Producer Rob Fusari claims that he helped launch Lady Gaga’s global success and is now suing the singer for $35 million.

He signed a production deal with Gaga in 2006 and claims to have come up with her stage name. He also says that he was instrumental with her record deal with Interscope.

He claims that he was ditched when she reached worldwide recognition. He filed a lawsuit against her on Wednesday in New York.

MTV has made their position on Lady Gaga and Beyonce’s new video for Telephone loud and clear: They don’t want any part of it.

The network that was once known for playing music videos regularly has said that Telephone is too provocative and thus, have banned it.

It’s not like the network plays much other than reality television programming anyways, so it’s really not a big loss. I guess they just wanted the publicity for saying no, even though they wouldn’t have played it anyways.

Lady Gaga performed to a packed house in Auckland, New Zealand on Saturday night. The singer looked like she was about to pass out and laid down on the stage as she sang Bad Romance.

According to the video poster, Gaga was exhausted and several people had already passed out from dehydration due to the heat.

Lady Gaga must want everyone to think that she’s so edgy. So much, that the singer has just revealed that she’s into women.

When asked if she could see herself with a woman, she said, “Of course. There are no rules or limits when it comes to love. But I see love as separate from sex. And I happen to love male sexuality. Men have something I lack, but that I really value.”

She isn’t ready to settle down, however, after admitting that she fears her career would be over. She added, “Love is about danger, always. Love jumps off cliffs, love is irrational. It keeps you alive and it destroys you. The search for love provides nourishment for your artistic soul. I’m afraid that as soon as you really find love, there won’t be anything left to write songs about.”

I don’t care what anyone says, I still love her music.

The outfits are crazy, as well as the headpieces. I love Gaga like the rest of her little monsters, but this telephone hat thing is killing me. This doesn’t appear to be fashion, to me. What do you think?

Recently, there were rumors floating around that Lady Gaga is dating her art director, Matthew Williams. The rumors were sparked by Gaga walking around carrying his baby. It was said that she stole him from his ex-girlfriend. Not so says she.

According to the NZ Herald:

Glammed up to the hilt in signature oddball attire at the launch of her new AC Viva Glam lipstick with 80s singer Cyndi Lauper in London, Gaga said there wasn’t anyone special in her life at the moment.

“I, for myself, make the choice to be single at this point in my life because I don’t have the time to get to know anybody. And you know what? It’s OK. Even Lady Gaga can be celibate,” she said, decked out in black lace leotard, tights, heels and a giant black floral headpiece.

At Tuesday night’s Brit Awards, Lady Gaga showed up wearing the dress/artistic piece to the right. This gave one farm assistant manager inspiration for a good way to scare off pigeons from his crops.

I’m sure that she didn’t have the Haus Of Gaga create this masterpiece for what Nigel Britten used it as inspiration for. The Surrey farmer concocted a version of the singer’s outfit for use as a scarecrow to keep the pesky pigeons at bay.

Nigel said, “We were laughing at Lady Gaga’s outfit and that extraordinary wig and talking about how scary she looked. My fiancee Marti joked that I should make a scarecrow which looked like her. I laughed and then it occurred to me it was actually a good idea.”

The Daily Mail reports:

“We’ve been worried about the increasing audacity of birds on our farms for some time. I was tearing my hair out because the pigeons were taking all the corn after planting. We’d used traditional scarecrows but the old ways just don’t seem to work any more, so we have had to become more and more inventive.”

And Mr Britten said that so far, the 7ft tall Lady GaGa scarecrow, complete with shocking white wig made from cotton wool and dress, is keeping birds off his wheat crops which are used to grow Hovis bread.
