Nick Cannon has revealed that he wants more children with his wife Mariah Carey, but she’s not so keen on the topic.

He said that he wants some siblings for his twins, Moroccan and Monroe, but Mariah isn’t feeling it. He said, “I would love to have more children. Now my wife on the other hand, I think the twins took a toll on her. She is like, ‘I ain’t doing that again.’”

Nick recently suffered a health scare after being rushed to the hospital with mild kidney failure last month. He said that they are both following an eating plan, but she gets to eat different foods that he’s no longer allowed to enjoy.

In his interview with the New York Daily News, he said, “I used to be a fast food junkie. She gets to have higher protein, which isn’t fair because I love my steaks and I can’t eat that anymore. Her carbs are lower so we are both on a diet, but it is different.”

He also revealed that he finds it hard to get back into shape after his health scare. He took to his official Twitter page to say, “Getting back in shape is going to be tuff, the DR said because of my condition my body can’t process protein and that’s what builds muscle. Time to work smarter not harder…but I got to get right by the time America’s Got Talent starts! It’s going to be difficult to get my six pack back on this Renal Diet. No muscles, skinny with a guy is not fresh. Right now in my tanktop I look like Samuel L. Jackson is Black Snake Moan #needtogetbackinshape.”

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have finally shown off “dem babies”! Aren’t they so cute?!?

Mariah and Nick talked to Barbara Walters on 20/20 and finally showed the public photos of their precious new additions to their family.

In the segment, Mariah tells Barbara: “I don’t think I understood the enormity and the magnitude of what it really does to your body. Carrying two babies. Unless somebody’s been through it, it’s difficult to understand what I went through, because my pregnancy was very unique in terms of what happened to me.”

Aren’t they just adorable?

If you’ve been dying to catch a glimpse of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s new bundles of joy, then your wait is almost over.

Mariah gave birth to twins Monroe and Moroccan on April 30, 2011, and they’ve kept them under wraps for all of this time. Now, we’ll be able to see their babies on television, as they make their debut this Friday!

The happy couple has invited Barbara Walters into their home for a chat and to introduce the world to their twins. A post on Mariah’s website reads, “Mariah and Nick recently sat down with Barbara Walters in their New York apartment to discuss Mariah’s pregnancy, their marriage, their beautiful baby twins Monroe and Moroccan and much more.”

Mariah Carey has just given birth to twins on April 30th, but now her husband, Nick Cannon, is saying that the songstress is done having children!

Her pregnancy with Monroe and Moroccan was intense, so she’s giving up on adding any more new additions to their brood. Nick has said that he would love to have a big family, but he’s more than happy to accept the fact that she doesn’t want to have any more of “dem babies”.

In a new interview, Nick said, “It was an intense pregnancy to carry twins around. She was a trooper. I do (want more children), Mariah doesn’t! She was like, ‘That’s it, I’m done! Two at once!’”

The happy couple have done all they can to shield their children from the prying eyes of the paparazzi. Mariah tweeted a photo of baby Monroe already acting like a diva for the cameras, yesterday.

I can’t wait to see photos of the babies. I bet they’re just adorable. Don’t you?

Mariah Carey has said that she didn’t want to make any money from the photos of her new babies, Monroe and Moroccan, but now she’s showing off her daughter on Twitter!

A source said that Mariah and Nick were in talks to get $200,000 from the photos of the twins, but they were looking to get a whole lot more. The source said, “They’re talking to a number of publications about doing it in the best and most tasteful way. Nick Cannon has said on radio he doesn’t feel entirely comfortable selling pictures of his children. But the first picture remains very valuable to the paparazzi.”

The singer took to Twitter yesterday to show her fans the above photo. She said, “#dembabiesruntings -This is baby Monroe saying “no pictures dahhhhling” at 7+1/2 weeks..oh dear :)”

The twins were born on April 30th and the new parents have done a pretty good job of keeping the photos to themselves. I can’t say that I blame them. I don’t imagine I’d want some creepy old men with cameras chasing my new family around. Would you?

