Apparently not everyone enjoyed the job that reality star Khloe Kardashian did on the last season of “The X Factor USA”. We didn’t think she did that good of a job and according to reports, we weren’t the only ones who were displeased with her lackluster hosting job.

The first season of the show was hosted by Steve Jones. Afterward, he was part of a mass firing by Simon Cowell that claimed several jobs on the hit talent show. Khloe and Mario were hired on to take his place as a tag team effort, but that didn’t pan out that well, either.

A source close to the show revealed that Khloe is officially off of the show:

“Khloe Kardashian will not be returning to co-host The X Factor, we really enjoyed working with her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”

Apparently the Powers That Be over at Fox have heard our numerous complaints about Khloe Kardashian’s performance as host of the second season of “The X Factor”. As we’ve noted time and time again, Khloe’s stage presence was quite awful and she should be replaced. Thank goodness Simon Cowell must be reading our site! Hi Simon, we would LOVE to get tickets to a taping of the show! *Hint hint*

Mario Lopez was also hired on to do the show at the same time as Khloe, both replacing season one host Steve Jones. Mario did a fantastic job on the show, but hosting TV shows is pretty much old hat for him. This was Khloe’s first foray into hosting (and hopefully her last!)…

According to the scoop from “The New York Post” on Monday, Khloe has gotten the official boot from the show. A source said, “They are asking Mario to come back, but not Khloe.”

Ha! Good. She performed less than stellar on the show and should not be asked back just because she has a history in television and her last name is Kardashian. As you may already know, pop singer Britney Spears and Epic Records head L.A. Reid are both out from the judging spots on the show. So, it would appear that Simon has his hands full in finding replacements for all three!

“The X Factor” host Mario Lopez has gotten married to Courtney Mazza! Congratulations are in order for the happy couple who tied the knot in Mexico on Saturday.

The wedding ceremony took place in Mexico at Joe Francis’ Casa Aramara villa in Punta Mita, with pal Eva Longoria acting as a bridesmaid for the blushing bride. Eva took to her official Twitter page to show off herself wearing the blue bridesmaid’s dress. She tweeted, “How many people does it take to zip up a dress? Apparently three! I can’t breathe but the dress looks good!”

The flower girl was their two-year-old daughter Gia, who wore a dress that matched that of her mother. The ceremony was attended by 150 close friends and relatives of the couple’s. The entire wedding was filmed for a TV special in true “E!” style. The special is called “Mario & Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta” and it will air on December 8, 2012.

This is Mario’s second trip down the aisle. His first wedding was to Ali Landry back in 2004, but that was very short-lived. Let’s hope this one lasts longer!

Country singer Taylor Swift is said to be dating One Direction star Harry Styles. After breaking things off with Conor Kennedy, it appears that Taylor wanted another chance with the British singer.

According to host of “The X Factor USA” Mario Lopez, Taylor is once again dating Harry. He said that he saw the two of them looking pretty cozied up backstage on the show. At least that’s what he revealed on his radio show on Friday.

The twosome dated for a short time earlier this year and there were rumors of a reconciliation when they were seen together around Los Angeles earlier in the month. Now, Mario says that he’s pretty sure that they have sparked things up between them again.

On Friday he said that he had witnessed Taylor and Harry walking hand-in-hand right before her performance on “The X Factor” on Thursday. He also said that he had the chance to talk with Harry, at which he asked him what he was doing in Los Angeles. Harry told Mario that he was accompanying Taylor.

Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian made her television hosting debut alongside TV veteran Mario Lopez on this week’s live shows on “The X Factor USA”. Her first night on the show, she wore the above outfit, which elicited a vulgar response from the show’s head judge Simon Cowell.

He referred to her wardrobe malfunction when he said that the air conditioning must’ve been on full blast. The issue is being referred to as “nipplegate”, which you can obviously see what Simon was referring to.

The show was originally slated to air on Thursday, November 1st, but was moved up to air on October 31st instead. She revealed backstage, “We moved the show up because of the hurricane, so my stuff that was being sent was stuck on the East Coast.”

She went on to say, “That top [arrived from the East Coast] first thing.”

