Apparently there is a reason why Scarlett Johansson has become so enthralled with her new boyfriend, Sean Penn. Primarily, because he’s a knowledgeable guy!

According to a source, she’s telling friends not to worry about her getting too close to the actor, by telling them that she’s “not rushing into anything” with him.

A source said, “Scarlett says every day with Sean is an education equivalent to a college course – he’s so worldly and knowledgeable. She knows she married Ryan way too fast, but insists she’s a quick learner. Even though marriage seems to be on Sean’s mind and he’s pushing things a little fast, Scarlett’s doing her best to hold him off at the pass.”

Holding him off at the pass? Is that what you’d call moving in with someone after less than a month of being together? Well done, Scarlett!

Scarlett Johansson was recently seen going for a jog with rumored boyfriend Sean Penn. She wore a tight shirt with a bit of a pudge, prompting online speculation that she’s pregnant.

No so, says her rep!

The rep released a statement, saying, “Scarlett is not pregnant. She’s outside running and it’s simple the placement of her shirt that is misleading. She’s been training for The Avengers for over four months and is in the best shape of her life.”

Apparently Scarlett Johansson has a thing for ugly men or she just doesn’t have any taste in men at all. According to reports, she’s dating 30 Seconds to Mars singer Jared Leto.

Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson have shocked us with the announcement of their divorce. Now, we’ve got some more details to clue you in on regarding their split.

A source has revealed that the couple split up quietly about six months ago. Scarlett was said to have called time on the relationship. She had begun apartment hunting in NYC and is now in Jamaica with friends.

The couple have released a statement, saying, “After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we’ve decided to end our marriage. We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated.”

What a classy and well-thought out statement.

TMZ is reporting that Ryan Reynolds and his wife Scarlett Johansson have separated!

Despite what you may have heard, Courtney Love is putting the kibosh on the rumors that Robert Pattinson is set to play her late husband, Kurt Cobain in his biopic.

Her manager released a statement, denying the claims. He said, “That’s an amazing story, and the first time I’ve heard any of this…I’m not sure she knows who RPattz is, but he sure is cute.”

He hasn’t ruled out the idea of having Scarlett Johansson play Courtney, however. He added, “Courtney likes Scarlett Johansson as an actress and as a person, so it wouldn’t surprise me if she wanted her to play her.”

Yes, because they have soooooo many similarities, right?

Scarlett Johansson and Pete Yorn are set to release their album of duets, titled, “The Break Up” in September, 2009. The duo recorded the album in 2006, even prior to Johansson’s release of Tom Waits’ covers, titled, “Anywhere I Lay My Head”.

Her previous album was met with scathing reviews, but this album is shaping up to be so much more.

Scarlett Johansson covered Jeff Buckley’s song, “Last Goodbye” and it doesn’t totally suck. I’m amazed.

Unlike her Tom Waits covers which made me want to stab myself with a fork repeatedly, this isn’t the worst thing I’ve ever heard. Word is that she wants to make a followup album to that first monstrosity of hers, “Anywhere I Lay My Head”.

Scarlett Johansson is intent on killing our ears again with more of her nonsense. Apparently, ScarJo has plans for a followup album to her first masterpiece, Anywhere I Lay My Head. Oh yay, I can’t hardly wait.

She said that this time around, instead of doing covers, she’d like to do all original material. She added that maybe married life would be the subject of her next album.

My ears are ready for this nonsense, bring it Scarlett, I need someone to rag on.

Someone should’ve pulled Scarlett Johansson aside and said, ‘Ya know, you might not have the voice for this” or maybe plainly, “You suck as a singer, stick to acting.”

Apparently no one had the cohones to tell her. So I’ll do it for you.

Scarlett, you suck as a singer, please continue doing movies or making Justin Timberlake videos. Thanks, Earsucker.
