Michael Lohan has finally found his calling! Spreading news about his daughter to tabloids Working as a consultant for a rehab referral company. Nice.

TMZ reports:

Michael tells TMZ, he’s teaming up with a company called “Recovery Hub” in L.A. — an agency that specializes in matching up recovering addicts with a rehab center that best meets their individual needs.

No word on his specific duties — but we’re told MiLo got the job a few days ago, and his start date is already set … for next Monday.

I’m sure Lindsay would be thrilled that he’ll be paying attention to other people’s business instead of hers now.

Lindsay Lohan was turned loose on Thanksgiving day to spend time with her father Michael, but said that during her short time, she wanted to feel free.

An insider said, “Lindsay really wanted to go home to Los Angeles for the holiday. She wants to be back in her own space and feel like she’s free again even if she knows it’s just temporary until after the beginning of the year.”

Lindsay is currently undergoing treatment for drug addiction at the Betty Ford Center until January 3, 2011.

For Thanksgiving, Lindsay Lohan has been given her freedom! But there is a catch!

The actress has to stay in Los Angeles for the entire day and can’t leave, and, she has to be back at the Betty Ford Center by the end of the day.

TMZ reports:

Sources close to the actress tell TMZ, she’s leaving her sober living facility in Palm Springs this morning to make the 2-hour drive … but she has to be back by late tonight.

We’re told a bunch of Lindsay’s friends are coming to dinner … along with Michael Lohan.

Up to this point, her mother Dina was trying to make it so she could visit the rest of the Lohan clan in NYC, but that was a no go.

Michael Lohan may not be talking to the press anymore, but he sure was talking to the cops last night. Apparently he was attacked last night when his assailant slashed his neck and arm.

TMZ reports:

As TMZ first reported, Michael claims he was attacked outside his home in Santa Monica, CA. Michael told police … about an hour before the incident, he received a threatening phone call. We’re told shortly after the call, Michael went out for cigarettes — that’s when he says the attack occurred.

Sources tell us … Mike explained to police when he went to open his car door, he was jumped from behind. We’re told the suspect, whom Michael says is in his 50s or 60s, began choking him and had some kind of sharp object which he used to slice Michael’s neck. Michael says the knife penetrated his skin and caused substantial bleeding.

Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina was rumored to be shopping around an exclusive interview after Lindsay is done with rehab. The deal was said to be for a high five figures and reportedly features Lindsay during her stay at the Betty Ford Center.

Dina has since denied the rumors, saying the reports are “absolutely not true”, saying the rumor is a “total lie”. She also went on to say that the reports were a part of a smear campaign against her by ex-husband Michael.

Lindsay Lohan is being advised by some rather smart people who have instructed her to keep her mother, Dina away from her finances and career. Reportedly, the actress was told to cut Dina loose from her empire if she wants to stay clean and sober.

A source close to Lindsay said, “Dina needs to no longer act as her manager, or work for her daughter in any capacity. Lindsay needs Dina to simply be her mother. Lindsay’s treatment team at Betty Ford has emphasized this to Lindsay, very, very strongly. Lindsay feels the financial burden of taking care of her entire family. It’s enormous pressure for any person in their twenties, let alone someone that is battling with addiction.”

This source sounds suspiciously like Michael Lohan, but call it a hunch.

The spy added, “Lindsay and Dina don’t have a normal mother and daughter dynamic because of the length of time that Dina has worked for Lindsay.”

We will never have the chance to hear Donald Trump tell Michael Lohan, “You’re fired!” because apparently the father of the year has turned down an appearance on Celebrity Apprentice.

Something tells me it was probably the other way around, considering you’d have to actually be a celebrity before appearing on the show. Call it a hunch.

Mike says that he was in negotiations to be a part of the upcoming cast, but had to pull out over previous commitments. He said, “Although the meeting went well, I was too busy with other things to be on the show.”

Lindsay Lohan is currently undergoing rehab at the Betty Ford Center for her addiction issues. She has finally come to the conclusion that her father is to blame for her problems with addiction. Who knew?

Apparently witnessing him beat her mother at a young age and then moving out to Los Angeles with no parental supervision has really taken a toll on the actress.

TMZ reports:

Some of Lindsay’s friends and relatives tell us … LiLo is spending a lot of time talking to counselors about the path that led her to drug and alcohol addiction. And she’s convinced the nightmare of growing up in such a dysfunctional family has taken its toll.

Lindsay repeatedly talks about allegations Dina made in her divorce papers … that Michael abused her. Lindsay says she witnessed it firsthand, and it’s still tough to deal with. In particular, Lindsay claims she had to step in and protect her mother from Michael. Michael has denied allegations of physical abuse.

Our sources say Lindsay talks a lot about growing up with a dad who was periodically behind bars. Add to that — she moved out to L.A. at a very young age, with almost no parental supervision.

