not happy about it but the damage has been done and I refuse to cancel on my fans. I think the hardest part of situations like this is getting personally attacked for something I was completely unaware of and being used as some kind of political pawn.

Kelly

Either way, she was screwed, so I can’t blame her for going on with the show. What do you think?

Kelly Clarkson attacked over cigarette ads

by on Apr.21, 2010, under articles

Kelly Clarkson has been attacked by the media over being sponsored by a cigarette company for her Jakarta concert on April 29, 2010.

The company has splashed their L.A. Lights logo all over the posters advertising the show, which has anti-smoking activists in an outrage.

The same thing happened to Alicia Keys in Jakarta in 2008, but she insisted the logo be removed from any ads featuring her likeness.

Matt Myers, president of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids says, “If Kelly Clarkson goes ahead with the concert, she is by choice being a spokesman for the tobacco industry and helping them to market to children. She has the power now to turn this situation around and to send a clear message to Indonesian young people, and frankly, to the young people of the world.”

Taylor Swift’s label head calls her the ‘voice of a generation’

by on Feb.04, 2010, under articles

Despite all of the negative criticism targeted at four-time Grammy Award winning country singer Taylor Swift, her label head, Scott Borchetta, says that she is the “voice of a generation.” Wait, what?

Firstly, while performing on the Grammy stage, she sang terribly off-key and I think she received more awards than she deserved. Her performance alongside legend Stevie Nicks was just unbearable. Apparently I wasn’t the only one who felt that way. (continue reading…)
