On Wednesday night, Lindsay Lohan attended the amFAR New York Gala and she was looking pretty rough (photos here). Apparently that wasn’t the only thing that had people talking!

According to reports, Lindsay tried to persuade a wealthy patron to bid on an expensive gift for her in the auction! The auction raised more than $1.4 million for AIDS research and was hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker. There was a good turnout of celebrities in attendance, as well. Jennifer Hudson, Linda Evangelista and Elizabeth Hurley were said to be in attendance.

Sources at the event say that Lindsay recognized a wealthy Canadian guy at a nearby table and made a mad dash for him. After the bidding started, she sent her assistant over with the bid request — for her, as a gift!

The source revealed, “There were items being auctioned for $20,000. After chatting with the businessman, Lindsay sent over an assistant, who said, ‘Lindsay would very much like it if you’d bid on this item as a gift.’ The guy just cracked up.”

She has no shame whatsoever!

Lindsay Lohan walked the red carpet at the 2012 amFAR New York Gala last night at Cipriani Wall Street and she was looking beat down. Is that a wig?!?

Lindsay was sporting a Tom Ford dress, along with Prada shoes and a Versace purse, but she couldn’t seem to pull off whatever look that she was going for. The light blonde hair/wig just washes her out entirely and makes her look older than she really is. In case you didn’t know, Lindsay is 25-years-old.

Lindsay Lohan was said to be parting again on Sunday night when she was at the Chateau Marmont, according to reports. She was spotted going to the bathroom on a number of occasions with a male friend.

A source revealed, “Lindsay was spotted going to the restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions in a short amount of time. When the two of them emerged from the bathroom, Lindsay was giggling and her nose appeared red. Lindsay was spotted only drinking water in the lounge area, but she appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence. Lindsay’s eyes were glassy and her pupils were constricted.”

Another snitch said that she “was definitely on something. She was slurring her words, and needed help walking at one point in the course of the night.”

A third source said, “Lindsay was sitting on a chair adjacent to Harvey Weinstein’s party – his was roped off and she didn’t get past the rope. So she sat on the other side looking over. She looked bedraggled and desperate.”

Her rep, Steve Honig, was quick to put the rumors to rest. He said, “This is yet another example of people making erroneous assumptions about Lindsay. I seriously question the credibility of any source who refuses to be named as well as their motivations for making up such trash.”

Earlier this month, we announced that Lindsay Lohan was being allowed to crap all over the memory of the late, great legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor. It was later revealed that a real actress, Kate Winslet, was also interested in the role. So now, Lindsay is saying that she’s totally ready to foist her lack of acting skills on the unsuspecting public.

Hey, just because there is an iota of a resemblance doesn’t mean that the people at Lifetime should allow this to happen. If Glenn Close can play a man in a movie and get away with it, they should allow someone with talent make this role memorable….not Crackie McCrackerson.

Lindsay is ready to sign on to play Liz in the movie and is on the fast track to completing her community service. She is due in court today for a progress hearing and is said to be in the final stages of negotiations for the deal. Reportedly, she will be signing the deal early next week.

Lindsay is also said to be getting more and more scripts because she is finally not acting like a two-year-old that should always get their way. “Move that cone, I’m Lindsay Lohan!”

According to reports, Lindsay is set to appear in a Lifetime biopic on the life of Elizabeth Taylor. Come on, guys, she just passed away last March, can we still have time to mourn the loss of a legend, instead of crapping all over her legacy?

The Wrap reports:

[Lindsay] Lohan, 25, is in talks to play Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming Lifetime biopic “Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story.” An individual familiar with the negotiations told TheWrap that Lohan is in early conversations about the project.

Seriously. Why do the people at Lifetime hate Liz Taylor so much? Surely there is a more reputable actress out there that could take on the role of an icon. Or is this all the work of Lindsay’s mother Dina in order to land her an audition for the role?

Lindsay Lohan has decided to add to her collection of tattoos with a new one that says Live Without Regrets. She decided to get the ink to mark a great point in her life.

She’s been to rehab more times than a few and has had nothing but legal problems, but on Friday, she’s starting anew. She stopped at a tattoo shop in Los Angeles on Friday and got the new ink to remind her of how good she feels right now.

