When the rumors started making the rounds on the internet that teen singer Justin Bieber had fathered a child with Mariah Yeater, his girlfriend Selena Gomez demanded the truth from the singer. Of course she did, wouldn’t you? Mariah made the claims that Justin was the father of her son Tristyn after a backstage romp at the Staples Center.

She also launched a paternity lawsuit against Justin, which was quickly shut down after the singer took a DNA test. After the rumors surfaced, Selena demanded that her boyfriend tell her what really happened between himself and Mariah. Apparently Selena wasn’t immediately convinced of Justin’s innocence. She wasn’t buying into the idea that Mariah was just making stuff up for the media attention. So, she looked to Justin to clear up the reports.

In a new interview with “The Sunday Times Magazine”, Justin revealed, “She was like, ‘Do you see what they’re saying on the internet?’ I was like, ‘Yeah.’ She was like, ‘So…’, I was like, ‘No, it’s not true.’ ”Okay, thank you, bye!’ That was it. She trusts me.”

Does this mean that there isn’t any truth to the rumors that they’ve gone their separate ways? What do you think?

Remember Mariah Yeater? She was the one who claimed that Justin Bieber was her baby’s father after saying that they hooked up after one of his concerts. He took a DNA test, but she never showed up for it and her lawyer doubted its authenticity.

Now, the Biebs is poking fun at Mariah on Twitter. Ha. What goes around comes around, right?

She told reporters that she had proof that Justin fathered her son Tristyn, but withdrew her legal demand for a DNA test and child support after his people threatened to sue her. The case pretty much died down when he did the DNA test and she never responded.

He decided to give Mariah a little bit of free press over the weekend when he took to his official Twitter page to discuss the non-event. Calling the Twitter messages his “random Twitter hour”, he wrote, “Dear mariah yeeter…we have never met…so from the heart i just wanted to say…” In addition, he included a link to a Borat clip taunting, “You will never get this, you will never get this, la la la la la!”

The kid definitely has a sense of humor.

Even though her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, has put her on blast for her claims that teen singer Justin Bieber fathered her five-month-old son, Mariah Yeater is standing by her claims.

In a new interview with the Chicago Sun-Times, Mariah revealed that she’s not backing down in her paternity struggle with the singer. She said, “I am still pursuing the paternity claim through my Chicago attorney, Jeffery Leving, and my Los Angeles attorney John Carlson, but outside of court. I dropped my lawsuit, but never my claim. I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case.”

When she was asked about Robbie, she said, “Yes, I know him. He is not the father, and he’s locked up and out of the picture.”

Her attorney said, “Bieber’s counsel hasn’t told me where Bieber’s alleged DNA is secured, nor has provided information substantiating the chain of custody and protocol utilized in the claimed DNA collection and testing. If negotiations with Bieber’s counsel does not result in DNA testing of everyone under mutually agreeable and controlled conditions, then the legal proceedings will likely need to be refiled.”

Captain Obvious rears his ugly head on this one! Mariah Yeater’s paternity claim against teen singer Justin Bieber was nothing but a lie! Who knew?!?

In a new interview with RumorFix, Mariah’s ex-boyfriend, Robert Powell, said, “She lied.”

Duh. File that under things we already knew, right?

He went on to reveal, “We were both homeless and living in Oceanside and Mariah was trying to make some quick money.”

He said that she thought up the crazy tale and sold the rights to her story to a tabloid (Star magazine, obvs) for $50,000. He added, “She just picked him, because she thought he was famous and all and thought she could get a lot of money by telling the magazine Justin was the father. She just saw him as an opportunity to make a lot of money.”

We had our suspicions for the longest time that she wasn’t telling the truth. It’s obvious, really, that she was making up the whole thing just to get famous. After Justin went in for the DNA test, she went radio silent.

Now that Justin Bieber has already taken the DNA test to try and prove that he’s not the father of Mariah Yeater’s four-month-old son Tristyn, it appears that the real daddy might be stepping up! Guess what else?!? He wants a DNA test done because he’s sure that he’s the father!

Mariah was exposed as a phony when it was revealed that she tried to get a friend to erase text messages claiming that her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, was Tristyn’s real father.

Now, Robbie says that he has no doubt in his mind that he’s Tristyn’s father and he wants Mariah to take the little tyke in for a DNA test — to prove it!

Sources close to Powell tell TMZ … he’s making his move because he’s tired of Yeater using the kid for media attention.

Our sources says Robbie has been telling friends … Mariah told him the whole Bieber story was BS. We’re told Robbie believes she did it for the money because she’s desperate for cash.

