Michael Jackson was murdered, according to his nephew, T.J. Jackson. We have already revealed that Michael’s son Prince testified that the King of Pop felt that AEG was trying to kill him. Now, his nephew has taken the stand to testify that Michael expected that he would be murdered.
T.J. revealed that he believes that his uncle was murdered. He said that his thoughts on the subject came from several conversations that he had with Michael before his untimely death in 2009. According to the testimony, Michael felt that he would be murdered. T.J. said that this was his belief “because he did tell me and the brothers that he was going to be murdered on a couple of occasions.”
Michael never said who he thought would murder him, but felt that his life was at risk because of “his position.”
This is all part of the wrongful death lawsuit brought against AEG Live by Katherine Jackson. Prince Michael has revealed that he watched his father die, but AEG’s lawyer has rebutted that statement saying that while Dr. Conrad Murray was administering CPR, the children were all playing hide and seek.
Stay tuned for the latest information as it is revealed on the case!
The case of Katherine Jackson versus AEG Live is still ongoing and Michael Jackson’s son Prince Michael had to take the stand again today to testify. Yesterday, the teenager revealed that the King of Pop felt that AEG Live was trying to kill him with his scheduled 50 concert dates at the O2 Arena in London.
Today, he testified that he actually witnessed the death of his father. He told the court about his father’s last hours in the world and also relayed the traumatic events of which he witnessed. He said that he heard his sister Paris screaming while she watched Dr. Conrad Murray try to revive their father.
Despite his testimony, AEG’s attorney, Marvin S. Putnam, said, “He was a twelve-year-old boy who has had to endure this great tragedy.”
He added that when he was called to cross-examine the teenager, the truth came out. He said that earlier testimony revealed that all of the kids were playing hide-and-seek while Dr. Murray tried to administer CPR unsuccessfully.
Michael Jackson’s son Prince Michael has testified in court against AEG Live in his grandmother’s wrongful death lawsuit against the company. From what has been said, there was some pretty shady business going on there!
Sixteen-year-old Prince Michael took the stand earlier today to testify against the music giant. In 2009, prior to his untimely death, the King of Pop was gearing up for his 50-date This Is It tour. This was something, Prince Michael claims, that Michael feared would kill him.
A source said to TMZ that Michael would cry after talking to the folks over at AEG Live. He told his son, “They’re gonna kill me….they’re gonna kill me.”
He also said that his father was really stressed out about his upcoming 50 tour dates at the O2 Arena and said that Michael felt he needed more time to rehease his show.
Today marks four years to the day of the date that Paris Jackson’s father Michael met his untimely demise. Just recently, Paris attempted suicide by slicing her arm with a kitchen knife and overdosing on Motrin.
Now, her godfather Mark Lester is speaking out about her condition, saying that she is okay. Mark says that he has spoken to a member of the Jackson family and he has been assured that Paris is on the road to recovery.
When speaking on a TV show in the U.K. called Lorraine, Mark revealed, “I had some phone contact last week with a close member of the family…I understand that things, although are not great with Paris, they’re not too bad and she’s being looked after…she’s doing okay, she’ll be alright…she’ll be fine.”
He went on to reveal that he believed that what Paris did wasn’t actually a suicide attempt, but merely a cry out for help. He said, “It’s a serious incident obviously, but I hope it’s not something that she really did mean to do, and from my understanding it wasn’t a serious, serious attempt, but obviously it was a cry for help, and then we must respect that and try and do the best we can.”
Mark has been trying to reach out to Paris herself directly, but is being rebuffed as all lines of communication from him have been cut off. He added, “In light of what’s happened with Paris it’s going to be even more difficult, because social media’s closed down and phone lines have been closed…yeah okay, they’re looking after her, I’m sure, in the best way they can, but eventually, maybe, in a couple of months time, when things start to get better for her, then lines of communication will open up again.”
Paris Jackson is featured on the cover of the latest copy of the National Enquirer magazine. Inside, the magazine has details on what it was that drove her to take 20 Motrin and a kitchen knife to her arm. This poor girl…prior to this incident, the public really had no knowledge that she was so troubled. It took a cry for help for her to actually be treated for her depression and whatever else she’s going through.
The magazine states on its cover that they have the scoop on what drove Paris to overdose and slit her wrists. What we’ve heard is that she still hasn’t gotten over the 2009 death of her father, Michael Jackson. As some of you may know, it’s hard to get over the loss of a parent – so she has our sympathies. There isn’t a time frame on when that feeling of loss ever goes away. She was young, and still is, and has to be in court for his wrongful death trial? It seems unfair to her and way too much to ask.
Stay strong, Paris…we’re pulling for you. As always, get help if you or someone you know is having thoughts of depression or suicide. The number for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is 1-800-273-8255.
Debbie Rowe might be poised to become Paris Jackson’s legal guardian. Currently, Paris is under the care of her grandmother Katherine along with TJ Jackson. Since she attempted suicide, her care is being called into question by a judge.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Rowe has made no attempt to become Paris’ legal guardian — a title which is now vested jointly in Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson. But that could change if the judge determines the current arrangement is not serving Paris well.
We’re told TJ’s role is marginal, given his responsibilities to his wife and kids. As for Katherine’s role, sources tell us Paris has been increasingly frustrated that her grandmother is not “connected” to her life … and that’s a big reason why the teen has struck up what has become an intense relationship with Debbie.
If the judge opens up the guardianship case, he will give great weight to Paris’ desires. If Paris wants Debbie as her guardian — and we’re told that’s a “likely” scenario — our sources say Debbie would gladly accept.
Do you think Paris would be better off with her biological mother as her guardian? Sound off in the comments section below.
When Michael Jackson was going through his 2005 molestation trial, Wade Robson defended him saying that Michael never abused him. After his 2009 death, Wade has filed a creditor’s claim against the late singer’s estate claiming abuse. Now, Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said that he may unseal portions of the records with regard to the claims in the previous molestation case.
On Thursday, Beckloff presented attorneys with possible redactions of Robson’s sworn declaration and said it should serve as a roadmap for what information can be made public.
The judge believes some of the material could be made public, even though attorneys on both sides would like the case sealed in its entirety.
Some of Robson’s private and personal information, including a paragraph that detailed his allegations of abuse by Jackson, should be sealed, Beckloff said.
He also said portions of the records that deal with mental health issues also should not be released.
Howard Weitzman, the attorney for the singer’s estate said the claims were “outrageous and pathetic.”
He added, “We are confident that the court will see this for what it is” he said at the time the allegations were first made.”
What do you think? Is Wade telling the truth or is this a cash grab? Share your thoughts below.
