Lead singer of Paramore Hayley Williams made an airplane joke on 9/11. Is it just me or was that entirely stupid of her. Some people are even taking her side! If it was intended to be about 9/11 then everyone will hate her forever. But if it was intended towards her song “Airplanes” then the timing was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy off.

Her tweet turned most of her fans into haters. I think they should back off a little bit because people who are saying that she is “talentless” is completely uncalled for. She obviously can sing, but she has her blond moments. Personally, I think she was talking about her song. But, I guess everyone has there own personal opinions.

Perhaps people should be trying to do something constructive with their time, as opposed to taking a hit at a singer for her bad timing?

Are you surprised at the winners???

In Fuse’s “Best of 2009″, Papa Roach and Britney Spears are going head to head.

Now that Papa Roach has taken out Paramore, Linkin Park and Daughtry, they’re going after pop princess, Britney Spears.

Singer Jacoby Shaddix took to the band’s official Twitter account, to say this, “Yall killed it thx it means he world to us!!!!! Now we need to band together with other rock fans to beat the Hollywood whore ms.spears.”

Those are fighting words, fella. Britney’s got an amazingly long list of fans to her credit and riling them up won’t do anything to serve your purpose. Unless, of course, you’re doing that for street cred.

Vote here for your favorite. I used to be a bigger Papa Roach fan, but Britney has definitely taken the crown over these guys. I still got love for them, though. Who do you think is going to win?
