After filing for divorce from husband, Jordan Bratman, Christina Aguilera is now a free woman!

Their five year marriage is over as of yesterday, April 15th. She had to wait a six month processing period before the divorce became final.

Since, she’s been dating Matthew Rutler, a production assistant that she met on the set of her movie, Burlesque.

According to reports, more explicit photos of Christina Aguilera exist and they might be leaked onto the internet. It’s unknown whether these are the photographs that were allegedly part of a hacker ring being investigated by the FBI.

Reportedly, there was a storage disk that held hundreds of candid photos of the singer and her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler. The storage disk was said to have been found in a French hotel.

* Aguilera with two naked men who appear to be strippers performing at another bachelorette party, which Lindsay Lohan’s ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson also attended;

* Aguilera mimicking performing oral sex on an unidentified male who is holding a sex toy;

* Aguilera dancing on a table with friends at a private dinner;

* Aguilera mimicking an oral sex act on a chocolate covered banana at a theme park; and

* Aguilera posing for before-and-after make-up shots.

Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested earlier this morning in West Hollywood!

They busted Christina for public intoxication and Matthew was arrested for driving under the influence.

A source said that Christina appeared to be “extremely intoxicated” and was “unable to take care of herself.” The snitch added, “If the driver her NOT been arrested for DUI, she would have never been in trouble.”

His bail was set at $30,000 for the misdemeanor offense. Maybe Christina will check into rehab has her friends have suggested?