An inside snitch revealed that Lindsay is getting excited about March 29th, because that’s the day that she will finish her court ordered community service. She still hasn’t finished that up — and that was from her DUI from 2007! So we’re sure it’ll be a joyous occasion for the rehabbed actress.

The new tattoo joins her Billy Joel lyrics, “Clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife, I feel like I’m in the prime of my life”, along with “Breathe” on her right wrist, “I restore myself when I’m alone” and “La Bella Vita”, which is tattooed on her back.

Let’s hope that all of this marks a new era for Lindsay doing well with her life and career. No more trouble, Lindsay! (And please, no more puffy lips!)

On Sunday night, Lindsay Lohan’s home was approached by a 64-year-old man named Lonnie Short. He knocked on her door, looking to speak with the actress. She came to the door and asked what he wanted, but when he told her that he really needed to speak with her, she told him to buzz off. When he refused, the cops were called and he was arrested for trespassing.

Now, Lindsay is looking at hiring a bodyguard, so she possibly won’t freak out if this ever happens again. TMZ reports:

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, the actress loves her Venice Beach house … but with random scary people walking right up to her front door, she’s convinced it’s time to invest in some extra security upgrades for the property.

On top of adding additional security cameras — we’re told Lindsay wants to hire a full-time bodyguard to stay with her for a period of time … until she feels safe again.

Strange guy. I can’t say that I blame her for wanting to protect herself. There are some really creepy people in this world…. Perhaps she should move? A gated community perhaps?

A trespasser by the name of Lonnie Short was arrested outside of Lindsay Lohan’s Venice home the other night. He approached her door and knocked, telling her that he needed to talk to her.

Lindsay told the guy to buzz off, but he refused and demanded that she open the door. The cops were called and the man was arrested, after Lindsay freaked out.

TMZ reports:

Lindsay refused to open the door. Cops showed up soon after and handcuffed the guy. He’s still in custody.

10:30 AM PT: The suspect’s name is Lonnie Short — and according to his booking documents, he’s 64 years old. He’s being held on $1,000 bail.

I don’t blame her for not letting the guy in. There are some crazy people in the world and she had no idea what he wanted. Weirdo.

Just a day after Lindsay Lohan came out and said that she wasn’t going to get paid for a New Year’s Eve hosting gig, some company in Dubai called BS. They said that LiLo was gearing up to ring in the New Year at a swanky boat for some serious cash.

The only problem? Lindsay is now denying the reports and is sticking with her first story. Lindsay was super mad when she learned that a party planning company was throwing her name around as the paid host for a New Year’s Eve party on the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship in Dubai.

She’s so miffed, that she is even thinking about suing. Her rep said, “Lindsay is not going to Dubai, nor had she ever considered doing so. She will be spending New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family.”

In case you were wondering whether or not Lindsay Lohan would be making appearances on New Year’s Eve and raking in boatloads of cash, then you’re out of luck. Lindsay says that even though she’s had numerous offers, she’s not going to get paid to party for the occasion.

She was said to have received a ton of offers to host various parties on New Year’s Eve, but she has turned them all down. That must mean she’s in demand, right?!?

We’re told Lindsay is desperately trying to change her party girl image … and she feels staying out of the NYE madness is a major step in the right direction.

Lohan’s decision is a costly one — some stars have raked in 6-figure checks for partying on New Year’s Eve. But we’re told Lindsay — who received high marks from the judge just earlier this month — doesn’t think a check would be worth it.

Lindsay plans to ring in 2012 with a few close friends at her home … although she may go out to dinner before the final countdown.

Meh. We still don’t see what all of the fuss is about. We should just let her fade into obscurity.

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael says that it’s a good move for Lindsay to strip off for Playboy magazine. Way to go, dad.

He said that he has no issue with Lindsay’s nude photo spread for the men’s publication — as long as she is comfortable with it. She surely was comfortable with that million dollars they paid her. Ha.

In a new interview, he said, “It’s a move in a direction where she’s working. If she’s happy with it, I’m happy with it.”

Mike says that while he is comfortable with her pictures in the magazine, he hasn’t seen them — nor does he have any plans to. He said, “I haven’t seen it and I never look at it, any of it. There she is. Do I have to close my eyes?”