On April 30th, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon welcomed twins Moroccan and Monroe into their lives. The happy couple were shocked to find that someone alerted Child Protective Services on them with allegations that they were drinking alcohol in the delivery room.

In a new interview with Piers Morgan, Nick talked about the accusations. He said, “Recently, the Child Protective Services were called with allegations that there was some drinking and drugs and all that going on, while in the hospital, which makes no sense to me – how would a hospital allow that?”

We couldn’t agree more. While most people celebrate the births of friends and family by passing out cigars, it appears that the new parents received some really strange advice.

He continued, “It all started when a nurse suggested to my wife that if you drink Guinness, the dark beer, the yeast improves breastfeeding. I don’t know if someone heard that, but then they were saying my wife was drinking beer. People will do anything to try to conjure up a story.”

He went on to reveal, “I spoke to the person from the Child Protective Services, I was like, ‘This is ridiculous. We’re going to make sure that this isn’t a case.’ To even have to deal with that, my wife in the state that she’s in, we’re in the hospital, to even have to think about someone possibly wanting to investigate your children. It’s sad at the end of the day.”

Wow, that’s just crazy. I’m glad that they’ve gotten that all sorted out!

After teasing her fans yesterday with only the first initial of her twins’ names, Mariah Carey has revealed the names of the happy couple’s new additions!

They are named Moroccan Scott Cannon & Monroe Cannon! What do you think? CNN has more:

Their son is named Moroccan Scott Cannon, with the nickname “Roc”. Scott is Nick’s middle name, as well as his grandmother’s maiden name.

The top tier of Mariah’s New York City apartment is called the Moroccan Room, because of the Moroccan-inspired decor. It’s also the place where Nick proposed to his wife, overlooking Manhattan!

Their daughter’s name is Monroe Cannon. Mariah’s rep says she does not have a middle name because Mariah herself does not have one. Monroe was named after Marilyn Monroe, who has been an inspiration to Mariah her whole life.

Mariah Carey gave birth to her and husband Nick Cannon’s twins on Saturday, April 30th, just three years to the day that they got married to each other! What an anniversary gift!

Still, he says that it’s not one he’s ever going to be able to top! After the birth of their babies, Nick took to his official Twitter account to say, “My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won’t ever be able to top this!”

He went on to say, “Thank you to @THEREVAL who came all the way to the hospital to renew me and my wife’s vows and pray with our children. Yep we just had a wedding in the hospital!”

He also retweeted some messages from the reverend, who stated that he held a ceremony for the happy couple to renew their vows in the hospital.

A VERY reliable MediaTakeOut.com snitch told us that as of THIS MORNING, R&B singer Mariah Carey gave birth to two HEALTHY BABIES today. Coincidentally, today is Nick and Mariah’s THIRD anniversary. TRIPLE congrats guys!!!

We expect an OFFICIAL announcement, including the babies NAMES and weights any minute now.

We’re still waiting on the official confirmation, so stay tuned as more information becomes available!

Update: The AP reports that Mariah’s rep has confirmed the news that she has given birth this morning:

Carey’s representative, Cindi Berger, confirmed the births to The Associated Press. The singing superstar gave birth Saturday at 12:07 p.m. EDT at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. Berger says the baby girl was born first, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 18 inches long; her brother was next, at 5 pounds 6 ounces, and was 19 inches.

Berger says the couple has not named the children yet. Cannon drove Carey to the hospital in their Rolls-Royce Phantom. Berger said the 41-year-old Carey, who had gone through false labor, was calm, thinking that it was another false alarm.

She’s pregnant with the couple’s twins, one boy and one girl and her husband Nick Cannon revealed that she’s ready to give birth any minute now! I bet they’re excited!

In a new appearance on The Talk, he said, “How’s Mariah doing? She’s pregnant. She’s doing amazing, but literally, it’s any moment now. It’s not even any day now. She is ready to just pop! The baby nurse and all that is ready. The bags are packed! I don’t know why I’m here!”

I wonder what they’re going to name “dem babies”. Any guesses???

Yes, he really is holding her boobs while she holds her belly on the front cover of an international magazine. And just in case you wondered why he’d previously said that he regretted posing nude, this is probably why.
