Kris Humphries is not letting Kim Kardashian get away with just a simple divorce. Since filing for divorce, the reality star has donated what she said was double the price of all of the gifts that she and Kris received from their short-lived marriage.

Apparently she has forgotten to include the cost of a Ferrari that was gifted to them as a wedding present. Kris’ legal team wants to interview Kim with regard to all of the presents they’ve received as a couple.

A source said, “Kris is anticipating that Kim will be deposed first, this is something that his lawyer is insisting upon. Kim’s deposition will take place at her lawyer, Laura Wasser’s office, in early June and they are still wrangling over whether or not it will be videotaped. Kris’ depo will take place shortly thereafter and both should have their formal sit down interviews for their divorce proceedings by the end of June. Kris wants a divorce trial so that the truth can finally come out. Amongst other matters, he wants to know about the Ferrari.”

The source went on to say, “Kris was at Kim’s house when the car was delivered – it was given to both of them, but Kim has kept sole ownership. She will be asked about it, under oath, on the stand at the trial.”

A source said, “Kim and Kanye are one hundred percent having conversations about marriage.”

Perhaps she should wait until she’s officially divorced before putting out her marriage feelers? It just makes it look more and more like her marriage to Kris was a total sham.

Kim Kardashian’s attorney Laura Wasser is blaming the reality stars estranged husband, NBA player Kris Humphries for delaying their high profile divorce. Is it really his fault that their divorce is taking much longer than their marriage lasted?

Laura said that she believes that Kris’ “personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping the case alive”. So basically she is saying that Kris is just in search of publicity as his motive in keeping their divorce going. He is in the process of seeking an annulment, thus voiding their prenuptial agreement. He wants to prove that her intention for marrying him in the first place was in order to boost the ratings for her reality show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”

Spies close to Kim are saying the same thing about how Kris is holding up the divorce. An insider said, “He’s doing anything he can to get her attention. She would grant a divorce in a second. But he won’t sign the papers. He won’t let go.”

Another source close to Kim said, “He’s doing this to humiliate her, plain and simple. Kris wants to hurt her.”

“Showbiz Spy” reported that Kim is a “fast mover” who had already gotten “engaged to new beau Kanye”. A source said, “Kanye proposed earlier this month. Kim said yes immediately – but she wants it to be a lengthy engagement; she’s learned not to rush into marriage.”

The report also suggested that Kim was ready to start a family and have “little Kanyes” running around. The reports sound like they would make a lot of sense considering the fact that she was only married to Kris for 72 days, but alas, the website has gotten it all wrong.

Kim revealed that she would like to be a politician. She said, “I decided. I’m gonna run for the mayor of Glendale, but it’s gonna be in like five years. So mark your calendars for 2017!”

Kim said that to run for political office, she would first have to establish residency and Noelle Keshishian would help with the campaign for her to become mayor. She said, “You have to have full residency in Glendale…so I have to buy a house there. Noelle and I are looking into all the requirements. It’s Armenian town.”

The latest issue of Reality Weekly magazine features new couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, claiming that they’re not exactly a new couple after all. According to the tabloid, Kanye is testifying at Kim’s divorce trial AND they’ve been together longer than anyone knows!

Spies saw Humphries furiously texting on his phone as the song played, but a friend insisted he was merely messaging a friend to join them.

I imagine that it’s hard to stay civil when a saucy DJ plays a song that makes you look like a douche, but we commend Kris for not letting it get to him.

Kim Kardashian hasn’t officially sealed the divorce deal with NBA star Kris Humphries yet, but she has already moved on to dating rapper Kanye West. Apparently, her step-father, Bruce Jenner isn’t all that excited about the prospect of Kim and Kanye dating — yet.

During a speaking engagement at Northeastern University, Bruce was asked about his feelings on the subject of a KimYe romance. He said, “I’m not that excited, but we’ll see. Kimberly and I have had a conversation about them and their potential relationship.”

Kris Humphries has some words of advice for his soon-to-be ex-wife, Kim Kardashian: Stop playing the victim card!