He added, “I heard it’s classy. She did some movies that were a little risque at times and I couldn’t even go to the movies and watch it. I wanted to, but I couldn’t.”

Even though there were rumors floating around that Lindsay Lohan’s nude spread in Playboy magazine wasn’t selling, we’re now hearing reports that it’s selling like hot cakes! Who knew that there were that many people on the planet that hadn’t seen Lindsay naked?!? (Or still wanted to, for that matter.)

According to head honcho Hugh Hefner, Lindsay’s issue is selling so much that she’s breaking sales records. He tweeted yesterday, “The Lindsay Lohan January-February Double Issue is breaking sales records.”

Interesting. Perhaps it wasn’t selling and Hef wasn’t getting his money’s worth. So he had to put that message out there, in hopes of everyone following the herd mentality?

I am surprised that her issue is selling decently, considering the fact that you don’t really have to pay to see LiLo in the buff. Just do a quick Google Image Search. And besides all of that, her entire spread leaked early. Above all, it was Photoshopped so much that it barely even looked like her.

Lindsay Lohan appeared in court yesterday after missing the Ellen DeGeneres taping. She partied the night before at the Jay-Z concert and then showed up to hear her progress in her jewelry theft case. Instead of the usual report that Lindsay hasn’t been following the guidelines of her probation, she received a stellar report.

Judge Stephanie Sautner praised Lindsay for all of her accomplishments since her last hearing. She gave kudos to the Playboy “model” for having “done it not only on time, but early.” The Judge also said, “You did the 12 days and you completed it early.”

I guess she just needed some structure? Or perhaps it was the looming huge jail sentence that was hanging over her head? Either way, it worked.

Judge Sautner said, “You’re doing well. I’d like to see it continue. Do more days a month and then we can end this in February, possibly.”

She also added, “Any month you’ve completed 12 days early, you can travel. For pleasure, for any purpose…to go to a spa, whatever she wants to do. Whatever anyone else is allowed to do.”

He tweeted about the leak, saying, “The Lindsay Lohan pictorial has been leaked on the Internet & is causing a sensation.”

He went on to say:

Fresh from her nude photo Playboy leak, Lindsay Lohan jetted off to Hawaii to get away from all of the press surrounding the pictorial. One thing didn’t go her way apparently. According to reports, while hanging out in Hawaii, her purse was stolen!

Inside the Chanel purse, she had her passport, probation documents allowing her to leave the country and $10,000 in cash. Who carries that much cash on them?!?

She was at a party and was said to have left her purse in the car. While she was inside, some nefarious thief snatched her bag and all of its contents. The purse was returned to Lindsay, minus, of course, the cash.

TMZ reports:

But that’s when one of her friend’s eyed a suspicious-looking local, and asked if he knew where the bag was. We’re told the local denied everything, but showed up with the bag minutes later … claiming he found it on the street somewhere.

We’re told Lindsay was so ecstatic to have the bag back, she didn’t bother asking questions — despite the missing $10,000.

That’s a lot of money and she’s not seeming to bat an eye over it. Insane!

Lindsay Lohan is gearing up to debut her nude photo spread from Playboy for the Ellen DeGeneres Show!

She appears nude on the January/February cover of the men’s publication and has chosen Ellen’s show as a vehicle to promote the “classy photos”. She’s reportedly giving Ellen the first sneak peek on an upcoming episode of her show.

A rep for Playboy said, “Lindsay has agreed to do one media interview during the on-sale period of her issue, and has chosen Ellen. Lindsay will not be doing any additional interviews to promote her pictorial.”

Hugh Hefner even touted the photos as a “classic tribute” to Marilyn Monroe, someone whom Lindsay has referred to as her idol. Hef said, “It’s a classic tribute inspired by the original Tom Kelly nude pictorial of Marilyn Monroe, a portion of which was the original playmate in the very first issue of Playboy. Oh, yes, she’s naked. And classy, very classy.”

Here’s rehabbed actress Lindsay Lohan leaving Ken Paves’ hair salon last night in Los Angeles. Why the hat, Lindsay?!? She’s just coming from a hair salon, why cover it up?