Reportedly the entire fiasco, along with Simon’s comments were all staged just for the ratings on the show. We bet that Simon was concerned that his new hosts wouldn’t fare well? Khloe said, “The shirt was lined and everything! I’m surprised that much showed! When I went on, Simon was like motioning to me to cover up, and I was like, ‘What’s he doing?’”

She added, “In hindsight, I just thought maybe I was just a little nipply, but apparently from what everyone says, you saw a lot more than just that! During a commercial break, I was able to put band aids on!”

After the show, Simon offered up his opinions on nipplegate. He said, “I thought it was hilarious. Your first live show, you don’t wear a bra, and the studio’s freezing, of course.”

Reality star Khloe Kardashian and her co-host Mario Lopez are said to have real chemistry on the set of “The X Factor USA”. On the show tonight, the live shows begin where we will get to see the final sixteen sing in front of a live audience for the first time. Mario has praised his co-host for the chemistry that they share.

In a new interview with “Parade”, he said, “It’s been great since you can’t manufacture chemistry. You either have it or you don’t. It makes it easy and comfortable. I think I’m pretty hyper and like to talk. Our personalities mesh well and compliment each other.”

He went on to say, “I was already a fan of the show so I’m looking forward to it and everything is convenient; they shoot next door to where I do Extra and my radio show.”

Reality star Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez were just announced as co-hosts for the live shows on this season of “The X Factor”. They have yet to appear on the show, but apparently the drama behind the scenes is already heating up.

She joked to Ryan Seacrest, “[Mario and I] really hate each other. I’m so sick to my stomach that I have to be by his side. You know, when [someone is] that unattractive, it’s just hard to be with [them].”

Of course she was only kidding. She went on to say, “[Mario] is the nicest guy ever. He’s great at what he does, so it takes some of the pressure off of me. I think we’re going to have fun. We’ve known each other for a while, so I feel comfortable around him. He’ll make it easy for me.”

The news that Khloe and Mario were named as the hosts for the live shows was just confirmed on October 16th. Apparently everyone knew about the decision except for Khloe herself. She said, “Everyone thought I was just BS’ing them. They were like, ‘So you got the job?’ And I was like, ‘I promise you, no one has confirmed anything with me. I would tell everyone if I did.’ I was just waiting for someone to tell me. But everyone knew before me!”

She continued, “I’m so nervous — I’ve never hosted before! What if I get kicked off the show because I say something so bad? That’s what I’m nervous about, but I can’t be anybody else but myself. I just have to control the language a little bit.”

Ryan added with regard to Simon Cowell, “He enjoys it when you get very close to his face. And he’ll get very distracted if you dress in something sexy, so I suggest you do…How do you think he and I got along for so many years?”

It was just made official that reality star Khloe Kardashian and TV host Mario Lopez were set to take the reins for the live shows on “The X Factor USA”. Apparently the network was getting ready to pull the rug out from under Khloe until her mother Kris Jenner stepped in.

According to reports, Khloe’s deal with the talent competition was just about to fall through. The big wigs at Fox and E! were having trouble making things okay for Khloe to appear on both networks. That’s when Kris put her nose in and made things work. TMZ reports:

We’re told “X Factor” was getting ready to pull the plug on talks with Khloe … when Kris Jenner got word of the hold up and decided to take the bull by the horns.

Sources say Kris “stepped in over the agents … over everyone” and forced both networks to sit down with her and hash out a deal … which they eventually did.

As one source puts it, “She just knows how to make sh*t happen.”

Khloe and Mario will appear on the live shows when they are slated to begin November 1st. Tonight, however, the final 16 competitors will be unveiled…Stay tuned for our live recap of the show.

The show is still at the Judges’ Houses stage of the competition for the time being, but will move to the live shows on November 1st. That’s when we will be able to see the new hosts doing their duties on stage with the competitors.

The deal was said to be done on Monday, but rumors have surfaced for weeks surrounding who would be taking over the hosting duties for Steve Jones. The two are said to be currently in the process of finalizing their deals to appear on the show. The announcement is said to be coming sometime this week. TMZ reports:

We’re told the duo’s salaries will add millions on top of an already enormous talent budget … with Britney Spears in the lead at $15 mil.

Khloe and Mario will debut in November.