According to our sources, Powell has been approached by several media outlets to tell his story and he’s reviewing his options.

Any money that Mariah has made from this whole media nightmare is likely to be given to Justin Bieber if and when he decides to sue the pants off of her.

Yesterday, Earsucker.com told you exclusively, that teen singer Justin Bieber underwent a DNA test to establish that he didn’t father 20-year-old Mariah Yeater’s four-month-old son, Tristyn.

We’ve learned more details on the DNA test! Apparently, the test was done on Friday night, as we’ve reported, in New Jersey. According to gossip website TMZ, the test was done in a lab under “very controlled circumstances.”

TMZ reports:

We’re told there is a solid chain of custody, so it’s going to be hard for Mariah Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it.

As we first reported, Justin’s team will NOT settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer. It’s now up to her to provide DNA results from Mariah’s baby.

So, the ball is in Mariah’s court, at this point. But he has already made it clear that he’s going to sue her for her false claims when the paternity has or has not been established in the case.

We’re still of the mind that she is a fraud and was only out for fame. Instead, she’s going to get a huge lawsuit hurled in her direction. Hope it was worth it.

Twenty-year-old Mariah Yeater claimed that she had teen singer Justin Bieber’s baby — and demanded that he take a paternity test! Now, we’ve learned that the Biebz has undergone the DNA test to put an end to the reports that he’s a father at the age of seventeen!

Mariah hired lawyers in an effort to go after Justin for child support, after his team reportedly ignored her attempts at contact. On Friday, he took the test — and we are awaiting the results.

It was said that Justin will still go after her in court after the test proves that he’s not Tristyn’s father, just to set an example for those who try to make claims such as these against celebrities.

Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, said, “He doesn’t mind. He’s like, ‘I’m just going to go ahead..(with) it and be fine.’”

He went on to say that they are still considering legal action against Mariah for her claims. He added, “I think it’s important to hold people accountable for their actions.”

Twenty-year-old Mariah Yeater threw everyone for a loop when she claimed that teen singer Justin Bieber fathered her three-month-old son, Tristyn. She launched a lawsuit against him over paternity, demanding that he take a DNA test. He agreed and said that he would sue the pants off of her when it was all said and done.

We exclusively busted Mariah for being a hired happy-ender on an adult website back in January 2011. We had other suspicions, of course. With other guys creeping out of the woodwork saying that she pinned the paternity on them, as well.

Now, apparently someone has come forward with some evidence to prove that Mariah was a fake from the beginning. Oh snap, s**t just got real. TMZ reports:

The person to whom Mariah Yeater sent the text asked us to blur his name — we’ll call him John. He has been in touch with Yeater regularly … even before the baby was born on July 6.

In the text, Yeater pleads for John to “ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom.” The text goes on to say that her mom sent John messages in the past, stating that baby Tristyn was fathered by Robbie — an ex-boyfriend.

She then goes on to talk about giving John money if he cooperates: “Ill kick u when we get paid.”

I guess, in the end, she really just wanted to be famous. As a result, she’s likely to be sued by Justin for attaching his name to some made-up hyped-up scandal.

Twenty-year-old Mariah Yeater might be facing a lawsuit from Justin Bieber after accusing him of fathering her three-month-old son, Tristyn.

Reportedly, he’s set to take a DNA test in two weeks when he gets back to the U.S., so that he can prove, once and for all, that he’s not the father of Tristyn Yeater. Afterward, his lawyers will go after her in court.

TMZ reports:

Justin is in Europe now so he can’t take the test until he returns … but he is determined to put an end to what he says is a bogus scandal.

Our sources say Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater’s attorneys Friday and conveyed the DNA test WILL happen. We’re told Justin and his team are so serious … they directed Weitzman to find a lab to do the test and Weitzman has already selected one.

Once the test shows Justin is not the daddy, Justin and his team will sue her. We’re told Yeater’s lawyers appeared “nervous” when they heard the news. This may explain why Yeater’s lawyers went underground yesterday and did not return TMZ’s calls.

Justin’s camp thinks that it’s important for them to file this lawsuit because they need to set an example with people who sue celebrities.

On Wednesday, Star magazine broke the news that 20-year-old Mariah Yeater attended one of Justin Bieber’s concerts in 2010. At which time, she claims that she had a 30-second sexual encounter with the teen singer and got pregnant by him. Afterward, she said that she tried to reach his camp, but was rebuffed.

Since, we’ve learned that she also tried to pin the pregnancy on another guy. Her attorneys, Matthew Pare and Lance Rogers have said that they have credible evidence that Justin is her baby’s father. But since that revelation, they have seemingly gone into hiding.