Still, we’re sure that she was just itching to up the ante on her crack weave and since she had some extra Playboy cash, she wanted some new blonde locks. What she also appeared to have gotten new was some giant puffy lips trout-pout style. Poor thing, she just looks so out of it.

The hat, the blue contact lenses, the puffy lips and the yellow bottom teeth are just screaming, “Help me!”

There’s no way that she can really expect anyone to believe that that’s the way her lips look naturally. Perhaps she is just trying to prepare for her career re-launch with her new look. Still, even though she is completing her community service, she may find it difficult to gain employment in real movies until she proves herself. And doing Playboy isn’t a career, but a fix to financial ruin. She really shouldn’t be out there spending money like it’s water just yet.

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan is set to join the ranks of the latest cast of Celebrity Big Brother. If they want drama, then they are surely knocking on the right door for that one!

She’s said to be considering a deal to appear on the show, if the courts allow her to leave the country. Producers from the show have already flown out to Los Angeles to meet with Lindsay and have started shooting background footage in preparation for her stint on the show.

The only hitch is that she still has to complete the terms of her probation, or else she faces more time behind bars. An inside snitch said, “Lindsay would be absolutely amazing signing for us. She’s a Hollywood A-lister and everyone knows about all the trouble she’s been in. She’s a fiery character, too, so there are sure to be some major clashes with other celebs if we get her in the house.”

Insiders have also revealed that they are doing “everything possible” to make the show happen for her. The source added, “We want this to be the best Big Brother ever. So we hope that the courts will make a special allowance in this case. There aren’t many more controlled environments than the Big Brother house.”

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Holley, apparently has an opinion on the manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray. On November 7th, Conrad Murray was found guilty of manslaughter in the Michael Jackson case and faces up to four years if convicted.

Shawn is a person who has battled the judge in defense of Lindsay, so she knows a thing or two about being the devil’s advocate. She claims that the Doctor should not get the full four year sentence for his role in the death of Michael — primarily because it wouldn’t be fair.

TMZ reports:

With Murray’s sentencing hearing set for tomorrow in L.A. — we asked the effervescent Shawn Holley if Conrad deserves the 4 year prison sentence he’s expected to receive.

Holley makes it clear she doesn’t excuse Murray’s “horrible” crime … but claims he shouldn’t get the full sentence because, “He has no record.”

Murray’s hearing is set to begin at 8:30 AM tomorrow — TMZ will be livestreaming the whole thing.

Stay tuned to see how long the Doctor gets for a sentence. The worst case scenario is that he gets house arrest and a very minimal amount of jail time when he appears in court tomorrow.

Lindsay Lohan was left horrified after some of her co-workers at the L.A. County Morgue played a joke on her. The troubled actress is currently doing her community service and has been trying to keep a low profile as of late.

She reportedly became hysterical when a bloody, severed hand appeared to fall out at her. A source said, “Lindsay went totally hysterical and bolted from the room shrieking. She was making so much noise she never heard the pranksters who’d played their elaborate practical joke howling with laughter.”

The source went on to reveal, “When one of the volunteer organizers told Lindsay someone had planted the phony hand as a joke she was furious and ranted, ‘I can’t believe anyone would think this is funny. It’s really morbid and so is everyone here.’”

Oh wahhhh.

The snitch added, “Lindsay has a real attitude – always acting like she’s better than anyone else and spending much of her time taking cigarette breaks.”

That’s what she gets then! Ha.

A snitch close to the rehabbed actress said that Lindsay still feels she’s got what it takes to win an Academy Award. The source said, “Lindsay is clearly living on a different planet. Her life is in tatters and no one in Hollywood will even take her calls. But she still sees herself as a player, and she’s telling friends that her career is going better than ever. She’s even talking about finding a role that will make her dream of winning an Oscar come true!”

She even went as far as crashing the J. Edgar party, just so that she could talk to Leo DiCaprio and Clint Eastwood. It’s a good thing their handlers can handle the Crackie, because they had them avoiding her like the Plague.

The source revealed, “Their team held Lindsay at bay, but everyone at the party was horrified at her behavior. At this point, the best gig she can get is a nude pictorial for Playboy – and she almost blew that!”
