Okay, I’m going to, for the first time in the history of this site, defend Miley Cyrus. You can mark this down on your calendars.

She was recently snapped on the beaches in the Bahamas in a bikini, which caused the media to hurl negative criticisms of her body, and some even called her fat.

I can’t believe that some people would target her over something as stupid as her weight, she’s 16 for Christ’s sake!

Not that I like her music, at all, so don’t get me wrong. But I just think it’s wrong that people skewer her over the topic of her weight.

She says, “Talk all you want. I have my flaws. I’m a normal girl theres things about my body I would change but stop calling me fat in post. I dont even like the word. Those remarks that you hateful people use are fighting words. The ones that scar people and cause them to do damage to themselves or others.”

And I agree. Hollywood is so full of people trash talking each other and these young girls are getting the brunt of it. They try to look thinner and thinner because it’s the “in thing” to do. They could possibly end up anorexic because of it and it doesn’t help those that already have body issues.

She adds, “People that are so okay with being so hateful disgust me and need to spend last time on a gossip website and more time a. reading your bible b. reading stories/articles about what happens when cyber abuse and name calling happens. Kids hurt themselves.”

In closing her Twitter rant, she says, “This is not something to be taken lightly. I know these “message boards” are “no big deal’ to You but it is to the victim. This has got to stop!!! Oh and ps if your thighs don’t jiggle go see a doctor. Thanks.”

Agreed. And I couldn’t have said that better. But does that mean I’ll listen to her music at all? Nope.

When Perez Hilton asked Miss California, Carrie Prejean her opinion on gay marriage, she responded that marriage should be between a man and a woman. In his outrage, he took to his Twitter page to ask all of the celebrities he knows their thoughts on the topic.

Miley Cyrus, obviously trying to get in his good graces, responded that she supports gay marriage. Now, OneMillionMoms is taking on the tween for her opinions.

Such statements will send the wrong message to our children who are influenced by this teenage megastar. Parents need to realize that Cyrus is not the positive role model she was once thought to be.

Even though Miley Cyrus has denied hooking back up with her former flame, Nick Jonas, we were a little hesitant to believe it. Even moreso because of how they ended up going on a lunch date together recently.

The video below puts the rumors to rest, that is, unless she took underwear model Justin Gaston out to tell him that it’s over?

Think the chipmunk broke it off? And WTF was she wearing?!? A backless lace dress?!?? This is NOT the eighties and she’s no Madonna. If I were her parent, I would not let her go out in that, but I guess we know who holds the pursestrings there, don’t we?

Miley Cyrus was on “Friday Night With Jonathan Ross”, where she talked about her beginnings and how she got the role of Hannah Montana.

She was talking too fast for the host, then she slowed down and goofed around for a minute. She detailed how she was told that she was too small and too young for the part. After a few more takes, some higher heels, and some makeup, they asked her to take the part, after failing to find someone to fill the role.

Rumor has it that Miley Cyrus wants to dump her current underwear model boyfriend, Justin Gaston, for her ex-boyfriend, Nick Jonas.

Stop the press!

The two of them already had lunch together, when Nick drove and hit a parked Ford Explorer. Afterwards, he talked about it to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show.

A source says, “Miley and Nick want to get back together. Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.”

Think it’s true?

A snitch says that the couple getting quite cozy at Nick’s house recently. The source says, “Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.”

In a little bit of an awkward interview on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Nick Jonas talked about his lunch date with Miley Cyrus.

He said they are old friends reconnecting. When the conversation turned to Miley’s boyfriend, Justin Gaston, that’s when it got weird.

I think Ryan’s into dudes. He talked too much about Justin being shirtless. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

I’m not trying to start a rumor or anything here, but Miley Cyrus was texting “an ex whose movie debuted at number two this weekend”. Anyone want to take a stab as to who that could be?

She was talking to John Jay and Rich, when she was said to be texting Nick Jonas. She told the host not to say who she was texting because her boyfriend, Justin Gaston, would get mad.

This time the chipmunk Miley Cyrus really means it!

She was photographed with a bunch of friends doing the slanted-eyes look and then basically said that it was our fault if we took offense to the photo. That was her half-hearted apology.

The OCA, who previously complained, were not amused. They proceeded to reject her apology.

Now, she’s taken to her fan site again to issue a real apology.

She says:

“I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone. I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GODs ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles”

That’s a good little chipmunk! Good job! Now stop offending people already!
