I guess doing a sex tape is a little better than actually soliciting your goodies for money. But, there really isn’t much difference, is there?

Laurence Fishburne’s daughter Montana was once arrested for prostitution and is currently on probation.

The Daily Mail reports:

The documents from the Los Angeles Superior Court show Fishburne was arrested on November 25, the day before Thanksgiving, in the ‘Hollywood area’ on a violation of California Penal Code 647(b), which prohibits prostitution or solicitation.

After two continuances, Fishburne pleaded nolo contendre (no contest) and was sentenced to 104 hours toward the California beautification project, 15 days of community service, an AIDS test, STD education, and two years probation.

The last page lists her current status as ‘On Probation’ as her probation time was listed as 24 months.