Last Thursday, Michael Lohan ventured out to Rancho Mirage, California to visit his daughter Lindsay at the Betty Ford Center. He was turned away by security at the door, after they informed him that visiting hours were over.

Now, TMZ has provided us with the photo proof that Mike was standing there on his cell phone trying to figure out if he was on a “no contact” list at the rehab facility.

Michael Lohan is fed up of all of the bad things that’s been happening to his daughter, Lindsay. He has met with a lawyer who is going to help him file papers for a conservatorship.

The funny thing is, he doesn’t want control over his daughter’s affairs. Who knew?!? TMZ has more:

Michael met with attorney David Chon (left) today and will hire him to file conservatorship papers … Chon specializes in trusts and estates.

We’re told Michael has enough sense to know the judge isn’t going to make him the conservator, so he has two other people in mind … though he’s not saying who.

Michael is saying, he doesn’t want Dina Lohan or Lindsay’s business manager, Lou Taylor, to handle Lindsay’s affairs because “they’re in it for themselves.”

Our sources say Michael plans on filing a petition for conservatorship “within days.”

I am shocked that he’s not trying to get control for himself. It seems so out of character selfless.

Michael Lohan is fresh out of his relationship of allegedly battering and photographing Kate Major nude and into a new one with unsuspecting blond Sonia Stickles.

It surprises me that anyone would want to date this guy after two of his ex-fiancees have claimed that he beat on them and he took naked pics of the last one while unconscious. It makes me sick that these girls will get together with this clown for their 15 minutes.

Kate Major was not too pleased when photos of her naked surfaced on the internet last Friday. So much, that she’s filed a lawsuit against Michael Lohan for selling them off to the highest bidder.

TMZ reports:

It’s a cease and desist letter to Lohan which reads, “We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites.”

The letter states that the photos were taken without Kate’s knowledge and that she did not consent to them going public. Kate and her attorney are demanding that Michael stop pitching the pics.

A similar letter was sent to kikster.com demanding that it take down the photos.

Michael Lohan would NEVER do anything like that, right? He’s a religious man with morals and LULZ I CAN’T DO IT ANYMORE…HAHAHAHA

Michael Lohan is still a heinous d-bag and this just proves it. While they were still together, Mike took some pretty raunchy photos of his ex-fiancee Kate Major while she was sleeping.

Of the photos, Kate said, “Michael Lohan is a disgusting human being and father. He took these pictures of me when I was asleep and without my knowledge. At the time he was my fiancé. I have just found out about these images today and moving forward my lawyer, William O’Conner, will be handing the legalities of anyone that reproduces them.”

Michael Lohan is facing some trouble after his ex-fiancee, Kate Major has filed a police report stating that he pushed her into a chair before he flew out to appear at Lindsay’s court hearing on July 20th.

Kate claims that he injured her shoulder after pushing her into a chair. Afterward, he was said to have kicked her in the face as she laid on the ground.

She has since filed for a restraining order against Michael. He said, “Because of Kate’s behavior and false claims, I am going to release a statement and only the first of many pictures of Kate as well as the first of multiple recordings.”

Michael Lohan got really agitated during an interview, which was apparently live, with Shepard Smith on Thursday.

Shepard asked Michael why he would allow himself to be photographed out and about, smiling, just hours after his daughter, Lindsay, was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Video after the jump! (continue reading…)

It’s no wonder why Lindsay Lohan is in the predicament she’s in now. Considering her really messed up parents, it’s a wonder that she’s not murdering puppies and running over old ladies in crosswalks.

Her wonderful father, Michael, hit up the Saddle Ranch last night after talking to Larry King Live and gushing about how his daughter didn’t deserve a jail sentence. Then, he did what any parent in this situation would do, he offered his daughter loving support and words of kindness he said that he wanted to call Lindsay from the bar “to make her jealous”. What?!?!??!!

While the cameras were rolling yesterday on CNN, Mike put on the waterworks. But he certainly changed his tune when he posed with fans (he has fans?) and signed autographs at the club. For someone as self-centered as Lindsay, it appears that the apple hasn’t fallen too far from the tree.

According to tweets last night from Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael, the actress is living with HIV. But he has since refuted the allegations, stating that his Twitter account has been hacked.

He said, “NOTICE,There is an imposter on Twitter,and whoever the imposter is that posted that disgusting comment about my daughter, is now on notice. My attorney ,Lisa Bloom will be contacting the authorities to find out who is responsible for this “criminal act” of ID theft,/imperaonation”

Lindsay Lohan does not have HIV/AIDS, that we are aware of. But this isn’t the first time that he’s said something on Twitter that was foul and then took it back, claiming his account was hacked. Maybe he needs to change his password to something that people won’t so easily guess?