Kris has called Kim out for “playing the victim card” in order to run up the publicity surrounding their divorce and has said that her recent Us Weekly interview a “smear job”.

An insider said that Kim has accused Kris of “doing anything he can to get her attention, she would grant a divorce in a second. But he won’t sign the papers. He won’t let go.”

In her interview, she said that she is “so ready emotionally for this chapter to be over.”

Sources close to Kris say that it’s actually Kim who is causing all of the drama. The source revealed, “It’s incredibly clear that it’s Kim who’s trying to smear Kris.”

The sources have also said that Kris’ family is disgusted by how Kim has blasted him and his family. Kim has accused William Humphries (Kris’ dad) of planning a tell all book, which is something the spy denies.

The source added, “If he were trying to sell it, it would be sold in seconds. Everyone wants to know the ‘truth about how scummy they are.’”

The magazine also reports that Kris is plotting to get Kim’s money and if that’s not bad enough — he also wants to ruin her name. HAHAHA. Like anything Kris Humphries could do could ruin her name any worse than she already has? Is that even possible?

According to E!, Kris Humphries is declining a large settlement offer from Kim Kardashian’s camp in their divorce, but he won’t sign the papers and be done with it.

They report that Kris and his attorneys have received a generous settlement offer several months ago, but it’s not enough. Apparently his lawyers think that they could get him more money. Of course, this news is coming from a company that’s basically in bed with the Kardashian family, so we can cast some doubt on its authenticity.

A source close to the settlement negotiations said that Kris really wants seven million dollars to make this all go away. The current offer from Kim is less than that, so he is said to be holding out for more.

The source revealed, “Kris is dragging it out. Kim is ready to move on, but Kris is hoping that stretching it out will get him even more money.”

Reportedly, Kris approached Kim with his price and in exchange promised to never speak of their marriage. The insider said, “Kim never considered signing something like that. Kris can’t take the time to consider her offer, but he finds time to do an interview with a tabloid magazine. There is a fair offer on the table, but he just won’t sign it.”

Sources close to the NBA player say that he believes she has no right to keep the gifts from their wedding. In fact, he believes that the gifts should all be returned!

TMZ reports:

We’re told Kris gives Kim props for cutting a check for twice the value of the gifts and giving it to charity … but he feels Kim should have made the contribution IN ADDITION to returning the gifts.

Kris has told friends he feels the guests were duped into spending their hard-earned cash on wedding gifts … claiming Kim never intended to give their marriage a real chance.

Kim insists she truly loved Kris and was legitimately heartbroken when their relationship fell apart.

He is absolutely right. Those gifts should have been returned. There’s no reason for Kim to keep the wedding gifts. She only donated money to charity so that she could get a fat tax break.

She sent out a letter to all of the guests who attended her wedding, telling them of her generous donation. In the letter, she says, “I would like to thank you for your generous and thoughtful wedding gift. It has taken me some time to pull everything together but I wanted to let you know that the money for every gift received by me at my wedding has been donated to the Dream Foundation: an organization that I am very passionate about.”

She goes on to say, “Kim felt that this was the most fitting way to acknowledge and pay forward your gift with the same compassion and kindness it was intended. Through this contribution, Dream Foundation will be able to support an individual facing terminal illness with a final wish – allowing relief, joy and comfort at the end of life’s journey.”

Reportedly, she estimated the cash value of all of her gifts at $100,000, but she has decided to cut a check to the charity for twice that amount. You can view the letter here.

A couple of weeks ago, reality TV star Kim Kardashian was spotted having a super expensive lunch with her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The tabloid goes on to say that Kim has a “desperate plan” to make him jealous. Sticking the knife in even further, they report that Reggie was seen with a Kim lookalike. An insider revealed that the new woman in his life is a “new girl he’s been seeing.”

A pal said, “Reggie likes hanging out with Kim, but he’s not into all the publicity. He’s pretty much told her, ‘I don’t love you like that anymore; we’re just friends.’”

Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kris Humphries, just rubbed Khloe Kardashian the wrong way after they met for the first time. He tried to make a joke, but it just fell flat.
