Former boybander Nick Lachey has some words of wisdom for today’s boy bands: Stay away from country singer Taylor Swift! As you already know, Taylor has built an entire career off of writing songs about her experiences in the world of dating. Most notably, her famous exes who have apparently done her wrong.

Nick wants to save the new wave of boy banders from the same humiliation that Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Styles have all faced. Taylor will make a ton of record sales from a song that’s all about YOU!

Nick warned, “Stay away from Taylor Swift! She’ll write a song about you! Oh! I’m too late on that one. I didn’t get to [that advice] fast enough. [The song will] be a hit, but it will be about you.”

He added, “They’re making money. They don’t need our advice.”

But he does have a point! She will rake in the dough off of your shenanigans, guys! If you don’t plan to shack up with this broad and keep her happy, she will base every record off of her relationships.

New parents Vanessa and Nick Lachey are truly loving being parents to their son Camden. Just a couple of days ago, the happy couple spent their first Easter together with their bundle of joy. He is just so cute and sweet!

Vanessa took to her official Twitter to share, “‘Hoppy’ Easter!” The tweet was accompanied by a super adorable photo of their son crawling around with a bunny tail on his checkered diaper. You can see the photo over at Celeb Baby Laundry. It’s just so freakin’ cute! What a cutie pie!

TV host Vanessa Lachey is expected to give birth to her first child with Nick Lachey this September, but they have yet to learn the baby’s sex. One thing’s for sure, she is hoping for a bouncing baby boy!

In a new interview, she said, “It’s going great, knock on wood! I’m feeling awesome and no morning sickness, no crazy cravings. I’ve always envisioned a little boy first. Maybe because when I fell in love with Nick – the man of my dreams and the father of my children – I could easily imagine falling in love with a mini-him; that’s how I see it.”

Apparently when tweeting the news to her many followers, some fans misunderstood her comments. She continued, “There was a lot of backlash, with people saying, ‘How dare you!’ Don’t get this confused: I want a healthy child, absolutely, first and foremost, God willing. But of course every mother has a vision.”

She added, “I want to be able to throw a baseball with my son and want to be able to just wrestle with him in the yard, and I want to do all that fun stuff.”

In the future, she wants a girl, as well. She said, “I can’t wait, when we keep having more children, to sprinkle boys and girls throughout the family. And if I have a little girl, she’s going to be Nick’s angel, I’m sure!

Fashion mogul (Ha, we really typed that) Jessica Simpson wasn’t expecting to walk down the aisle anytime soon, so when her boyfriend Eric Johnson proposed marriage to her, it came as a total shock!

She announced their happy engagement news in November 2010, which spawned rumors that she was rushing to the aisle to beat out ex-husband Nick Lachey to the altar.

When speaking about the proposal, she said, “It was a complete shock, a beautiful shock. It felt great for somebody to be on his knee, and I had to sit on that knee because I was so excited and overwhelmed I couldn’t even stand. Knowing that I had his knee to sit on in that moment was very magical. The way I always wanted it to be.”

So it’s good to know that she’s not really expecting much from her relationship!

It might not have seemed like a rush to the alter when Jessica Simpson announced that she had gotten engaged to boyfriend Eric Johnson, but now it’s proving to be true. It seemed to me more than a coincidence when she got engaged just directly after Nick Lachey proposed to girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo….so this is getting weirder and weirder by the minute.

Jessica now says that she wants to be hitched by Christmas. A source said, “She wants to beat Nick to the altar. She knows that it is going to be tough to pull everything together on such notice, so it might have to be a New Years wedding. In any case, she wants the focus to be on her wedding. She doesn’t want her wedding to be the aftermath of his.”

Reportedly, she’s planning on shelling out a ton of cash to outdo Nick and Vanessa. Talk about petty! The snitch also revealed, “It will be big and elaborate. She’ll spare no expense for fear that Nick and Vanessa will outdo her. She’s already starting planning everything and has every family member working on her big day.”

And without a PRENUP?!?? There have also been rumors that Jessica foot the bill for her super expensive engagement ring! Do you believe it?!??

Ever the classy one of the bunch, Nick Lachey has spoken out about his ex-wife, Jessica Simpson’s recent engagement to boyfriend, Eric Johnson.

It seemed a bit of a coincidence that Jessica announced her engagement news so soon after Nick announced his plans to marry Vanessa Minnillo, but Nick is taking the high road. During an interview earlier today, Nick said that he wishes nothing but the best for Jessica.

He said, “I will say the same thing I always say: I wish her the very best.” When asked about his own engagement, he said that he and Vanessa are “still basking in the glow” of the news and “are enjoying that. I’m sure we’ll get on the other planning shortly. We are now just enjoying this experience.”

Interesting. I wonder how Jessica really feels about his engagement news. Doesn’t it seem like she’s jumping the gun with her engagement to Eric? Is she pregnant???

It was rumored that once Jessica Simpson heard the news of Nick Lachey’s engagement to Vanessa Minnillo, she became obsessed in finding out every last detail. She even had a friend of hers setup a Google Alert just so she wouldn’t miss out on any of the juicy gossip.

Now, she has released an official statement, and she couldn’t be happier for the happy couple. She went on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show to dispel the rumors that she was saddened by the news of their engagement.

She said, “I am extremely, extremely happy for him. I couldn’t be more happy for Nick. I don’t know where all those rumors came from. My mom actually called me and told me that everybody was saying I was ‘saddened’. And I was just in complete shock.”

She added, “You know, our relationship was over a really long time ago, so it would be nice if everybody could move on with us and really just celebrate the love between him and Vanessa. I do, and I wish him nothing but the best.”

Jessica Simpson has vowed to cut off all ties with her exes Nick Lachey and John Mayer, because she wants to continue getting it on with hottie Tony Romo. She has reportedly changed her cell phone number and email address in attempt to show Romo that she means business. But she doesn’t care if he does the same, because she’s not like that or some crap. You know he called Carrie Underwood, though, right?

She says, “I don’t want anybody that’s been in my life in my life anymore, and I don’t want them to have any way of contacting me…I’m not just dating for fun. I want kids someday. I want a family.”

Good lord, her sister is already reproducing…..what on Earth would we do if Jessica procreated? I’ll tell you: Run!