Justin has denied the claims of being three-month-old Tristyn’s father, saying that he would would always be a target, but would never be a victim.

TMZ has tried to reach out to the lawyers, but they haven’t been able to reach them:

Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old who claimed that Justin Bieber fathered her three-month-old son, Tristyn, is on Twitter.

The gossip world, along with Justin’s fans, the Beliebers, have all been in a tailspin since the news was unveiled. Mariah said that after her tryst with the teen singer, she tried to contact his management, but no one would return his calls. So, after her son was born, this was obviously the only way to get his attention.

Star magazine unveiled its latest magazine cover on Wednesday, showing Justin Bieber’s alleged baby’s mother, 20-year-old Mariah Yeater and her son, Tristyn.

She claims that three-month-old Tristyn is the result of a 30-second backstage liaison with Justin that happened last year. She claimed that Justin said it was his first time and that he didn’t want to wear a condom because he wanted to feel everything.

After that bombshell was dropped, Mariah’s lawyers asked for Justin to submit to a DNA test, so that matters could be handled more privately.

Now, Justin is addressing the baby madness head on! In an interview with Matt Lauer, Justin said that Mariah is not telling the truth. He said, “I’d just like to say that none of those allegations are true. I know I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim.”

Since Mariah Yeater’s lawsuit was unveiled, Justin’s people have risen to his defense, basically saying that the kid is not his son (Woo, Billy Jean is not my lover…) Okay, had a Michael Jackson moment there. Moving on.

This is one of those things that the proof is really in the pudding, so it will either be proven or squashed by a DNA test. Someone call Maury Povich already!

Her lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matthew Pare said, “She is not seeking exorbitant compensation. She merely requests that Justin Bieber provide a DNA sample to verify that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, and if so, to help provide child support as required by California law.”

In the wake of Star’s exclusive report detailing the paternity suit, Bieber’s camp told ABC News, “It’s sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims” and that they would “vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

“It is noteworthy that Justin Bieber himself has not denied the fundamental fact that he had unprotected sex with Mariah Yeater following a concert in Los Angeles.

“If Justin Bieber is willing to voluntarily undergo a paternity test Ms. Yeater welcomes such cooperation and will be happy to resolve this issue in a less public manner. We call upon Justin Bieber and his attorneys to reach out to resolve this issue in a reasonable manner.”

Now that we’ve speculated on what Mariah Yeater looks like, it appears that Star magazine has climbed all over this story and has revealed her true identity.

Justin Bieber’s rumored baby’s mother appears on the latest cover of the publication with all of her claims against the teen singer. He told her it was his first time, it lasted 30 seconds and he didn’t use a condom.

Justin’s camp has already issued a denial, stating that her claims are false and defamatory. Like he would knock up some groupie backstage after his first time — and only after having met her five minutes beforehand?

I guess there’s money in these paternity lawsuits that stem from magazine stories like this one. But, in the end, she still has to establish paternity. So we’re just going to wait and see what happens.

Last night, the news broke that 20-year-old Justin Bieber fan, Mariah Yeater, claimed that she had the teen singer’s baby. Her baby is now three months old and she says that she hooked up with the Biebz a year ago.

Mariah is suing Justin over paternity and claims that he impregnated her after a 30 second encounter where he declined to use a condom. He reportedly told her that it was his first time, so he wanted to feel everything.

Justin’s lawyers went on the attack, calling Mariah’s claims malicious, defamatory and false.

I have to wonder why she would say she hooked up with him when she was 19 and he was only 16. Sounds like statutory rape to me. What do you think?

As we’ve previously reported, a 20-year-old woman by the name of Mariah Yeater is suing Justin Bieber, claiming that he fathered her three-month-old child.

Now we’ve learned that Justin is denying her claims. TMZ reports:

Justin Bieber’s legal team is ready to strike over allegations the singer impregnated a 20-year-old woman … allegations that Team Bieber claims are “malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false.”

Justin’s rep issued a statement, saying, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

Teen singer Justin Bieber has been hit with a paternity lawsuit!

A twenty-year-old woman by the name of Mariah Yeater claims that she had sexual relations with Justin on October 25, 2010 and claims that he is the father of her three-month-old baby.

She said that it was Justin’s first time and that the encounter lasted for roughly 30 seconds. In her affidavit, she wrote that one of Justin’s security guards approached her and “asked if I wanted to meet Justin Bieber.”

She wrote, “After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation. Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”

Mariah also told the court: “After walking away from the other people backstage, Justin Bieber found a place where we could be alone — a bathroom.

“We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.

“In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.”
