It’s kind of looking to me like now that Miley is almost old enough to fly the coop stop paying for everyone else’s way, Dina Lohan Tish has to find a way to make ends meet.

How much you want to be that Tish called the paparazzi and this photo was staged?

A little over a week ago, Justin Bieber was spotted getting cozy kissing with his tour-mate, Jasmine Villegas, in the back seat of a Honda. Now, we’re hearing that he wants to get closer and closer to her. And you thought him breaking Noah Cyrus’ heart was bad. Think of all of the Beliebers!!

Though his rep tells Us Weekly they’re “not dating,” the duo have gotten awfully close — and were spotted kissing inside a Honda Sept. 9 in Venice, Calif.

“She was supposed to be left off the upcoming Hawaii concerts,” says an insider.

“But Justin wanted her there, so he made it happen.”

He’s a heartbreaker! Watch out kids!

Apparently all of the Beliebers weren’t the only ones who were heartbroken and upset when these photos of Justin Bieber kissing Jasmine Villegas surfaced. Miley Cyrus’ little sister, Noah, was also hurt by the pictures.

She tweeted, “u dont know who u r but u also dont know u broke my heart and millions of others.”

Is there something wrong with Billy Ray Cyrus that he doesn’t see his daughter’s grinding video as offensive — or even inappropriate?

He blew off the controversy saying, “It’s what people her age do.”

Wait, what? So it’s normal for 16-year-old girls to grind all over a 45-year-old man who’s been drinking. I’m feeling that Chris Hansen needs to tell Billy to “have a seat right there.”

He went on to add that she was just “having fun”.

The future is laid out for little Noah Cyrus, isn’t it? I hope she doesn’t grow up to be a stripper singer like her sister, if that’s what 16-year-olds do.

Noah Cyrus performed a little dance number for Justin Bieber. Presumably for his birthday today, in which he turns sixteen, the ten-year-old tot shook her butt amidst screams of “I love you, Justin Bieber!”

According to sources, Miley Cyrus’ ten-year-old sister Noah is designing a lingerie line for children. If you just said WTF, then you’re not alone.

In other WTF-related news, Noah is set to become a lingerie model, as well.

Her friend, Emily Grace Reaves is collaborating with Ooh! La La! Couture designers to create a line of funky hooker-like wear for children up to a size 14.

Gross, gross and more gross. Where are this child’s parents?

This little kid really upsets me. She dresses like a teenaged hooker and leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth every time I see her. She sang about beer and that was okay with mom and pop. Now she’s dressing provocatively once more and her older sister Miley looks on with approval.

“Ponyo Song” singer Noah Cyrus was seen walking her dog with her dad, Billy Ray in L.A. Sunday afternoon. I guess since Miley is getting older and can no longer be the cash cow of the family, daddy has taken an interest in her career.

Now I hate to bash a ten-year-old, so I won’t. Instead, we’ll bash Billy Ray and Tish for their awesome parenting techniques. And why are the paparazzi following Noah around? Did Billy Ray call them?

When Noah Cyrus isn’t busy “smacking that“, staying up too late on UStream or singing craptastic kiddie songs, she’s staying up too late on UStream singing about beer.
